My husband wearing the sympathy belly!!LOL But it was only 15 lbs I have gained 26 lbs. 34 weeks here!

Ignore the scar above the belly button.........33 weeks and 5 days belly !!!!

36 weeks belly!!!!

This is my first pregnancy. I found out I have a double uterus. They were looking for my baby and couldn't find her at first. They thought I had a tuble preg. Then low and behold there she was in the upper right uterus (this is also when they figured out I had two uteruses). I only have one cervix which is the better of the two differet kinds of double uteruses to have. After a roller coaster of the first 4 months (bleeding and being told every two weeks they didn't know if the baby was going to make it). Finally by month 5 we were told she was a girl and probably going to be a keeper. Doc says shes a tuff little cookie. Then came the second wave. We have gotten our rogam shot and our 1 hr glucose. It came back elevated so I went on the 17th of May for the 3 hr. It came back and I passed. Whoooo!!!! We weren't sure we would make it to 30 weeks. Now we will be 30 weeks in two days (May 17th 2007). We have found out that she is still breech and more than likely will not turn back around due to very limited space (also why you usually deliver early). So now its a cache 22. If not breech I might have had too much pressure on the cervix and would not make it very much further. But because she is breech I will probably make it to 36 weeks. Then a c section to take her before she can try to come out showing her butt from the very begining. Though it would have been fun to tell her later when she is mischeivious. (You came out showing your butt off from the very begining) (lol). Currently it is a wait and see game. But we are ready for our tough little angel. Saige Abbygail.

07-07-2007

Well I have made it to 37 weeks. my doc is astonished but I'm not, due to lots of prayers. I had been going into labor in my 35th week but now all has been good. I will have my c section on 07-17-2007. Saige is still breech.I am 80% effaced and station -2 I have dialated to 1/2 cm so I'm doing pretty good. Only 10 more days until my angel will be here. We are as ready as we will ever be and very excited. She is approx 6 lbs 13 onces right now. But we forgot to ask how long they estimate her. I guess we will know in10 days. I'm giddy, and so excited I already haven't been able to sleep.

BIRTH STORY_____ FROM 07-17-2007

Well we got to the hospital at 11:00 am they took me straight back and put me in a pre-opt room. They had me dress in a robe nothing else and put the IV in and a cath (not to bad) all was explained then off we went. I went to the back and was very excited and scared to death all at the same time. I said a little prayer for the baby and my husband and asked that we all be strong. Then I got really nervous I was scared to death of the epidural being painful. Piece of cake and I had a student (didn't know that until afterwards) sneaky, sneaky. All went well didn't even know that they had started. Then I felt pressure. Next they took her out while I could not see I was listening for her. All they kept saying is look at the blonde hair. I was thinking well of course have you seen my head. LOL. Anyways at that point they told me I was going to feel a little sick but they could fix it just let them know. I did feel a little sick and I felt some pain I told them and they fixed it. It seemed like forever they showed me my daughter pretty quick then started sewing me up. After that I went to recovery for an hour. (The longest ever because I just wanted my little girl) Then they took me to my room and brought my baby to me. I have never cried so hard of happy tears in my life. So was absolutely the most prefect thing I had ever seen in my life. I love her so much. She is still the single most wonderful thing that has ever happened to me. I'm hurting from surgery and it’s still kinda hard to do everything I want to for my little one. But I'm in such a euphoric high from her that I almost don't even feel pain and I would do it all again a million times just to have my little girl. She is the best baby anyone could ask for and everything she does amazes me already. She is my world and my life. I'm the luckiest mom in the world to have been blessed by her. I wish pregnancy on every woman just to know this feeling. We did not plan but I would not under any circumstances change anything except I wish I could have met her sooner. :)

:)

Heres daddy !!!!

32 weeks Saige Abbygail

read your post on your daughter hitting her own head, USUALY that's what a baby does when an area hurts. Sounds like she's trying to tell you something. Try warming the bottle a little more for her and see if that helps. Docs aren't real helpful for things like that because they know they can't ask her and she can't tell them and you can't SEE a headache so they wouldn't be able to do anything for her realy. You could also try a little tylenol, but if it keeps up, get the doc involved.

jennybump23 - Thursday, 6 Mar
Hello!! How are things with you?? Pretty well here. We have been so busy lately it seems like I never have time for anything. Your daughter looks just like you!! Sooo cute!! Anthony is getting big. He started crawling about a week ago and is into everything. He is pulling up on stuff now. Well, I better go!! Duty calls as usual! lol Hope all is well with you.

tabatha - Thursday, 6 Mar
my baby does something like that when he is drinking his bottle, he pulls his hair really hard or scratches his scalp..my doc said it was a soothing thing for him..ooooh, wow!

girleo - Tuesday, 26 Feb
Yeah some babies never crawl and just start walking, others start earily or late you never know :) my nephew had egzima that was really hard because he had it all over... he grew out of it about 7 years old... My son was scooting across the floor before he started crawling, then he would get up on his hands and knees and kinda rock back and forth, then he would go backwards and then started going forward now he is all over the place.. he didn't situp real well until he started crawling though, he is now a pro at both... now i am starting to wish he was a newborn again.. so much i'm missing.. also when he started crawling he started waking up all through the night screaming, they say when babies reach certein milestones that it is sometimes difficult for them.. after he was crawling for about two weeks he stopped waking up screming.. but that was a really hard time because i really didn't get much sleep at all, he would wake up screaming every 20-30 minutes all night long... Hes a good baby though i dont think i could ask for more.. I know when my son started sitting up on his own i would always take his diaper off and that helped, and i always took his pants and diaper off when he was learning to crawl to help from putting extra pressure on his stomach and legs.. and that seemed to help also... He used to love trying to crawl after his ball, and one day he just got up and started crawling towards it... it was amazing.. it's like once i set him down and walked out on my front porch and came back in and he was sitting up... it was like wow ;) hes sitting up.. now that hes gotten the whole crawling and sitting up thing done.. i'm working with him on walking...time has just gone by so quickly... my son used to say mamma, and dada, now he just says dada.. :( i cannot seem to get him to say mamma.. haha... do you notice any words your baby might be saying?

girleo - Sunday, 24 Feb
Thats awsome our due dates were the same.. I didn't want to have a c-section at all, but as long as he came healthy I was happy :) and he was and is, My son started crawling at six months and two weeks old, its odd because he started sitting up pulling up and crawling with in the first week...that he started crawling.. he does really well i just went out and bought some gates, and spounges for corners... :) is your little on crawling yet?

Awe Saige is so beautiful. Love all the pictures. pretty cool how our babes share the same birthday. What kind of things is she doing right now. Is she eating solids well? Does she have any teeth yet? Arthur and I just got over a 2 week plus bout of a flu virus. And while we were fighting that Arthur was also teething!!! He got 3! TEETH in this time. Poor little guy. I had to fight with him the whole time to eat. I was lucky to get 3oz in him at at time. and there was no way at all he would touch solids. The last two days he has been his happy self again and finally eating again.

mmc - Wednesday, 23 Jan

PRETTIEST MOM

Once you have been hit, you have to hit 5 pretty Moms.

If you get hit again, You will know you are REALLY pretty!

So hit 15 pretty moms on your friends list to let them know they are
pretty!

Before I was a Mom

I never tripped over toys or forgot words to a lullaby.

I didn't worry whether or not my plants were poisonous.

I never thought about immunizations.

Before I was a Mom - I had never been puked on.

Pooped on.

Chewed on.

Peed on.

I had complete control of my mind and my thoughts.

I slept all night.

Before I was a Mom

I never held down a screaming child so doctors could do tests.

Or give shots.

I never looked into teary eyes and cried.

I never got gloriously happy over a simple grin.

I never sat up late hours at night watching a baby sleep.

Before I was a Mom

I never held a sleeping baby just because I didn't want to put her
down.

I never felt my heart break into a million pieces when I couldn't stop
the hurt.

I never knew that something so small could affect my life so much.

I never knew that I could love someone so much.

I never knew I would love being a Mom.

Before I was a Mom -

I didn't know the feeling of having my heart outside my body.

I didn't know how special it could feel to feed a hungry baby.

I didn't know that bond between a mother and her child.

I didn't know that something so small could make me feel so important
and happy.

Before I was a Mom -

I had never gotten up in the middle of the night every 10 minutes to
make sure all was okay.

I had never known the warmth, the joy, the love, the heartache, the
wonderment or the satisfaction of being a Mom.

I didn't know I was capable of feeling so much, before I was a Mom.

Send this to someone who you think is a special Mom.''
