I work for a television production company based in the UK . We are currently making a documentary for ITV1 exploring the issues surrounding pregnancy and eating disorders. The film will be a thoughtful and insightful look into this extremely sensitive subject.

We’re in the research stage of our production and very keen to chat to women who are, or have been, pregnant whilst having an eating disorder.

Congrats to you!!!! I read your birth story. You're so lucky you didn't tear. I did. It was so painful!! Especially when I had to use the restroom. But I'm better now. Sounds like you had a pretty easy delivery. Mine lasted almost 24 hours. It liked 11 minutes being 24 hours from the time I started having contractions until the time I had her. It was rough but I handled the pain better than what I did with Payden. My epidural didn't take as good as it did with my first delivery. I felt a little when she was coming out, as with Payden I didn't feel anything. But it's worth every bit of pain you expeience.. But anyways, I need to get off here, Payden is having a fit wanting to go home. Talk to you soon. Take care of yourself and that handsome bundle of joy!!!

When I was at the hospital this morning I let Heti look at all the messages you guys left her...55 in all, lol. She feels completely loved by you guys and wished she had internet access at the hospital so she can keep in touch, anyway she should be getting home tomorrow so I am sure you guys can all catch up. Hi everyone....so last night was not good....went to bed with 3 heat packs and extra strength paracetamol....do you think I could get comfy?....the contractions were still at varied distances apart...then at one point for about an hour they were 2-3 minutes apart and very very sore....was just about to haul my very sore arse into hospital and they stopped!!!...AGAIN!!!.......so I tried to sleep some...I got a couple of hours, being woken up at random times to have another sore contraction.....

Anyway I got up this morning and they had stopped again for a few hours....I slept in the sofa and used the heat pads....I know I have a nasty UTI now aswell cos when they checked me on sat I had protein and blood...and all day today I have been desperate for the loo only to produce dribbles which are sore...and my bladder aches....actually I just feel like shit!!!....lmao.....

So tonight we went to my mums cos it's my brothers birthday and the boys are stayin there tonight becuase my induction is tomorrow at 8.30 am.....I had a glass of red wine.....it was sooo nice.....contractions still randomly spaced but when they come they hurt bigtime....can't move, talk or be touched........

wish me luck for tomorrow and I will post as soon as possible.........or get Steven to do it....xxxxxxxxx

went to hospital, having contractions every 4-5 minutes lasting around 70 seconds...bit sore when they hit their peak, got protein in my urine and blood, plug still coming away in chunks...Reuben wouldn't wake up for the monitor so they gave me sugary drinks etc....then he was fine....I was given option to stay at hospital or go home and come back when I can't take the pain and /or when I get 3 contractions in 10 minutes....I was at 1.5 cm dilated......she doesn't reckon I will make it until the induction on tues...so home now...hopefully will have to go back tonight....thanks for all the comments!...xxxxxx

Well, Aubree is here!!! I had her August 19th. She weighed 8lbs 6oz and was 20 in. long. She is perfect. Have you had your little one yet? If not, hang in there. It will happen. Hope to hear from you soon.

Waiting for labor is perhaps the most nervewracking thing I've ever done!

I keep thinking that I'm going to be pregnant forever, too. I cried this morning and told Russell that we won't have to worry about college tuition or paying for a wedding because Rose was NEVER going to come out!

Hi there! I woke up in the bitchiest bitchiest mood today. I hurt so badly all night long and the contractions just stopped this morning. I was so sad and angry. The contractions have returned, but I'm trying not to time them for a while so I'm not so disappointed as yesterday. That false alarm impacted me more than I would've thought.

Russell and I went out for the day. I got some candles and a haircut and he bought me a gift card from Anthropologie so I can get something pretty after the baby's born. It cheered me a lot.

Jakoby is such a cute name!

My baby's name is Rose Emiliana (for my Italian grandmothers). We can't wait to meet her!

I've packed for myself. I got mini-toiletries and packed stuff I don't need to use every day. I also packed a baby book and a pregnancy book in case I have questions or don't understand what's happening at the hospital. What did you pack for the baby?

Do you have pictures of your nursery? I'm going to come and peek!
