I feel as if i've been pregnant forever and i am only 11 weeks! My husband and i actually found out that i was pregnant within a week of touchdown. i had been really sick for about a week and my husband was like "that's it i'm taking you to the clinic!" while i was there a nurse asked me if i could be pregnant and i was like " mmmm maybe, but i did take a test a few days ago and it was negative. so maybe not" my husband and i had been kinda half ass trying for the last few months and i have been one to barely have a period yet alone even a consistant one at that. well low and behold the pee test came back inconclusive. the blood test came back inconclusive. the doc was like " i don't know what to tell you. i'm not sure if you are pregnant" WHAT THE HELL KIND OF ANSWER IS THAT!!!! he told me to come back in a week and the would check to see if my hormone levels had gone up. I HAD TO WAIT A WEEK!!! well you can imagine that i was peeing on a stick like every friggin' day until..... there.... "do you see it honey? i do believe that is a VERY faint plus sign." well the results came in and yes i am pregnant for reals. wow.

Thursday, 9 October How did your c-section go? How's recovery going? I was so amazed at how easy recovery was for me. I have been doing really great! I went in today for a 2 week check up.. everything looks good so I can resume driving and start to resume normal activities like sweeping... I go back in 4 weeks for my 6 week check up. Laura Ward -

Hi there,
I work for a television production company based in the UK . We are currently making a documentary for ITV1 exploring the issues surrounding pregnancy and eating disorders. The film will be a thoughtful and insightful look into this extremely sensitive subject.
We’re in the research stage of our production and very keen to chat to women who are, or have been, pregnant whilst having an eating disorder.
If you’re interested in having a chat or finding out more about our documentary, it would be really great to hear from you. All communication would be in complete confidence.
You can contact me on: seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com

Saturday, 27 September Hey Kelley, I am still very prego, praying that the baby will make his way out soon....Doc keeps talking about inducing, but I want him to pick his own bday. But, if I don't go by like the 5th, they want to induce me even if I don't wanna:( So, your little one is being stubborn huh? I've talked to several other ladies with the same issue...Don't worry, everything will go great:) melmel23 -

Friday, 15 August Hey, I haven't spoken to you in a while. Sorry you are going though this-it sounds stressful. How do you loose fluid? Hang in there...we are almost there. Let us know how you are doing.
I am doing good, just hoping baby stays in head down position. He just changed from the breech position. And... he is moving like crazy today. shelm2 -
Thursday, 10 July Ugh! I am the same way! I am totally using sweets to make up for no alcohol! Everytime we go out to eat my husband gets a beer and I get desert. The size of my new ass has given my addiction away though, I have gained 27 lbs!!! I have now failed my one hour glucose test and have to take that awful three hour test. I really was going to give up the sweets but found myself eating a snickerdoodle this afternoon and I don't know how. *Baby-Mine* -
Wednesday, 28 May i have seen all 3 indy movies (not in theaters or anything though!
) me and my hubby went to go see it last nite. it was pretty good! we liked it. i thought i'd be alittle disappointed, but it was good. my SIL told us about the aliens and i thought that was odd for an indy movie, but i really liked how even though it was ALIENS they tied it into ancient tribes and stuff that indy WOULD know about and be interested in. i thought the end with the spaceship was a bit much, but it wasnt bad. we didnt load up on popcorn either! lol but i DID scarf down one of those big dill pickles!! mmmmmm, those have been my weakness all my life but now that i'm pg its even WORSE!!lol Bluesky97302 -
Wednesday, 28 May Man oh man! Thanks for the heads up about the Indie movie! I can't wait to see it! I ate a plate of super salty Hawiian food before my last dr apt and it made me retain about 6 lbs of water, my doc almost died laughing so hard. *Baby-Mine* -
Tuesday, 27 May was the new Indie movie worth going to see in theaters?? my hubby and i want to see it, but his friend said it wasnt that great which bummed us out!! babyj4ontheway -
Friday, 23 May I went through this stress with my last pregnancy and I think that really there is not much to worry about. I had the test as well and it was explained to me that it probably would come back positive (showing antibodies) because most people have been exposed to the virus. It would only be harmful if you were to come in contact with the virus for the very first time while you were pregnant. But chances are if you have the antibodies in your system that you came in contact with the virus sometime in the past 30 years than in the past 21 weeks and therefore have been immune to the virus ever since you first came in contact with it. So if your results are negative- great but if they're positive-still nothing to get overly stressed about. Also most people are infected by eating undercooked meat. hoganchief -
Friday, 23 May Kelley, Don't worry. I am sure everything will turn out fine with your cat. You risk increases if he is an outside cat; but mature cats of 14 years old don't usually have a problem. Also, because you have had the cat for so long, you were probably exposed a long time ago and now you have built antibodies against it. I know because I have two cats of my own. You will be fine. Friday, 23 May hahah I know, people just don't think! I was on antidepressants before I got preggers and started weaning off them as soon as I found out, and one of my "helpful" family members kindly gave me a factsheet detailing how if you're exposed to them in your first trimester your baby has a much higher risk of being born with birth defects and all kinds of stuff. I was like wtf, I am off them now what can I do? They have very nasty side effects if you stop suddenly so my only option was to wean. gladek -
Friday, 23 May Oh, believe me, I understand worrying! I am an expert at that :-)
