Hello ladies, my name is Keri-Jade, nice to meet ya!
My husband John & I on our wedding day, October 11, 2008
Although we haven't used any sort of contraceptives since November 2007, we are only beginning our serious TTC journey.
My Endocrinologist has determined that I'm "probably" poly cystic. My OBGYN agreed with the diagnosis, but refused to do any tests to see if it was true. He said the best bet for me would be to loose 25 lbs and try to concieve unaided. He prescrived Progesterine to be taken monthly from day 21 to 25 to bring on menstration or aid in implantation.

Mom and Baby me!
I am an only child and my husband is one of 3 boys. Neither his parents nor mine (obviously) have any grand children yet. Hopefully we can change that...SOON!
Thank God the stress is over!!! My wedding was small but beautiful, short but very sweet. I am glad it is over but I miss it too. Some memories that stick out in my mind include: seeing the reaction when my bridesmaids walked out to Metalicca's "Nothing Else Matters", being barefoot practically the whole day, my photographer making us feel at home, the excellent meal, getting to sit and talk with everyone. Would I do it again? Maybe not for a wedding, but I would love to have a party on that scale again...perhaps for our anniversary?
One of the biggest things I will never forget is my best friend Jennifer delivering on my wedding day. I will never forget how blessed I was to share that milestone with her! Her baby is so cute and more perfect than I could have imagined.
I am hoping that this co-incidence means that I will be simularly blessed soon. Two days ago I finished a round of progesterone. Yesterday I had heavy cramps and a headache but nothing (yet) today. Not sure what that means but being newly weds, we have bd's A LOT the past three weeks. Hoping for the best! *fingers crossed*

Bonjour Auntie Flo, you arrived sooner than I expected! Time for a glass of wine!
Sunday November 15, 2008
I should have updated earlier. I had barely finished typing the update above when Aunt Flo packed her bags and left (maybe she didn't like my wine?). She was here about 12 hours and very, very light. It has NEVER been like that! Before she came and after she left, I had/have had killer cramps and exhaustion. Not sure if that means that my "real" period is still on the way or what!
If I had a "regular" cycle (and the spotting was my period) , I would be ovulating on Wednesday. Fingers crosssed and happy BD!!!
Tuesday November 17, 2008
So I took a HPT. Not sure why. I guess I was just hoping that the spotting was implantation. I just really want a baby!!! Will have to make another apt with my dreaded GYN tp see what's up and get some other meds.
I have to stay positive. If the "pregnant man" can have TWO babies than I can at least have one, right?
