I'm going to say one thing about your sciatic nerve. Myropractor Myropractor Myropractor. I'd check with your dr just to make sure he thinks it's fine, but I have had really bad problems with my sciatic to the point where I couldn't walk at times and this lady is amazing. So find out if there are any myropractors in your area. (basically the same thing as a chiropractor but better)

I recomend getting a body pillow which can be purchased at sears for like 20 bucks and also take a tube sock like one of your husbands and put two cups of rice in it and tie the ends and microwave it and use that as a heating pad for your back. Good luck and take care. I get those pains all the time so I know exactly what you are going through
