Hey my name is Kim and my husbands name is Jon! Jon is my High School sweetheart and we have been together for 7 1/2 years! We got married on June 9, 2006 so almost 1 1/2 years! So exciting! I love him so much and we have been through so much! We are very strong. We found out October 24th 2007 that we were going to have a baby and were completely thrilled. We had just started trying that month to get pregnant so we were definetly shocked at how soon it happened but so lucky and blessed! I am so glad that I found this web site! It is so addicting! I will keep you posted, my next doctors visit will be Dec 12th and we will get to hear the heart beat! I cannot wait!

I am so excited I have made it to 10 weeks! I thought it was going to take forever but it really is flying by already! I am almost 11 weeks!! Well my next doctors appt is Dec 12th and we get to see and hear the babies heartbeat. I have already seen not heard the heartbeat so that is reassuring when i was 6 weeks! I had a little scare and thought I was miscarrying so making it to 10 weeks makes me feel so good!

Well I am super excited about hearing the heartbeat last wed! It was 150 and amazing! I am already so proud of my baby! So no u/s this time so I was kinda bumbed! I asked the doc when we would find out the babies sex and he said 24-28 weeks so a little ways to go... However he wasn't very encouraging when I asked that question and told my husband and I that insurance might not cover another u/s! So I was completely crushed and bumbed!!! However I have very good insurance and I am sure they will cover more than one! I will be calling them on Monday! There is no way I would be able to wait until my baby is born to see it!! Anways! last week started out interesting! I was all of the sudden not tired anymore! I felt like a normal person, however! I started getting nauseous and am having a very hard time eating. I hate it. I lost 4 lbs since then and the doc put me on meds. I haven't gotten them yet but realize I have to do something after my stare down with food yet again today. I am going to get them filled tomorrow so I hope it works!! I love t his web site!!

Almost 17 weeks how awesome!!! SO... I went to my dr appt last monday and it went great. I switched doctors this time and I love my new one, it was so worth the switch! We will be finding out what the baby is on Feb 14th Valentines Day!! I hope the baby cooperates!! So we heard the heartbeat again and it was amazing but this doc didn't tell us what the rate was so I was kinda bummed! So I cannot wait until next month! I am finally starting to show! I lost two more lbs so a total of 6 lbs so I am still able to fit into all of my normal clothes which is fine with me but it would be nice to be able to eat like a normal person too!!!

Today I am in the best mood. I am so excited about being pregnant! I cannot wait until Valentines day when we are going to find out what the baby is! I woke up and my belly felt huge! It was the craziest thing.... Anywho more later!

Three more weeks we get to finally see the most beautiful baby that was ever created;)!! Also we get to find out the sex of our little peanut. We have our names picked out and have for about a month at least, we were nervous we wouldn't be able to pick so we started early! The names are Ethan Thomas or Mylah Rose. My husband keeps on calling the baby Ethan b/c he wants a boy so bad so i want to know what we are having so we can start calling it what it is!!! Anywho I have been dropping things like crazy! I have broken a think of salsa(as I walked in from the grocery store with it) 3 glasses and a bowl! Before baby I never broke any dishes! My husband told me to use plastic cups from now on haha! I am frustrated with my mother in law. First of all she lives with my Husband and I and she has lived with us ever since Oct 2006. Why does she live with us you ask? Because she is completely irresponsible. She is in good health and works a full time job thank God but she still can't pay the bills. I have not had a problem with her living with us until the past few weeks so I am hoping this passes . I am a very laid back person and am very happy with my life. I love my husband and see no end to that, we do not fight and we get along outrageously well. I am so lucky and very loved. So since I am laid back and I do not let what other people think get to me very much I do allow some people to step on me. Well my mother in law thinks she is the smartest person in the world and is always telling people they are wrong. I can't be laid back anymore with her she is getting on my last nerve... So I am wondering what will happen when the baby comes and I can't do aynthing right b/c it is her way or the highway(She will be off this summer when the baby is due b/c she works in a school and I am not looking forward to having her around full time that is for sure!). I am really not looking forward to this and this is only half of what is bugging me but I think you guys get the drift... There is a way out though... Our house has a huge walk-out basement that is already half finished with a bathroom. It needs some repair before I would want anyone to live down there so that is why she isn't living down there yet. But we will be getting that done in the next year or so! We are just saving money right now to have a nest egg for emergencies and I am not dipping into my security for her. So hopefully I will not feel this way forever. Hopefully soon she will be under our feet in the basement leaving me the hell alone!! Love you all and thank you for letting me vent! I feel better already!

So we found out what we are having Feb 14 and it was the most amazing day of my life! We are going to have a boy!!! As most of you mothers to be out there know it was the most amazing thing to see. I now know that my baby is the most beautiful baby in the world. haha.... They said his brain, spine and heart look beautiful and that we have nothing to be concerned about. Talk about music to a mothers ears! His heart rate was 143 and he weighed 13 ozs! Well I finally started gaining some weight! I gained back the 6 I lost plus 4 more! I didn't think I would gain this much weight in a month. I was a little shocked! Anywhoooo I am so excited about this miracle in my belly and it is so nice to be able to call him by his name. Ethan Thomas! He is really starting to kick hard so any day now my hubby will finally be able to feel the little booger! I love my baby!
