CATELYN ELIZABETH is here...BORN 2nd SEPTEMBER...WEIGHED 7 pounds 5 oz. Her Due date was Sept 7th-9th 2007...

36 hours after my water broke on Friday night...and i didn't go into labor, so i got induced on Sunday at 9:30am and started contractions at 3pm and gave birth at 6:04pm that night. Most painful birth out of all 3 of my children, coz of getting induced...but the shortest labor i have had.

Dam it i got rid of all my other stories i had on here, dunno why i did that.

My little girl is 6 months old on Sunday 2nd March and thriving, she is the most smiley baby ever...She can sit up unsupported for a few seconds or so before she wobbles her self over, other wise she can sit with only a little bit of support. She rolls onto her tummy now & gives her self tummy time! She doesnt like it on her back any more.
She is trying to crawl but is not quite strong enough to lift her body off the floor yet, but she is trying thats for sure.
She makes all sorts of noises & blows raspberries. She is still teething & constantly chewing/dribbling...just waiting for those little teeth to hurry up & show them selves.
I have only just started Catelyn on solid this week, as she wasn't ready or interested before this time...now she is loving it.
Anthony...Catelyn's 2 year old brother loves his baby girl, but often gets jealous of her taking up mums time. so he may hit her or throw toys at her or me for that matter!...this is very frustrating for me at times.
Anthony is one of those toddlers that are into anything & everything!!! & I MEAN EVERYTHING!!!!
I cannot leave him unattended for a minute. He can climb very well, & uses all the chair etc to climb on. He can drag them from room to room. Ive had to put extra high securety locks on the doors up high etc, so he cant get out onto the road. As he can reach the normal dead lock. Ive even had to put a security lock on the pantry door. The amount of times i have come in from doing the washing & found him up on the bench quickly pouring out my coffee, sugar & ripping the tea bags apart! or hes pulled out all the yogurts everywhere, or dug into the margerine or poured the sauce all over the carpet. Nothing is out of bounds & he is always comming up with new ways to get what he wants.
Thats the joys of a two year old, lol. But he is a darling little boy, but very stuborn.

16th May 2008

Catelyn is Crawling since 7 months old, a few days before she turned 8 months. She is also still teething...her wee teeth seem to like giving her alot of pain, but not much progress. You can see her teeth as lumps through her gums, so i know they cant be too far away. She is absolutely aweful while teething, and i can hardly settle her. She wont eat or drink or even use a teething ring when its real bad. Poor wee girl. Thank god for Nerophen for kids, otherwise she wouldnt be able to sleep either...and you know what that means for me.

Any way she can now say mumma and bubba and is always wanting my attention constantly. I think she going through seperation anxiety...a real pain in the ass! as she just wants me most of the time. I dont mind her wanting to give me loves, coz sometimes i love all the cuddles and how content she is as soon as i pick her up, as Anthony does it at times too...but it just becomes a mission to get things done.

Any way she is eating her solids like a pro, she can munch through all the lumpy bits with ease, even without teeth. I love having my three kids, they are all so wonderful in there own way, and with each day that passes gets a little bit easier, as im getting use to having three kids. At first it was a shock to the system of how hard and how much more exausting it was having 3 of them to look after, especially a very active & demanding Toddler, but ive just about found the balance, so i am enjoying mother hood alot more now. I'm still exausted at times, but hey but that comes with the job.

Anthony is still into everything...he has times when he is a good boy and hardly gets into anything, and some days he just wont stop. But he is so clever and is starting talk alot more now, and understands heaps more of what you say & do than i realised. But he is comming up 2 1/2 years old soon and is becomming such an independant big boy. Anthony has nasal allergies and his nose always seems to be blocked or stuffed up, always! Winter/Autumn/spring or summer it doesnt matter. So he breathes through his mouth constantly. I think it makes him more tired, I dont think he can taste his food properly...which is one reason why he is such a picky eater! i know Toddlers are picky eaters any way, but he is bad...its so hard to get him to eat any thing nutritious. He never eats his tea, he just chucks it on the floor...and only sometimes can i get him to eat fruit. Any way back to the subject, i have always thought that his nasal allergies have made him slow with him learning to talk...as it can be hard for him to pronounce words properly, coz his nose is always blocked...and his voice sounds husky & nasal. So it has taken him till now to really start making some noise. The doctor was useless and didnt help at all...he prescribed some nasal (hayfever) spray that is for Adults, and you can only use the spray for no longer than 5 days. & Anthony suffers with these allergies constantly. It didnt do much, so i stopped using it after 5 days. I am going to change doctors soon, when i finally get around to it, and get a second opinion from someone who cares. Any way thats an up-date on my two little ones...My older one is growing up so much and is so independant....he helps me out alot sometimes, so this week i have rewarded him with, letting him play computer/Playstation 2 games after school for an hour or two. This is a treat as i never use to let him Play video games after school, as it use to make him act naughty afterwards. Any way Tyrone will be 7 years old on June 30th...& he is excited. Any way bye for now, as i have blabbered on enough already, that ive nearly started writting a book, lol.

10th June - UPDATE
Catelyn is now 9 months old. She can say bubba, mumma, wah wah, dada...& other babling noices. She is definately a mummy's girl & always wants me to pick her up etc. I have to breast feed her to sleep & i cant wait til i dont have to get up in the night to her...man it would be good to get some sleep at night, especially in winter. She is standing up around furniture, still early days though, so alot of clumsy falls are happening with that. She has two bottom teeth, & man it has been a night mare just to finally get two teeth. She is very grizley etc when she is teething...so i am exausted. She is uch a cute little girl, when she is happy or excited she claps her hands...and that could be when she sees you or when its dinner time etc. So cute... Any way i had all the kids home sick all week with colds & my oldest had a tummy bug. I was sick with a horrible cold too, which has just exausted me to the bone & i still havnt recovered from it, also i have lost about 4 kgs...i need to start looking after my self better & stop missing meals & snacks in the day...but it doesnt help i never seem to get time. Im still breast feeding but i may have to think about stopping & putting Catelyn onto a bottle...as im not eating right & im loosing too much weight...& i am skinny enough already. And i have too think about whether she is getting enough nutrition from me.

19th June

Right...update time...we had the week/weekend from hell last week...we all came down with a Tummy bug virus thats been going around everyone, including our Doctor...First i came down with it on Wedensday morning...by that evening i had finally stoped vomiting & could keep down some fluid...my husband put the kids to bed & then 1 hour later we heard our oldest son screaming out to us...we go in & my 2 year little boy had Vomited all over his bed...from that i spent 2 nights sleeping in the living room up all night with Anthony...he couldnt keep any fluid down, even though he was drinking. By the second day, my husband had come down sick as a dog...my 2 year old...by then was so sick & in between vomiting he was just sleeping or screaming in pain. I was getting worried, he had been vomiting for over 24 hours & was very dehydrated. I wanted to get him the Doctor asap...but we couldnt get into the doctor for hours as they were booked solid. I wanted to then take him too the hospital...but my husband was too sick & i dont have a proper drivers licence yet. So we ended up haviong to wait. I was in a state of panic & worry & i couldnt do anything until we could get to the dr. The dr said that Anthony was 10% dehydrated...and to get him to ED asap...so we did, he got admited to the childrens ward...& by the time the Doctor had put an IV in, to give him fluids, he was probley between 10-15 % dehydrated...And thats severly dehydrated, his blood was too thick to get a sample. Why theey had to take so long, anoys me. Any way, i had to stay for 3 days in hospital...& Anthony was still vomiting, but not as much. Man what a fright...my poor little boy. We came home on Sunday Evening...I was so emotionally exausted, i just cryed like a hormonal pregnant woman...I just hoped like heck that Catelyn doesnt get that bug, or she will be the next in hospital... Any way so far so good, i read that breast feeding helps to prevent her getting bugs like that, because of the antibodies in the milk etc.

25th June

Another update...Anthony is doing well, he has fully recovered from the severe dehydration & tummy bug virus...and has since started to have the mean Tantrums...Crying & screaming & getting himself all worked up, just because he cant have what he wants...we just have to ignore this stage, so he doesn't think it works. He still drags chairs from place to place & this is very frustrating. Any way heres some things about my little Anthony...He LOVES THOMAS THE TANK ENGINE!!! OBSESSED is another word to describe it, lol. Its what made him feel at home in the hospital...was watching Thomas videos. He is a fussy eater, & never eats his dinner, he usually throws in on the floor. Grrr! He loves lots of Cuddles & kisses...& can say a lot more words then he could a couple of weeks ago. Like GIRL, THOMAS, CATELYN, TOAST, & MILK & is saying small sentences with the added jargon here n there, so cute! He has taken his time with talking...hes still meeting his mile stones, but hes not a blabber mouth like my oldest was at this age...(2 1/2 years.) Any way one good thing is he has stopped hitting & pushing Catelyn over all the time now...he only does it on the odd occasion. He is starting to realise that he can have fun with Catelyn now & play with her. So thats great!!! But she is definately his anoying sister, lol.

UPDATE on Catelyns mile stones.
-She can stand up & walk around the furniture now...let go & stand alone for a few moments...she is getting better & better everyday. She eats whole bits of food, eg; veges, very soft meat & toast, banana etc. Also loves eating everything on the floor, yuck! I try to get it off the floor fast, but with other messy kids, i cant always make it on time. She is very clingy to me & always wants to be with me...She is still breatfeeding lots & doesnt sleep through the night at all. Grrr! She still only has two bottom teeth & goes around biting everyone & thing, lol. Anthony was a biter too, dam it now ive got another one. Her Fav song is ; If your happy & you know clap your hands! ; Rock a bye bear: Baby buluga...i quite like singing those songs to her. Catelyn also loves her brothers Thomas trains & he gets very anoyed when she comes & takes them off him & breaks up his train track...Ahhhh! lol. I cant wait til winter is over with, so i can take my beautiful little ones to play center...at the moment, i cant drive, only my husband can & he's at work & the weather is too cold etc to be walking everywhere...too tiring. Oh man now is raining hard nuts...its been horrible weather all week, my washing is building up alot now. Never thought i wouls say this, but i cant wait till i can hang washing out on the line.

Saturday 28th June;
Well yesterday was no fun. My oldest came down sick with that tummy bug virus again. Man i thought it had been & gone...but nope, it came back for revenge. Any way my son is feeling better this morning, which is good as it is his birthday on Monday 30th. And today we were meant to go out to the movies to celebrate & have mcdonalds for tea. Any way ihope Catelyn doesnt come down with this bug, if she does i will be heading straight to the dr or the hospital.

3rd July: Catelyn is 10 months old today!
Today i am feeling a bit anxious/restless for some reason...must be hormones as my AF hasnt fully returned to being regular yet after having Catelyn, i have had about 3 Af "s since She was 6 months old, & 3 weeks ago i have 2 days of just mid cycle spotting, but 3 weeks later no AF. I cant wait til it is regular...but i guess breastfeeding can make it irregular. so i have no idea when i am due it. But i should be due it anytime. Any way, i keep thinking about what it would be like to get pregnant with a forth baby. I am mad i know thinking this, but for some weird reason i am missing being pregnant & that excitement. Maybe i am just missing some excitement in my life & feel like maybe a pregnancy would fix it. Well i am mad for thinking this, as 5 months ago or more, i was saying i never want to be pregnant again etc...this is my last baby etc...that was when i was finding it hard with three. Any way we couldnt afford to have another child & we wouldnt have the room in our house or car...it would be a crazy idea...plus my husband doesnt want anymore kids...I am feeling confused about whether i do want another baby or not. I think it would be nice to have four, but then maybe it would be to hard & stressful. I thinks its just my hormones & im just missing any excitement in my life at the moment. Its Winter i am stuck at home all the time...i dont have my licence to drive on my own yet & even if i could drive by myself, my husband has the car at work. Oh i wish my AF would come & then i wouldnt feel so hormonal, lol.Oh i guess im just being a woman, i cant talk to my husband about this, he would think i was a crazy B...i think i just need some more exceitment...my husband id borring, he never wants to try & make time for us to go out together. We never have anytime together, or go out just the two of us. We dont really have any baby sitters any way. Its so hard sometimes. I dont know how we can keep a good close relationship when we dont get to spend hardly no time together...its just kids kids & kids. No mommy & daddy time, unless we actually get a chance once a month to have sex...thats pathetic. Oh well ive had a moan, i cant fill my hole profile up of just me moaning about myself. lol.

woke up in a very thoughtful mood today, my man has been cheating no suprise there the guys a born bastard! but there comes a time when u have to look at your situation and ask if a nice lifestyle and stuff is worth all the stress and humiliation and sleepless nights? answer no its not !! ive got that used to bein around him living in his house working for him ect that it just seems like the big wide world is a scary place at the minute! my friends are determined that i leave him this time as his latest fling has been goin on for over 14 months yeah long time considerin how we ttc'd for over a year at his suggestion ????? so feeling pretty low and shitty today and hoping for sum divine intervention lol??

Ya, I don't know how I became the mommy of such an over achiever, but, he never crawls at all the last few days. UHG!! It's hard having a 'toddler' who isn't even 10mo.'s! On the positive side, it sure makes potty training easier :}
