17.2 hours ago hello all, just wanted to let everyo9ne know, that as of October 13, 2008 at 1:07 in the afternoon, I just put in a load of laundry, and still on Katie action (Birth I mean)...she's still making me very uncomfortable! amygirl22 -
Thursday, 9 October Thanks! I am so worried about this. When my boyfriend was born in the 80's they let him be born butt first. I know they arent allowed to do this today but I am still a little worried about it. icka -
Tuesday, 7 October I wish my guy was moving down. He seems pretty high though as i get kicked in the ribs. He has settled upside down though. I thought he was breech for a while but now Im convinced he is in the perfect spot. so you "dropped"? Can't wait until we get to meet these babies. How are you feeling? Tired? I can't get enough sleep. I just want to sleep and sleep and sleep some more. I hate not having energy. icka -
Saturday, 4 October it has actually popped within the last two weeks. It is no longer that small. Why only somewhat? People can actually tell im pregnant now. I don't know where it came from. I swear I woke up oneday and was like ugh where did this come from. How are things? anticipating the arrival of the baby? I sure am! lulunava -
Thursday, 25 September I know that thought of a c-section is scary but I had so many complications trying to push my last son out that I didn't care. All I wanted was for him to be out. When they decided they had to do emergency section, I didn't care. They numb you and you don't feel anything. The healing process is harder and does hurt but you get an 8 weeks off instead of 6. Well I hope that you don't run into any complications and that you have a normal baby. Only your dr. will determine if its necessary. Good Luck! thunders79 -
Thursday, 25 September I was wondering the same. I mentioned it to my midwife and she didn't seem to be concerned at all. She just replied by saying that all babies grow at different rates etc etc. I don't know why, but i'm convinced mine is going to come early. Who knows...... they say each baby gets bigger don't they? - my son was 8Ibs when he was born which I think is a nice size. At this rate, god knows how big this one will be! lol - keep me posted. I have midwife again next thursday. I will let you know what baby is measuring then. It grew 3cm in a week and half last time! x thunders79 -
Wednesday, 24 September My due date is the day before yours and like you, I am measuring 35 weeks. x lulunava -
Wednesday, 24 September I just read your comment about your baby measuring 35. I went to the dr. today and I am measuring 34 and dr. says "wow" I know how to make big babies. She knows that this one is going to be big too. My last son was 2wks early and was 9lb 8oz. I also have a scheduled c-section at 38wk cause of the size and because I had one w/ my last pregnancy. Don't worry some women have it in their genes to have big babies. I have only gained 24lbs and I won't gain much more since I was diagnosed with diabetes and have to follow certain diet. I even lost weight. with my last, I gained 50 and I still think I will have a big one again. wmpgirl8609 -

Tuesday, 16 September I saw your comment about your baby being head down. My little one has been head down for about 10 weeks now. The way I knew was when I was feeling alot of pressure on my bladder and on my cervix. Everytime I got up from sitting or lying down, i felt like she was going to fall out or my bladder would burst. Thats how i knew, hope it helps. Emilie -

Tuesday, 16 September Really? Wow it took me a minute huh? LOL! This is my first baby though, and I hear that with your first it takes a while before the colostrom comes in. It was really interesting to see, cuz I have never seen it before. This whole thing has been such a crazy experience.

Sunday, 7 September Hi There, I just read your post about falling over.... A few weeks ago I fell down some stairs, it was very scary, but like you I made sure the baby was still moving and everything has been ok. My doctor said alot if pregnant woman fall over because your centre of gravity has changed. He said he has seen women with broken legs, broken ribs but he has never had anyone hurt their baby from a fall. They are pretty well protected in there, so don't stress, I am sure everything will be fine. chrisk828 -
Saturday, 6 September if it's been over 24 hrs and baby is moving around the same, don't worry baby is fine.

Saturday, 6 September I think you may be okay mama. I fell down my stairs because my golden retriever dog knocked me down. Doctor didn't seem too concerned since I wasn't having any bleeding. That was 3 weeks ago. Baby is kicking and doing fine. Any concerns, doctorss are always there to help in the meantime
