Hello. With my first child, i lost my mucas plug and went into labor that same night, because when i showed up at the hosp i was already dilated to a 5 so they kept me. But with this pregnancy, i lost my mucas plug last night, and have no signs of going into labor at all! i heared it can take up to 2 weeks, so we'll see!

I don't think there is a real time frame after you lose your plug. I lost mine 3 weeks before I had my son. It really gets your hopes up that it could be any day!!

hey, i'm also in week 35, i lost my mucus plug last week and have no signs of labour as of yet, so it just depends, some times it may mean it is the start of early labour, whereas other times delivery can still be weeks away, don't worry unless anything else happens i.e waters breaking or contractions. Good luck

spray on tan is fine! it will not affect the baby at all. It just colors the skin. I did the mystic tan with my first pregnancy for my prom.

hey, called the midwife and she said because i was able to sleep throughtout the night and the pain in my stomache isnt coming and going (becuase the pain is always there, its just the pains in my back that come and go) it may be the way the baby has lied which wasnt helped by the fact i didnt eat for quite a while and to have a bath or call back if pains come back (coz today theyre ok, just a slight ache) . but thanks for replying! x

im not sure, but i would advise against sex at least, cus the sperm can travle up thru the cervix when the plugs gone.. have baths, just dont use any thing in the water...... x.x.x

Well it could still be a while for deliver when the mucous plug comes out. A women at my childbirth class lost it at 30 weeks and I dont think you are supposed to do baths or sex cuz it could lead to infection and you dont want that. I am not totally sure but I am pretty sure you cant do those things.

I have been carrying low too and I am starting to think I have dropped too. I have pressure down there too but some of my friends say that when she does drop I will definitely know it. I see my dr next week so I am hoping to get some answers. :)
