It’s a boy

My name’s Karina and Im from Jersey. This is my first child and im more than excited to be a mom. I love kids and just can’t wait to have my own. He is due Feb, 18 and his name is Miguel. Miguel’s father is currently living in Georgia but will soon move in with us. I plan on going back to school to become a nurse. Life is definitely 100 times harder now, but everything I do for now on is thinking about my baby and what’s best for him. I do think ill be a great mom since I love kids and im a very caring person. I find it amazing how much love you can have in your heart for someone you’ve never even seen before, I love my son more than anything.God gave me a gift and im very thankful for everything I have in my life. My family has been there for me 100% and they can’t wait to see Miguel for the first time.

My labor story

Around 7am i felt my first contraction, i got up and told my boyfriend it was time to go to the hospital, he ignored me, bc i had told him it was time to go since feb 18 hehe..Around 7:30 my contractions were coming every 5 minutes and getting stronger every time. We got our bags ready and headed to the hospital. The doctors said id have to have a c-section since my baby was too big, but i was already 9cm dilated.The nurse came in and told me to push and trust me i was not ready for that.My boyfriend was by my side through everything.Well, to make a long story short Miguel was born at 5:22 pm and it was the most boootiful day of my life.=]
