Hey! My name is Krystle and I am 22 years old. I found out I was pregnant on October 8. My boyfriend and I have a loving home together with two sweet cats Sadie and Zeus, and we're both extremly fun loving! Although we don't know what lies ahead of us, we are looking forward to embarking on this journey together! I am due on June 11, 2008 and it couldn't come any sooner!

Wednesday, 10 Oct
So I am 5 weeks today. Only symptoms are bein very tired, nausea after eating (which im eating all salty foods!!), and I swear I can cry at the drop of a pin! I feel like I have already gained so much weight. Zach is still really nervous which brings me down. I know as it goes on he will accept it though. He told me he will support me through the whole thing. He thinks we're too young which I do agree but hey, what happened happened. He is 25 and I am 22. I know its not too young, but we're big travelers! Guess that will have to go on hold!

Wednesday, 17 Oct
I had my first appointment today!! They confirmed I was pregnant through the urine test, then she checked the position of my uterus and said it was faced towards the back and engorged a bit which was both good since that means things are progressing well, and she also took blood test to make sure the numbers are all correct since my first pregnancy didnt go all that well. I am so excited!! I came home and Zach just didn't seem to care. That really hurts. I know he would never leave me or anything, but he's just so uninterested in this whole thing. He is 25 and still acts like he is 15. I just feel like I wanna move back to Chicago and start my life over sometimes. UGHHH. Im stressed now.

Thursday, 18 Oct
So, I had to go back to the doctor today because I had some bleeding last night. I called the night nurse and she called me back and told me it was probaly ok but had the doctor call me. He called and told me also that is was probaly ok but they wanted me to get in the next day to get an ultrasound. So this morning I got one done! They saw the gestational sac and the yolk sac in there and said it looked like a normal early pregnancy. My hcg levels were in the mid 8,000's and my progesterone level was sorta low so they decided to put me on prometruim which is a progesterone supplement. So i hope this will do it! Zach called me the whole time since he couldnt make it with me. I think he felt bad. Ugh, finally hes understanding!

Saturday, 3 Nov
so i have only awesome updates for my page!! ok, last week we went in for the ultrasound again and we found a hearbeat which was good but, i was still bleeding and the heartbeat was only 120. so she was real concerned and this week she did another ultrasound and the heartbeat was 153 which was perfect! zach walked in right when we found it (he was late) and he was so overwhelmed by it! it was awesome to see how interested he was in the baby. he was pointing out the head and all the lims and watching the babys hearbeat. it was so amazing! my doctor told me im finally out of high risk and im a normal preggo mommy now! i havent bleed since last thursday too which is amazing! i love this little baby already so much. its such a surreal feeling to know that theres a baby growing in me right now. its weird in a way. yet so cool! im so jolly feeling! haha. plus all the christmas stuff is starting to come out in stores and this only makes me happier. i love christmas soooo much! ahh! :)

Thursday, 15 Nov
10 weeks today! im so excited to be in the double digits already! ive been feeling so tired lately. tired and moody. sometimes i wanna eat everything and sometimes i just dont want anything. im driving myself crazy with worry nowadays! i know that at my next appt on the 28th they said they probaly wouldnt do another u/s but i really, really want one for peace of mind! especially since the beginning of my pregnancy was bleeding and all that bad stuff. ive just gotta stop worrying!! in other news, i feel so fat right now! my clothes are at that snug point where everytime i sit i have to unbutton my pants in order to feel comfy. i dont know what to wear yet!i feel like im already showing. ughhh. see you next week!

Sunday, 18 Nov

Sunday, 18 Nov
so i had to finally post my ultrasound pic from 8 weeks. i know its late but i was real excited about it! we thought of some really good baby names lately! for a boy we like dylan or noah and a girl we like and i love madison! although the boy names may change, the girl name definitly isnt!

Thursday, 29 Nov
so yesterday I went to the doctor for my 12 week check up!! all went great! i had to go to the coordinator first since i hadn't done that yet, then afterwards they did a very thorough exam of me and bloodwork, and they used to doppler to hear the heartbeat! its in the 160s she said. thats such a sigh of relief. im feeling a lot better as of 12 weeks. its so weird how normal i feel now. i also got an overwhelming urge to eat and keep eating yesterday even after i finished dinner. uh oh! here comes eating for two! im really trying to keep up the fiber supplements and have also started on a dha supplement for my baby. my doctor gave me a huge bag of stuff to take home and it had a book and a magazine and samples of everything! it was so nice! im stressed about my insurance as of now though. i fell under full time this year for my job, so come march 31 when they renew my insurance, i think they are going to drop me! if they do i am royally screwed. so im going to have to get that all straightened out right away. scary stuff! hope everyone is doing great! not long now til the fun stuff starts, like showing and feeling movements! we're gonna be mommies!! :D oh, ps- i lost 6 lbs when i felt like i gained 10!! weird, huh? no complaints here though.

Saturday, 1 Dec
ugh, yesterday and today i feel nauseated. i knew all that talking about not having morning sickness would get back to me somehow. ugh!! at least im hungry though. im actually cooking stuffed mushrooms at 9 in the morning!! yea, a bit weird, huh?

Monday, 3 Dec
i ate like a BEAST today at olive garden!!! i had 3 bowls of salad, ravioli (all of it), and a million breadsticks!! my co-worker was like 'damn, you NEVER eat that much!'. she knows im preggo, she just thought it was funny that i was eating so much! i cannot help myself though. especially at olive garden, its a pregnant womans paradise. all you can eat salad thats REALLY good? YEA!! i sound so fat talking about it, but it really made my day to eat there. haha, im going to look back on this and just laugh at myself. i sound ridiculous!!

Wednesday, 19 Dec
15 weeks already! i cant believe 10 weeks has already past since my first post on here! time goes by way too fast. and christmas is only 6 days away! ive been feeling better lately. really hungry all the time. but my digestive system is just about non existant! i have been constipated for about a week now and my doctor put me on miralax and it hasnt done anything yet but give me gas! im patiently waiting for it to kick in! i also do not think im showing yet although a pair of my jeans that fit last week do not anymore!! depressing! i dont see a baby bump! i see me being bloated. yuck. my next appt is the day after christmas, so getting to hear the heartbeat will be the best christmas gift ever! i love hearing it. its such an amazing feeling. still so surreal!! have a good christmas!

Wednesday, 26 Dec
so I had my 16 week checkup today and all went well! the second the dr put the doppler on my stomach we heard the heartbeat! 157 bpm! what a champ! :) he said i looked good and my pressure that i am feeling is completely normal as long as i dont have bleeding. i gained my 6 lbs back that i lost at last appt! haha, i knew that one was coming though. ive eaten so much lately! christmas was great! we got our little `bean ` as we call him/her a bunch of stuff! zach and i had a wonderful christmas and i had an even better one with my family! they `re amazing. zach bought me the best thing ever. well two awesome things, one is a maternity pillow by "leach" called grow to sleep i think, and he also got me a $400 isqueeze from brookstone. no swollen feet for me!! so anyways, in 2 weeks i get my ultrasound!! i cant believe 2 weeks already!! ahhhhh! boy or girl time! its so soon! january 9th at 4pm! wish me luck :)

Wednesday, 2 Jan

17 weeks! one more week til my ultrasound and i get to find out if its a boy or girl. everyone around me including myself thinks its a boy, and only two people think its a girl! im honestly going to have the same reaction either way. im gonna wanna jump off the ultrasound table and just jump around in excitement! haha. today i got my AFP test done at my doc. can you believe in just 1 week i gained 3 pounds?? ugh. i need to lay off the food! ive also been battling a horrible cold. my throats been hoarse for a few days now and no one can understand me. my voice gives out midway through talking! yuck. i think i felt a movement the other day, too!! i dont know though. it could have been gas but it felt a bit different. i hurried up and put zachs hand on it and he said he felt it real quick, too! then it stopped. if it was though it was amazing and i cant wait for more!!

Thursday, 10 Jan

yesterday i had my 18 week checkup. 18 weeks already! we found out that im having a GIRL!!!! i know i kept saying i was hoping for a boy but the second i heard girl my face just lit up! and she is so big! her spine was perfect. and they checked her heart which had all 4 chambers, her kidneys, her bladder, her brain, her fingers and bones. it was great! the placenta is up top which is perfectly away from the cervix! we saw her swallowing and sucking her thumb for a split second. it was too cute! we have a ton of pics from it, too! zach took me afterwards to dinner and then we went baby girl shopping! then we saw a movie and i felt my baby girl moving the whole time! i know its her now because the exact spot where i feel her move is where the u/s tech put the wand thing. so it isnt my digestive system after all! we showed my parents real quick too and they were both ecstatic! zachs an only child so his mom was super excited (i think because she never had a girl before)! after the ultrasound i felt like i wanted to tell the world. i felt so proud. nothing could have prepared me for how that moment made me feel. i am totally in love with this baby already! i dont think i can fully comprehend the fact that the big baby on the u/s screen is actually in my stomach. i love it!!

Thursday, 24 Jan

20 weeks!! halfway point already! i had my checkup today. all is well. in the words of the doctor `totally normal ` pregnancy. good to hear. he said that im feeling movement down low because thats where the baby should be, right in between the pelvic bone. i was so concerned about hearing everyone else say they felt theres up high and my doctor is like `stop reading into it!! ` haha i guess i had to hear it. im really happy my little one is doing good. my cravings have still been cucumbers and a new one is now chips and salsa, only from mexican restaurants, and of course appple juice. i seem to need a nap everyday now too! zach and i are still trying to move out of this condo that we `ve been stuck in for years. i cant walk up 3 flights of stairs anymore!

Wednesday, 20 Feb

24 week checkup today! i met with a midwife this time. my blood pressure was only 120/68 and i gained 9 lbs!!! ugh, my god! so i guess thats a total of 16lbs to date. ive never in my life seen this foreign number on my scale! anyways, babys heartrate was 160 which he said was a great and very strong rate. i have sciatica. woo dee doo! its horrible. i had it pretty bad a few weeks back trying to plug in a wire at work. i was almost in tears with how bad the pain was. now its on the right side and its a constant thing everytime i walk. its horrible. he said the only thing that would help was acupuncture! ugh. anyways, we `re officially naming our daughter riley kathleen! i cannot wait to see what she looks like and how she takes to me! its all still so surreal!!

Thursday, 28 Feb

25 weeks today! i woke up with a horrible backache and it went on to become a crippling pain at work. it hurt me soooo bad! so i went to the bathroom when i got home and noticed that i urinated blood!! only like 3 little tiny specks but still enough to freak me out. so i called my doc and she told me to come right in. so i went in and got hooked up to the fetal monitor and contraction monitor. baby was doing great and i had a few contractions. not big though. so after 4 hours of waiting around and watching tv with zach they told me i had a uti! ughhh. ive had uti `s before and i never knew how different and painful they could be during pregnancy! my doc said that if i didnt come in and get it treated then i could have went into preterm labor. so thank god i went in!! my cervix was closed and high up which was a good sign, too. yay!

Wednesday, 12 Mar

27 weeks already! i feel huge! im feeling pretty good. my sciatica has gone away for now and everythings been going great! im mainly craving fried pickles as of the past 2 weeks and also entenmann `s raspberry danish coffee cake. its soooo yummy! i think we found a house. we just have to submit the paper work and if all is well we will be in at the end of this month! oh i hope it works out. its such a cute house, plus it will take a lot of stress off my shoulders. i get to go to the doc next wednesday for my gestational diabetes test. wish me luck!

Wednesday, 19 Mar

28 weeks today. had my gd test and my checkup. checkup was fine but turns out i am 5 points past what they consider normal and i have to take the 3 hours gd test now. i actually felt fine and thought the drink was good! im so scared that ill have gd. ughhh. i gained 21 lbs so far. blood pressure was great, no more uti either. basically all good news except the gd thing. ughh, im so disappointed. my day is ruined.

Wednesday, 9 April

31 weeks! last week we finally moved into our new house! yay! it sucked though because as soon as i left work i went over to the house and started feeling yucky. my parents came over to help unpack and i threw up! from 6pm-midnight i ended up throwing up 20 times! ughhhh. it was the worst thing ever. i stayed with my parents that night. the next day I went to the doc and they checked me out and told me it was either hormones, a bug, or food poisoning from taco bell! yuck! anyways, today i had my 31 week checkup and i had them do another pelvic exam because ive been having some pretty painful braxton hicks and real bad pressure. turns out im fine. cervix is closed and her head is facing down but it isnt in my pelvis yet thankfully. i cant imagine how its gonna feel when it is! ive gained 29 lbs so far. my blood pressure was lower today than usual. nurse said it was still ok though. ive been craving ice cream and fried pickles a lot, too! zach and i still arent getting along. hes just not as involved as i thought he'd be. i hate his band and i hate the fact it comes before anything and everything in his life. he'd rather play a show 11 days before rileys due, which is his birthday, and spend it with his friends rather than me. he is the most selfish person i have ever met. i just feel like giving up sometimes. ugh.

Wednesday, 16 April

32 weeks! last sunday my mom threw me my shower. it was so much fun! we played the baby game where you cant say "baby" or you got your clothes pin away from you. that was cute. and the other one where theres a small dixie cup of ice and in the middle of the ice was a baby and who ever broke the water first got a prize. haha, too much fun. my mom and dad got me a crib and mattress and also a rocker! yay! at the shower we got bedding, a changing table, a pack n play, a boppy pillow, some bibs, shoes, and a bunch of other stuff. no clothes though! weird. anyways, today i had my checkup. all went well! 160 heart rate like usual. 8 weeks to go!!

Wednesday, 30 April

34 weeks! i had my second shower last saturday. it went great! i got a lot of the smaller things i needed like clothes and lotions and carriers. so that worked nicely. today i went to the doc and ughhhhh!! they did an u/s and confirmed its still a girl, but sadly she's breech! i have two more weeks and then theyre gonna decide what to do from there. i think i might try the version to get her to move back into the right position! then again c section would be so easy. ugh, i just dont know what to do. im so scared of being numb and not feeling myself breathe during the c section. i dont want to have a huge panic attack on the table. i gained 5 more lbs by the way which brings me to 35 lbs! ugh! thats a lot of weight. oh, the doc said she had a really cute face when she did the u/s! that makes me so excited!! i cant wait to meet her. lastly, we had our childbirth classes yesterday and the day before. we had so much fun! 6 more weeks!

Wednesday, 14 May

36 weeks already! almost full term! i had my 23rd birthday the other day. zach got me a kangaroo care tank top i think its called, and you can hold the baby in there and breastfeed with it. he somehow snuck and bought it when we were having childbirth class. how sweet! he also got me a postnatal massage certificate. my parents got me a prenatal massage certificate and i got it last saturday and it was the best thing ever! great gift! it was also mothers day on sunday and zach took me out to brunch and got me this dress i really wanted. of course it doesnt fit now but eventually it should. my mom got riley and i some flowers and candy which was awesome, too! ive been feeling so ready to have this baby. i had an appt today and found out that shes still breech and her back is in my ribcage! yuck! if she doesnt turn theyre gonna schedule me a c section next week. i hope they do. i just wanna get one and have her easily! im over my c section fear now. everything looked good other than that! ive gained a total of 38lbs. not too bad but i dont wanna go too much farther than that.

Hey there :) How have you been? It has been a couple weeks since I have talked with ya! I have been sooooo stinking busy at work, and don't get to get on the computer very much. I really miss it, I love reading all the posts and everything and just haven't had the time! Are things still going ok with Zach? I really hope they are! THings are good here. I can't believe its only 6 more weeks, time is flying by so fast! I get to have a little baby shower though, i am so excited especially since I didn't think anyone would plan one for me. Well I just wanted to say hi! Hope all is well! talk to you soon :)

mplsmama - Saturday, 3 May
Hey there! So you were one of those kids who needed the collar bone broken huh? That's one of the things my dr was saying could happen if s/he gets "stuck." As soon as I heard that, I thought, yeah, a c-section will be just fine, thanks! I'll take the pain if it means my baby can avoid it! Anyway, it really depends on whether or not I go to full-term. And it's something they'll decide day-of. But if I go full-term, she really sounded like it's a pretty good chance it'll happen.
I totally understand being nervous about being conscious & just numb. I HATE that feeling! I actually had a knee injury years ago and had to have a lower lumbar block [numb from waist down] and I hated it. It's the worst feeling to still be able to feel everything they're doing down there. But I think you're just so focused on seeing your baby, you probably won't pay much attention. I hope so anyway! We'll see... yeah, you're right, one of the perks is that I feel pretty confident that if I gave birth anytime from this point on, I'd probably be fine. That's a definite comfort. Sadly, I have no signs of going into labor anytime soon!
Hope all else is well w/ you... so cool that the tech said your baby has a cute face! I tried to scan & download the 4D pics but they have to be saved as jpg's and I didn't do it that way, so I'll have to play around w/ it a little.
Happy Friday!

Hey there, sorry to hear she's breach at this point! I know how nervewracking it can be to think about having to have a c-section. At my dr's appt today, they said that mine was head down, but they said to not get comfortable w/ the idea b/c there is still plenty of time for them to flip! I also know that my niece was breach right down to the wire... a few days before she was born, she turned. So don't give up hope! Although I do understand how worrisome that would be... it's normal to be concerned about it.
And... I can definitely relate b/c it was confirmed today that my baby is very large & I will likely need a c-section. :( They estimate s/he is 6 1/2 lbs already! So, even if I gained 1/2 lb per wk, that puts me at 9 1/2 lbs full-term -- and my dr said that women w/ big babies tend to gain more than 1/2 lb per wk at this point. Lovely. I was soooooo against having a c-section, but then she started talking about the risks associated w/ vaginal birth w/ this large of a baby, and I am totally at peace w/ it. I do NOT want to risk anything going wrong, so believe it or not, I'm almost hoping for a c-section at this point! Funny how our perspectives can change!
On a happy note, the u/s tech gave us some 4D shots of the little face! Sooo cute! And she was able to tell that s/he has hair already! I just had a blast seeing him/her on the screen. Sadly, my husband had a fight break out in his classroom & was late for our appt & missed the u/s. He was so disappointed. But I'll get another u/s at 37 wks [if I even make it that long] so he'll get to see the little one then.
Sorry for the long note.... hope you're well!

Angiepangie - Thursday, 1 May
Have you checked out spinningbabies.com yet? it has loads of great info and advice on how to encourage your baby to turn...the best part of course is if it works, you've avoided a version or a c-section. Breech presentations at 34 weeks account for about 6% of pregnancies...that number drops to 1-3% at birth, so there is still time for your baby to turn all by herself, so you might as well help her along!

snowwhite5thbabe - Thursday, 1 May
If you want to try to turn baby, you can try the cat pose described on my page...Also, one mom said that she was leaning against her husband while he was talking, and the baby turned towards him... very interesting!
God bless you and your little one!

NERVOUSMAMA - Thursday, 1 May
thank you so much for your comment!! She soo thinks she is the baby. We are gonna have such a hard time reminding her that she's not the baby anymore lol!!

no anestisia never bothers me, but i was so drugged up the hole way threw ne way, nothing could bother me, lol they make sure u r completely comfortable even while u sleep, believe me, u wont even feel nething! they woke me up threw the night to give me pain meds, to make sure they stayed in my system so i wouldnt wake up in pain. and i even had my son in the room with me the enitre time i was there. he only went to the nursery for his shots and tests and circumsision. other then that, he never left me, i was up for him completely! so dont worry so much. is this ure first baby? or just first c section? either way, im sure u have been preparing ureself for some drama as soon as u found out u were pregnant, right? lol these things rarely run smoothly, lol but it does happen, it is common for some kind of complication to occur.

nmck - Thursday, 1 May
My c-section took about an hour, but the baby was born much faster. I was unusual because I have several large fibroids, and several smaller ones. One of my smaller ones had to be removed to they could close the incision on my uterus. Also, I got a vertical cut (b/c of the fibroids) instead of a bikini cut. I thought the recovery was tough, but I feel good now after just a couple of weeks. Every day I felt a little better. I was knocked out, b/c the spinal didn't take and it was an emergency. My only advice is that if you have one, stay on top of the pain meds so that it doesn't sneak up on you. I had only 1 annoying nurse during my whole ordeal, but she made me feel like I was a junkie because I asked for my percocet. So I tried to go without it for longer times, and it sucked. When I told my doctor, she said I have to take my pain meds on time for the first several times to stay ahead of the pain. If you have to have one you will be ok. Don't get too anxious about it! All said and done, I wouldn't hesitate to do it again for another baby!

amandakaye - Thursday, 1 May
A lady I used to work with was going to have a breech baby so she looked around for chiropractors (sp?) that do the certain things that flips them, she went to the doctor the day after it was done and the baby flipped and she delivered normally!! I was stunned it worked, I had no faith! I really hope you find something to work for you! I also have panic attacks, how have you handeld them while pregnant? I use dto have valumn if they would get too bad but have not been able to take anything since I am prego, and some times it sucks really bad because I just can't calm down! I hate it.....Well, good luck.

mandalou81 - Wednesday, 30 April
Hi there! I'm in the same situation as you are in now! The doctors said there is still a good chance the baby will turn but if not they will do a c-section! I'm literally more terrified of a c-section than a natural birth and have told everyone this from the beginning! Goodluck to you with your little one!

Mommy2boys - Wednesday, 30 April
I'm in the same position as you....well, I should say our babies are! My little guy keeps flipping. I've had to have weekly ultrasounds for fluid in his kidneys, cervical length, and amniotic fluid index. Each time he has been in a different position. But as of Monday he was breech again. She said he is starting to finally run out of room and may stay that way. He may also flip one more time, but I just can't tell! I swear I feel hiccups down low, and I would think that meant his head was down. Oh well! I'm just starting to be really concerned though because I've been on rest for preterm labor and I've also recently dropped! I hope he isn't breech. I am TERRIFIED of having a c-section too.

We have done SEVERAL successful cephalic versions in our office before. So, it's possible, but then some babies turn themselves again. Good luck to you! Hope your little one changes their mind about going breech!

nmck - Wednesday, 30 April
Hey! I just tried to send you a reply and it disappeared. Sorry if you get this twice! Michael is doing very well. We are just waiting for him to be ready to bottle or breast feed, hopefully by next week. I am feeling a lot better too. How are you feeling? I bet it is getting tough to be on your feet all day. Are you having back pain? Hope you are doing well!

june08mamma - Wednesday, 30 April
I hear you with the numbness thing - I'm that way too, I'm afraid I'm going to freak out with the epidural because I don't like when I'm not in control of my body!! But seriously, you'll do great! From the time she had the epidural - which takes like 10 minutes to kick in - they had her on the operating table and the baby was out of her in 5 minutes. Took about a half hour to stitch her back up - so yeah, probably about an hour procedure or less. She said you just feel a little tug when they pull the baby out, like someone is tugging on your arm - no pain. She also said the epidural does not hurt at all - which made me feel much better!

amandajlane - Wednesday, 30 April
Yea! He looked at me and my chart and was like well Amanda based on Hayden's weight gain so far I would say she will be around 10.5 *paused* and then after like 30 seconds started laughing at the terrified look on my face lol :)

alicia510 - Wednesday, 30 April
my son wasnt breech but i had an emergency c section with him and im having a c section this time too. im not sure which numbness u r referring to, but the numbness while on the table i cant speak for i was asleep. but the numbness on the scar gets better as the scar gets older. my son is 4 now and i barely rememebr the hole thing. its only numb when it itches and i go to scratch it, its just feels a little funny. its like hard to scratch, lol but other then that, i dont even know its there ne more. i never got gas pains thow. i never even heard of that. they sent me home with a nice script of pain meds, and the recovery was fine. dont worry ull be fine. its really not as bad as it seems. if u freak out on the table, u either A. wont be able to move ne way...they strap u to the table because of u being numbed, they dont want u falling off. or B. between u & me...just tell them u still feel everything, like the spinal didnt work, and theyll have to put u to sleep. they pinch u really hard before they do the insision, to make sure u r numb and they ask if u feel it...which is y i was put to sleep, casue this happened to me i did feel them. oh, and, i heard that turning the baby around thing hurts REALLY bad, if u have panic attachs, that may be worse then a c section honestly. but just do as ure dr says, and try to stay calm. everything will work out. hope i could help out.

june08mamma - Wednesday, 30 April
Don't freak out!! My best friend just delivered her baby on Friday via C-section - the baby was not finding his way out of the birth canal during labor and his heart rate was dropping so they had to do the C. She is a panicky kind of person and was anticipating a vaginal birth thru-out her preg. Her c-section ended up being a huge success, it lasted 5 minutes and she felt no pain with the epidural. She is also having a great recovery - her scar is minimal and she is hardly sore at all. She was up and walking around the next day and home in 3 days, she feels great! Hang in there - you can do it!!

Aww I know how you feel on the intimacy front! Mike never wants to have sex anymore and he says its because he doesnt want to hurt the baby. . . so I brought up oral sex and you know what he said. . NO! Because what if I accidently swallow or something like that and whatever I eat baby eats. . . when he told me that I fell over and died laughing!! I then knew he truly just wants to be careful for our daughters sake (even though shes fine!) I thought this could lift your spirits. . have a great day!

I wouldn't worry about your husband too much. I think he is still attracted to you, just that it might freak him out to think of sex when the baby is so noticably "there" with you. Have you read the Girlfriend's Guide to Pregnancy? It's hiliarious and she talks about how there are guys like that. Better not to let yourself get stressed about it. I'm sure he'll "come" after you've had your baby :)

I just read your post about your husband not wanting the sex anymore. Mine was the same way. We didn't have sex from the time we found out I was pregnant until 4 weeks after Gabe was born. Now he wants it all the time like he used to. I think things will go back to normal-- he had the same reason that he didn't want to hurt the baby. I'm sure it will get better:) Good luck!

Hi there, yeah, the daycare dilemma... gotta love it! And not to scare you, but I've heard that there can be lengthy waiting lists for infants for some daycares! But I suppose that may depend on whether it's a center or a home daycare. I've generally found that if you just have faith that everything will work out, it usually does.
I'm really excited about the u/s too! I'm a little scared for the results [ie being told that I'm having a very large baby!] but I can't wait to see the baby on the screen! I really wouldn't be surprised if my baby is really big... I don't know if you remember, but even at my 2O wk appt, my baby was measuring really large [it was 13 oz, and I think they said it should be between 7-9 oz, or something like that]. My husband & I are not big people so I don't know where this big baby is coming from, if that's indeed what the problem is! Well, I'll find out soon enough.
Hope you're doing well!
