Hi,
I am Kourtnee. This is my third pregnancy, but my first one with my new husband.

May 1, 2008-
I really wish that I had insurance.. I think that I have a kidney infection.. The lower right hand side of my back hurts so bad... I have been having uti symptoms for a few days but since I don't have insurance, I don't know 100%... My husband is a paramedic and he just keeps telling me to drink cranberry juice.. YEAH, I have been.. He just doesn't want me to go to the hospital cause the bill will be alot.. Nice huh? We have been fighting a lot lately and I am at a point where I just want to leave him. Sad,, but he makes me soooooo mad and he is so unsympathetic with this pregnancy.. Anyways,, I have an appointment on the 14th. I hope that everything is okay since this will be my first one and I am already four months... My husband says that women have been having babies for thousands of years and never had to go to a Dr.. WHATEVER!!!!! I do not want to get the blood screen done that can determine if the baby has down's or some other deformity.. I had one of those tests come back positive with my second son and then had the amnio done.. It came back negative but I would rather not know.. I will love the baby no matter what..
By the way,, I have felt the baby kick.. A couple nights ago.. It was sooooo cool. I had a coughing fit and when I was done,, the baby was not happy about being bonked around and it let me know it.. I could feel it with my hand. And today the baby was kicking so hard that I could see my shirt move. I thought that the baby wasn't supposed to be able to kick that hard til later. Well,, either way,, it was soooo cool..
May 13, 2008- Well,, I have not felt the baby move in a few days. It was kicking soooo hard at 16 weeks that my hubby and son could feel it... But my hubby keeps telling me that if something is wrong, I would have a lot of cramping and bleeding.. Hmmmm??? I am going to my first appt tomorrow.. YEAH!! I hope to have an u/s done. I want to know if it is a girl or boy.. Let's hope for a girl,, but I will be just as happy if it is another boy... My hubby and I are doing a lot better.. Looks like I will keep him around.. = 0)
July 13th-
Well I am getting a divorce.. I can not put up with this mental abuse from my husband any longer. I am tired of paying him rent to live with him,, tired of him disconnecting the furnace when he goes to work for three to four days at a time, tired of him not wanting this baby,,,, just can not do it anymore... It is a sad thing but how much can one take,, especially pregnant?? I mean, this stress is killing me..... Thank God that this baby is doing good.. I have been having a lot of BH contractions though. Hope it is not early labor.. Only time will tell... I go to the Dr on the 18th......

I went to the doctor...I might be having a miscarriage..the date of my LMP and the ultrasound dont match..they are going to do bloodwork and then let me know. When he told me that I fainted..thank god my husband was there to catch me!

Hey!
I'm back!! woohoo! What a vacation! The weather was great, scenery is beautiful, yummy pineapples, wonderful hubby, fun fun, bad flight home!! We were supposed to leave Maui 5pm Saturday and the plane was broke so we sat in the airport for 7 hours until they finally sent us to hotels - minus luggage. We left the next morning but since the time change we didn't get to Dallas until 9:45 pm and no flights leave that late so another night on the road - minus luggage! We finally made it home Monday afternoon. Same clothes for 3 days! I was so disgusting!!
Anyways, I've unifortunately got to get caught up at work so I will message you later with more details! How's everything with you? Any news or changes while I was gone? I will know what I'm having in 46 hours - yeah!

Bend doesn't have rain OR trees! I love it though and can't imagine living anywhere else, I feel more at home now than I ever have anywhere else in my life. I feel pretty good, I get tired after a busy day but NOTHING like first trimester. I'm starting to feel the little guy move now and that's awesome. I feel like I'm getting bigger everyday! Hey girl, that website on midwives was very interesting, how ru? did you get into the dr? you have to let me know what ur having. I feel so big and have already gained 30 lbs and still have 2 1/2 months left, ugghhhh I bet I gain like 50. I feel uncomfortable, and can't wait to have her. I did not think my feet and back would ache like this, time was flying by and I was thinking this isn't so bad, and then boom I''m like really really uncomfortable and can't sleep! i definitly know what you mean! I'll be going shopping again after my next ultrasound when I know the sex!! Probably go a bit overboard on that trip!! The next few weeks are going to CRAWL by, i just know it!
