Hey everyone! First let me just say that I think this is a great website for encouragement and friendship.

I miscarried in December after being on Clomid for 3 months. It was the hardest thing I've ever gone through. Now I'm trying again and no luck yet. But we've got to remember that it will happen on God's time, not ours.

4/16/08- took a test this am. think I saw a very, very faint +. but not sure. Going to wait and take one again on friday. God- I hope this is my time!

4/18/08- Got a + on my preg. test! Woohoo! We're finally pregnant! And its sticking this time! Little crampy and sore BB's. Yea!

5/7/08- My lucky day:) Everything went well at the 1st appt. Saw the heartbeat....it was amazing. That gave me so much reassurance. Can't wait till the next one so I can see my peanut even better!

I had an appointment last week, they just gathered a medical history. They seemed very interested in my previous miscarriage and I had records sent from my former OB. They will listen for the heartbeat with the doppler at my next visit on May 30th but will not do an ultrasound until 16 weeks! I have to wait so long...And I'm not even "feeling" pregnant so hopfully things are going along ok. I'm just waiting for some concrete evidence one way or the other...

We are in a need of a good trip..haven't heard of the ttc cruises...I will have to check that out...hehe. I stopped clomid for this month but was thinking about doing it next month just so I continue to ovulate. I actually got AF today without a warning....I usually get sore bb's and cramps about 1 wk before..nothing. weird. So I had a 33 day cycle...not to bad. So I think I will go get the Clomid today to start on CD3... HH is doing better with his diabetes, insulin is going well but I have to get him eating better, I had put him on this diet but when I'm not there he eats what he wants. I have cleaned the house out of junk but he finds in somewhere...goof. HUGS

I'm so glad to hear you are doing well. Nothing new with me. We are still on a break, but I still am checking in on everyone...lol, but we are not preventing it either. I have been so busy this last month...I actually don't even know what CD I am on. I know I am past 28...my longest cycle was 43 so I will wait until after that to test but with our odds not being very good, it's likely a bfn. My chin is up not focusing on ttc so maybe that will help. keep me posted...hugs

How are you feeling these days..... woohoo week 8! Only forever more to go!! LOL....... well at least there's a lot to pass the time in between right? I mean with all the work that goes into the holidays..... we may find ourselves wishing we had a bit more time! :) (K, probably not really......cuz when it gets to be about week 30..... it feels like it can't come fast enough!) Hey there. sorry i am being a strange...since we aren't trying anymore I don't like to get on the website too much....

I never had a problem with my husband going to bars and drinking, I had a problem with him going places with his exes....I know terrible. *sigh* all the years we put into making our family work he tares it apart! I can't say I am happier withour him at this moment, but glad him and I aren't bringing another child into this world givien our f**ked up relationship. I know my time will come to have another child, but I want things to "right" between my spouse and I first. (sorry about the rambling on and on).

Anyways how many times a week is your hubby going out? Maybe he is trying to get the "kid" out of him before he has a child. have you expressed your thoughts about him going out all the time to him? please bear in mind that you should take my advice with a grain of salt b/c i can't seem to keep my own husband.

anyways how are you feeling? any sickness?? spill all!!! talk to you soon.

just read u'r last post (sorry, work has been busy and exausting!). which leads me into the nesting thing: no, it is NEVER to early to nest! lol. I was sick the 1st trimester so the only nesting I did was in the bed. Every few days, usually my days off (mond. and tues) I feel nesting coming on- cleaning like crazy and make lists for baby stuff, but the rest of the wk I am completely exausted. But my tummy is getting so big and my little man is always telling me to sit up straight! lol. so I'm really enjoying it though I can't wait for each wk to pass quickly! how are u doing? any ms? i saw on a post you saw the babies heartbeat! congrats!!!! that's soooooo exciting! I still look forward to every dr. appoint. just so I can hear to heartbeat....ya know....I really should invest in one of those stethascope (spelling?) things. congrats!

Your ultrasound picture looks just like mine did at 6 and a half weeks, with the yolk sack being more towards the center, so I'm thinking it's all good :) How are you feeling? I hope everythings going well, and you're not too tired or sick :) Keep me posted... :)

oh girl - all my talk about 'talking nicely' - i was a mess last night! he changed plans and we ended up not seeing eachother from after church until 10:30 last night! i was sooooo upset!!!!!! it took me forever to fall asleep - journaling helped a great deal (and a lot of prayer). this morning we talked a little bit and i'm trying to let it go but i stilll feel cranky about it! what's a girl to do? thanks for letting me vent : ). hope you have a good week.

I don't think u can get too much prog. -My dr. really didn't think I needed more then the 100 mg once per day and was not wanting me to do twice- I'm not sure her concern on that- she never said. but since so many other people had way higher doses (even higher than yours), I figured I was ok. I don't think too much will hurt the baby but I think your body can get "too much" and make you sick- alot of people said they were dizzy and nauseous (like I was too), but who knows if it was from the prog. or just the pregnanycy..So the little man woke me up at 2 o'clock telling me to eat- I was starving! I had cereal and pizza, then at 4 more pizza. now i'm trying to figure out what to eat again! I think he's going through I growth spurt- and I think my colustrum's trying to come in....fun =) how are you feeling?

i feel you on wanting hubby to grow up! my poor guy ~ i've become a little bit demanding and rigid about our time together and possibly a little bit hard to please with all the hormones. i seem to want him to want to be with me all the time! hang in there and don't forget how many hormone changes we're going through. my hubby responded very well last night to some calm conversation expressing my opinion : ) good luck!!!!!
