More....

Hey everyone! First let me just say that I think this is a great website for encouragement and friendship.

I miscarried in December after being on Clomid for 3 months. It was the hardest thing I've ever gone through. Now I'm trying again and no luck yet. But we've got to remember that it will happen on God's time, not ours.

4/16/08- took a test this am. think I saw a very, very faint +. but not sure. Going to wait and take one again on friday. God- I hope this is my time!

4/18/08- Got a + on my preg. test! Woohoo! We're finally pregnant! And its sticking this time! Little crampy and sore BB's. Yea!

5/7/08- My lucky day:) Everything went well at the 1st appt. Saw the heartbeat....it was amazing. That gave me so much reassurance. Can't wait till the next one so I can see my peanut even better!

6/26/08- Just had our 3rd anniversary! I'm feeling good except wierd crampiness/stomach pains after eating and other times I have sharp pains in my side. Anyone else experiencing these? Also, feeling like I'm gaining a little more weight and still sleepy. Go to my 3rd dr appt monday. I'll write then!

6/30/08- Had appt today. I got to hear the heartbeat. Most amazing sound in the world:) Dr said my uterus was right where it should be (under belly button and moving up) and everything went well. Can't wait til the next one! Should find out the sex! Yippee!

7/6/08- I could swear that I felt a flutter today! I was standing at a counter after dinner and felt a vibration in my lower abdomen. I thought at first maybe it was my capris snagging on the drawer so I tried to go through the motions again but no luck. Then, the more I thought about it, it could have been my munchkin!!!! I want to feel it again so I can compare!

7/31/08- Had our big u/s yesterday! It was so amazing. IT'S A BOY!!! Not what I was expecting but God knows what to give us. We got to see him swallow and wave. I drank some tea before so it would be moving and we could peek and he was all over the place:) The tech was chasing him! They said everything looked good. We are 9oz and growing. Its like nothing I've ever seen. Truly the work of God.

8/16/08- Still feeling great besides all the crazy hormones. I'm driving my hubby nuts. One day- fine, one day- bitchy, one day- crying. I can't wait til they just move on. Course, that won't be for a while. I feel precious baby boy about every night and sometimes throughout the day. Its the best feeling ever! I LOVE being pregnant:)

8/28/08- Now I REALLY feel pregnant. I cried tonight just because I forgot an item at the store for dinner. Wow- I've got to get a grip:) A big fat toast to hormones

9/22/08- baby is kicking all over the place:) Its so neat and makes me smile after a long, rough day at work. We still have no power from hurricane Ike but I praying for it this week. Its like we're camping in our house! We have a generator so thats nice. And I'm trying to get ready for baby but can't paint without a/c! Grrr.

10/15/08- Everything is going great. just swelling a little when I work 12 hr shifts on my feet. Yucky. I'm feeling Lane kick all the time and even hard enough that it catches me off guard! I love it:) We are working on the nursery now and just finished carpeting and painting. I can't wait until its finished!
