I took my lil Emma to the Pediatrician today for her 4 month well visit. She is now 14lbs 8oz 23 1/2 inches long!! She got 3 shots, my poor baby cried real tears. She was fine after that for about 5 hours, then she started to cry and then scream.......I gave her Tylenol and she fell asleep at 8pm. My poor baby girl! She is being Christened next Sunday!! I cant wait!! Thats all for now!!

Hello all of my friends!! Geeze I have not spoken to so many of you in a while!! I was a chat addict when I was pregnant and right after I had Emma but lifes been so busy the past month that I have hardly been on. I graduated nursing school last week!! YAY thank God. What a crazy last semester having had Emma in the middle of it and the 2nd to last week I had emergency gallbladder surgery but I made it! Emma will be 4 months old on Thursday, I take her for her 4 month well visit that day, she will be getting her 2nd round of vaccinations. SHe sleeps 10-11 hours at night now but she is starting to teethe and will occasionally wake in the middle of the night in pain the poor baby. She is getting so big, I cant wait to see how much she weighs now, Im gonna guess 14ish pounds, considering she was 5p 4o at birth, shes is a chunky monkey now!! I posted a few new pics of her too. I hope all of you are well and the babies are well!! Keep in touch and take care!! Love you all!! xoxo Christina and Emma

I am soo.... bummed!!! Now, my c-section will be for sure next wed, the 11th! They have the surgery scheduled for 7:30am. We have to be at the hospital at 5:30 and nothing to eat or drink after 11pm the night before! Which will be very hard, because I get thirsty all the time!!!
My last baby was 9lbs 8oz (Haley), the doctor guessed Madalynn being more than that! Thats ok! I plan on breastfeeding too! Haley also started sleeping through the night at 2 weeks!!!! I couldn't believe it either!!
I am scared because Mike will be going back to work the following wednesday (he only gets 5 days off of work)!! I'll only get 3 days at home with him!! I don't think I'm going to be even close to even getting out of bed myself!! My mom is coming over for 3 days, but I can't see how she is gonna lift me out of bed!??? I am scared for recovery! I am not sure what I'm going to do???
That is exciting that you guys may be 'trying' again soon! How soon do you think you'll wait until trying again?? With your next, are you going to have another c-section or do you want to try a vbac? Your Sofia is very cute!! And a headfull of hair! I have a feeling Madalynn is going to have a lot of hair too, because I've been having heartburn EVERY night!! I know its an old wifes tale and doesn't mean anything, but I just have a feeling. Did you have a lot of heartburn?
Have you heard anything about castor oil?? I am thinking about taking it tomarrow, maybe hoping I'll go into labor!!?? But I'm unsure about it. Have you heard anything? Talk to you soon!

Well, bad news from the doctor. She wont do it any earlier than next wednesday. I'm super bummed out!!! I was really hoping for this weekend so I could have a total of 10 days of recovery instead of 7. I don't know if I'm going to be able to get out of bed my self by that time! I hope so! I had a horrible long recovery with Haley. I don't know what I'm going to do!? So, we still have 6 days left before Madalynn gets here!! She said again this will be a big baby!! I told her that my last was 9lbs 8oz. I thought she said that this one would be bigger than that!! Holy crap!! I hope not!!! I have soooo many cute 0-3 months clothes that I want her to wear!! I don't want her being so big that she goes straight to 3-6mts.

Well, I have a doctors appointment this thursday (my last one). My due date is June 17th and she has me scheduled for June 11th. I really want to have her this weekend instead of waiting until wed!! My husband only gets a week off of work. If we do it wed, he'll only be with me for 7 days. If we have her sat then he'll have 9 days with me before going back to work. I don't think I'll be ready to even get out of bed myself at day 7!!!! How long did it take you before you could get out of bed and stuff on your own?? I remember Haley, I had a bad recovery! I'm not looking forward to it! At my last dr appointment last week, my doc said to me, "I think your gonna have a big baby!" I was like, "ya, I know!!!" I don't think I could get any bigger!!!! I am HUGE!!!!! She guessed the baby being already at least 8lbs!! She'll probably be at least 9lbs!! Which is ok since I'm getting a c-section.
My girls are soooo ready for baby Madalynn to get here!! They both hug and kiss her every night before bed! Its soo... cute!!
Your Sofia is so cute!! She has a lot of hair!!! My 2 girls were bald forever!! I have a feeling this one is going to have a lot of hair! I have heartburn all the time!!!!

Wow your little girl has a lot of hair. Our little ones are the same age and Naomi has hardly any hair. LOL I can't wait until she gets hair. Naomi now weighs 7.5 lbs and is 21 inches long. She started out small but I think she is quickly catching up. Sofia is beautiful. How did her checkup go? I am dreading the needles for Naomi. She gets them when she is 2 months old.

My lil Alayna will not go to the dr until her 8 week check up. She will get all her shots then. I hope Daddy can go so he can hold her when she gets her shots. I do not like that part one bit!! I'm glad your baby girl is doing well & is healthy. Try to stay cool it is so HOT here in Texas!!

Madeline had her one month visit yesterday! She is up to 8.15lbs and 21 1/4 inches long. She is 50% for length and weight.. and 70% for head.. lol She has a melon. HAHA Maddie didnt get any shots.. but she gets all 4 next appt. Thats going to make me cry :( But she is healthy!! We are both sharing a cold right now though.. so that kinda sucks :(
