It's a boy! Chase Michael is here. He arrived at 7:09 pm on Friday, August 22nd. He weighed in at 8 lbs, 13 ounces and 21 inches long. He was a big boy!

Hi! I'm Kristin. My husband and I are expecting our first baby. We were married June 8, 2007 and were planning on trying to get pregnant this spring - but to our surprise, it was easier than we thought! It is such a blessing it happened this way - I feel like it was fate. We are both very excited about being parents and can `t wait. I am the first of most my friends to have a baby and I found everyone on this site so helpful, supportive and wonderful. Thank you all! :-)

You are too funny! You sound just like me! I'm glad to have met another reality tv junkie/fanatic!! :) Okay, about graham, I totally saw her falling for him more than he was her, I think. She's right, she can't be there at the end again standing there having feelings and love for someone who doesn't feel exactly the way she does back. He is soooo sooo stupid for writing her a letter! What was he thinking?? Why couldn't he have 1. given it to her BEFORE the rose ceremony or 2. the obvious, say those things to her when she visited him in his element/hometown?? How immature! Well, after he did that, in my eyes, it was HIS loss. I do feel bad for her though.
About Jesse, nah, I don't even really think she likes him as much as she might be "fascinated" w/ him. I like Jason a LOT. Of course, I have 2 kids, so I can totally relate to him being a father (not a single one, just a daddy in general) and I think he's sooo sweet and REALLY cares for her! What do you think?? lol

They keep telling me his head is down, but they never say if it's in the pelvis or what! My doctor's office stinks. I can't wait til pregnancy is over and we have our little babies in our ARMS instead of our BODY!! lol

Luckily, they have a chart so that you can find the right size. I ended up getting a size "D". I went by the my height (5'10") and my pre-pregnancy weight. They fit just right! Keep in mind they are not as tight as normal hose and they give you breathing room in the belly! I think you will be fine with a small!

You are just supposed to heat the meat up first (if it is deli meat) to kill any bacteria that may have grown in it.

Even though my labor was really long and hard with my first child I can honestly say there were a lot of great things. First of all the nurses were awsome. They were very supportive and helpful. They took great care of both me and my husband. And also if it just gets too painful they always have meds to help you get through it. And best part is when you finally have your baby in your arms. The main thing is to make sure you are educated and prepared. Practice your breathing because it is really going to help you during labor.

i have a nice big glass of red wine every friday and sometimes sat night. I did it during my last pregnancy, and my little girl was fine! I have been wanting a big tall glass of beer, but like you, I've been sipping my husbands. I did have a whole one on my due date last time-mmmmmmmmm it was so good! And it helps your milk come in! Good Luck

thank you! it's funny that you mention that show! I am addicted to it! My doctor told me to quit watching it because i freak myself out! I have a feeling my little girl is fighter! But i'm going to deliver in about 2 weeks! I will be 32 weeks. It's exciting to think she will be here but I am terrified to even walk by the NICU at the hopsital.

I've been on a quest for preggo comfortable shoes. The ones I found are too narrow already for my expanding swollen feet. I bought a pair of Sofft sandals, same brand as Born and Boc. They are hand made leather, blah, blah! I bought a size bigger than I need, still too narrow now. Go for flip flops!!!! There are tons of cute styles and no shoe is comfortable in the last 10 weeks! I walk barefoot at home. I know barefoot and pregnant!

I can relate to how you have been feeling... I also have waited for this special time for as long as I can remember and now that it's here I am kind of in shock! My husband and I talk about future vacations and things like that and have to remind ourselves that we now need to think about family vacations. And simple things like hanging out with our friends... we are the 1st of our group to have babies, so it does change things and how we relate to others. But I am sure this is perfectly normal for us to feel and once our babies come, we will be so over joyed that we will probably forget all about these worries!
