Adalyn Jade has arrived and the details follow!!

Born on June 16th

at 1:30am by c-section

weighing 6lbs 10 oz

19 inches long

Well I started contracting on Father's Day at 6pm. The contractions started coming every 20 then 10 then 5 minutes apart. We started to feel as it was time and got Braedyn and the bags and went to the hospital around 8pm. We got there and they hooked me up to the machines and the contractions were now coming 2-3 minutes apart but not too painfull. I have had a previous c section so I knew I would have another. My doctor was not available so another doctor ordered turbutaline to stop the contractions until 5:30 to have my doctor do the section. It brought down the intensity but they still where coming every 2-3 minutes. So they said we are delivering in 1 hour. The c section was a Great experience and the recovery was not bad. Two days in the hospital and home now! I had a great experience and Adalyn is healthy and we are all SO Happy to have her!!! I wish a safe and happy delivery to you wonderful ladies!! From the Start!!!!

Hello my name is Kristin and I have a 4 year old little boy named Braedyn that is Amazing!!! I feel Very Blessed to have such a Healthy boy and another Baby on the way due June 29th 2008!! I went to the doctor today1/8/08 and heard the heartbeat just thumping away!! I feel relieved! In 3 weeks we go for Sonogram #2... Hopefully we will find out the sex of the Baby!! Braedyn Is So helpful and is Very Excited for his brother or sister to be here! Well we found out today 1/29 that IT'S A GIRL.....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

2/10- I am Officially 20 weeks today.. I am SO Happy to be moving right along with this pregnancy! I have gained weight.. Mostly in by behind..but Oh well I did POP a little today as in my stomach..I also ate a lot!!! Well I am ready to see my Baby Girl Adalyn. That's what we (My honey and I) came up with Braedyn also likes the name and loves talking to Miss.Adalyn in my Tummy. It is really Sweet. The smallest things make me Happy! True Love is Awesome! When I went to my Sonogram on the 29th Adalyn weighed 8 ounces and she looked really healthy to the doctor. She looked Happy floating around. I am feeling her kick every now and then throughout the day and more at night! I love it.

2/26- Well today we went to the doctor for my monthly checkup and heard Adalyn's heartbeat thumping away again! My doctor said she was moving around a lot. He said Stop moving Baby so he could get a good listen... I also was measured which he said I measured exactly 22 weeks. It was a Perfect checkup. Next monthly visit I do the glucose test. I was going to have to switch doctors due to my insurance and found out today I will not!! YYEEAAHHH.. I was a little stressed this whole month thinking I had to switch doctors. He delivered Braedyn and I really have a lot of Trust and Faith in his decisions. He is a Great Doctor! Well I will have another sonogram around 32 weeks. I am hopefully going to fetal photos in the next couple weeks. I really cannot wait to see my baby again and see how much she has changed in size and everything. I am feeling Great!! Not really moody just days I am a little more quiet. Then I have a good nights rest and feel 100% better. My appetite has increased some and I am feeling her move a lot more now! She is AWESOME and I already LOVE her so much!

3/13- We went and got a 3D4D sonogram today and I am SO in LOVE!! Adalyn was so Dainty and so Precious.. She sucked her thumb and fingers and she always had her hands around her face.. So Lady Like! She had her legs crossed and was close to the placenta resting the whole time. She was sleepy. I did some yoga poses and she started to move around some. She smiled a lot and Is such a Happy Baby it seems. We got some really good shots of her face and she is Beautiful. Her daddy thinks she looks like me.. I just think she is adorable and all is looking great on size and health. Her heartrate was 151 and I was told it sounded and looked good. Today I had the wave on my stomach. My stomach was moving big time and I was Amazed. She really is getting strong and big. My tummy is growing faster now and I look pregnant. It took awhile but now I officially have A Baby Bump. I am enjoying every day with her! I cannot wait till June to see and hold and kiss her! I have an appt to see my doctor on the 25th and should get one more sonogram at 30-35 weeks. I am interested in her weight and lenght!

3/25- I went to the doctor today for a regular checkup. It went good I drank the glucose drink. It was red and tasted like koolaid and waited one hour and they drew my blood. I am starting to go every 2 weeks now! It must be getting close. I heard her STRONG heartbeat which sounded Wonderful. I had gained 4 lbs and I feel great. I am getting Excited knowing in 2 weeks I will have another sonogram. I really want to know her measurements like weight and lenght. So all is going smooth I will update in 2 weeks. I am getting all her stuff that she will need and I am taking it easy.** I feel blessed**

4/8-I had a doctors appointment today with a sonogram. I found out Miss. Adalyn weighs 2 1/2 pounds already! Big girl with Very chubby cheeks.... My doctor says everything looks good. I guess now It is getting close. I am going every 2 weeks until I deliver to my doctor to make sure I don't have preterm labor. I had Braedyn my son at 34 weeks so my doctor is making sure I don't have her early!

4/22- 30 Weeks!!!! YEAH........ I feel GREAT!! I am getting bigger! I am craving fruits, yogurt and healthy foods for the most part! She moves a lot and Is SO LOVED already! I am almost done with the shopping and I am ready for it to be June! I love Green apples and WATER!! Oh my I have bought SO many cases of bottled water It is not funny... I drink water all day!! I went to the hospital today for my appt and went to the nursery and looked at the babies and got all excited!! I am SO ready to hold her and kiss her precious face! Now I just have to be patient.....

5/06-32 weeks! I went to the doctor today for my routine appt. Everything went great! I heard her strong heartbeat and measured perfectly. All is well. My doctor said one more fetal fibronectin test at 34 weeks (in 2 weeks) and no more after that. I have done these tests since 28 weeks and all of them have come back negative which means no preterm labor! I really want this baby to come closer to the duedate. Braedyn my son was 6 weeks early and had some issues with body temperature and some breathing complications and could not breast feed right away! That was really hard to deal with. So my doctor is being VERY cautious. I am scheduled for a sonogram at my next appointment. I am extra curious how much this little girl weighs.

5/20-34 Weeks Update! I am SO HAPPY... I went to my appointment today and I have dropped and her head is still down. We did a sonogram and Miss Adalyn weighs in at 5 lbs 2 ounces and looks great. He did not even do a fetal fibronectin test because he said if she comes now she will be fine. Awesome!! I will be getting another c section on June 24th if I do not deliver before then. I will be 39 weeks at that point. I did my tour at the hospital so I will know where to go and saw the rooms and the precious babies in the nursery. I am really getting more excited the day is so close where she will be in my arms! The countdown begins now.....

5/24-35 weeks- WOW... One month is the longest we will have to wait to meet Miss Adalyn.. It's One month today until my induction to meet our Princess. Her daddy got to play with her the other night.. He was saying Peek a Boo with his fingers on her foot while I was laying on my side. She was kicking back everytime he touched her foot.. We could see her toes and heel.. That is Amazing! He was saying Awww! He Is 6'4 and it's cute to see his sensitive side. He acts tough 99.9% of the time. I am enjoying this pregnancy and really feel blessed to have a healthy baby that God has given us to raise and love!! Braedyn her soon to be Big Brother Loves her already! He wanted a brother at first and now he is helping me pick out her bracelets and bows.. Saying "Mom she will Love this we have to get it for her." He is a big boy but is so sensitive at the same time. He does say that if anyone picks on my sister I will have to hurt them Mom! I have a older brother that I love and I hope they will have that same bond... I go to the doctor on the 3rd for a regular appointment and then my weekly visits until she's here.. I will update when I am 36 weeks! I hope everyone is feeling well and feeling blessed!!

6/3-36 Weeks- What a day!! Not such a good one either! I do not like to complain but oh my! Everything seemed to go wrong today. I woke up Ok but little things happened all day that where not good. From insurance problems again which is not comforting when I have a c section scheduled in less than a month to just feeling rotten. I am going to make the best of it. I did hear my little ones heartbeat and measured great at the doctor so that was good. I am glad this day is over... Wow.. what a day!!

6/10- 37 weeks- That was a better checkup than the last. My insurance is taken care of! I was misinformed last week by hospital staff. She was un aware of the insurance they did and did not except. I will be delivering where I originally thought. The same hospital where Braedyn was born. Braedyn and I went to my appointment and we went and saw the babies. There where twin boys that where 2 hours old. So cute and tiny. Braedyn was proud to say he was going to be a Big Brother to there family. I am measuring Great and Adalyns heartbeat was So strong today! The doctor commented on how Great it sounded. I did get tested to see if I was leaking amniotic fluid because I told him that I might be leaking some. But No thank goodness I was not. I have 2 weeks until my C section on the 24th. In the 2 weeks we "Hubby and I" are going to get the house 100% company ready. I need to freeze some dinners for the weeks after the baby as well. Hubby needs to put the carseat in the car and I need to finish my hospital bag. I am also going to spend Good Quality time with Braedyn. I am happy that our family is going from 3 to 4. I am ready to meet our newest addition Miss Adalyn! I am going to relax and take things easy and enjoy these last days just the 3 of us.
