October 31

Hey, My name is Kristin and this is my first pregancy, Im a little nervous but im sure every one is at first. The first 11 weeks have been great, so great that it worries me. I cant wait for another couple weeks when I will start showing my little baby bump.............YAY.

I just got married to my loving husband at the begining of June in Mexico........BEAUTIFUL and we are now expecting at the end of May.

Anyways my page looked a little empty so I thought I would through a line or two in there, but being so new to this I would appreciate any tips and advice.

November 6

Okay so Its been a week so I though I would update, but to tell you the truth I have had no changes I still feel great a little more tired and the odd headache (could be the weather seeing Im looking out the window and see snow falling....Yuck).

Im going for my first OB appointment on friday........so excited to hear a heart beat and know that everything looks good. Then I can start telling people because crazy me refused even to tell either parents until after I see the doctor.

Anyways there is this book that I read and if you can get your hands on a copy please do it such a good book, it written by Jenny McCarthy and is called Belly Laughs (The naked truth about pregnancy and child birth) sooooo funny.

Nov 14

Ok so I went for my first OB appointment on Friday and we just chit chatted about how Ive been my habits and my history, well just when I got my hope up he said "okay well would you like to hear a heart beat"? OMG it was to most amazing thing to hear I think from that moment on for the rest of the day I could not stop smiling. The babies heart beat was 173 BMP and the doc said that is what he likes to hear at this time. God cant wait for an u/s.

We also have started to tell people my Family went crazy when they found out (excited that is) and same with my Inlaws but its funny how both sides new or had a feeling we were pregnant. Im still nervous to tell my Boss, I think I might wait another 2 weeks.

My next appointment in on Dec3, and already counting.........WOW this is flying by!.

Hey another thing too for all the women who are do in the spring...we sure were thinking because all of us are going to have the summer off....Woohoo.

Ok I was told that its time to update so here it is.................LOL.

On December 28 I went for my first Ultrasound and it was the most amazing thing ever, I swear I could look at it for hours. That day we found out we were having a GIRL !!! So pink and purple here I come, I’m so excited and it really made me love my belly even more (if that's even possible). So of course right away we decided that we are going to name her Alexis not sure about the middle name yet but it’s funny how you cannot decide what names you like until you find out what the gender is.

On the weekend of January 5 I felt her moving like crazy, not too many kicks more shifting and moving around. Sometimes just above my pubic bones gets rock hard and as soon as I rub it a bit it moves away ............LOVE IT!!! I think actually I felt her move away from the out side.

Yesterday Jan 8 I went to the doctors to get my results from the US and everything is perfect with my little girl and he set the due date for the May 24 weekend which is pretty much the same day from the start.
