Hey, nothing here yet!

Monday, 26 NovHello, ya'll

Thursday, 20 Dec
Almost 17 wks, and I am starting to have lower back pain or in my pelvic region. I'm barely showing, but my body is telling me otherwise. I hope I'm not one of those women who cannot do anything the last two months because I can't walk!!! I used to work in an OB clinic as a medical technicain, and let me tell you, I've seen everything. That's why I put getting pregnant on hold. A lot of things happen to the body, sometimes good, and sometimes bad. The bad always freaked me out. But so far, I've had an easy 17 wks, other than the lower back pain. lets see how next week is.

Hey thanks for your comment, at least I'm not alone. I'm not to bothered about the marks on my stomach, as I never really dared to bare my tummy in a bikni before pregnancy, its the ones on my legs that have gotten to me the most, as I love wearing skirts in the summer. Oh well, I suppose its the joy of pregnancy, and I would defiantly rather have them then be one of those women that refuses to get pregnant just so they can keep their figures....oh well not long to go now. Thanks hun xx

ladybug~ my baby is positioned the same way your baby is...she is head down and her back is to my left and her feet and legs to the right side of me...i also feel her head moving from side to side down below, which causes more pressure on my bladder...i can also feel her hands and fingers moving down there as well...do you feel this also????

LOL. My boobies have gone from almost a D cup to F CUP. I'm only a tad over five feet tall. I'm scare for when the milk comes in too!

Yes, I had the sore throat, congestion, mucus, fever. All that good stuff. I did not throw up or have diarreah, but I had not appetite. Was not a fun flu that is for sure, I made sure to drink tons and tons of water but you could tell there was something different, I could see my baby move inside me and let me tell you the kicks and hits were really strong. Now that I am eating again they are not as strong but still there.

Thank you so much for writing me back. I really appreciate it! I just went and bought some gaterade, becuase i know its got the electrolytes in it as well. I seem to be feeling a little better this morning, but still getting the fever everynight. You poor thing, the stomach flu is so hard on a person anyways, especially when your pregnant! Glad you got over that and everythings okay now!

thanks for that! it actually explains a lot. It could be the cold weather we are having as the first one was in the middle of the night and i sleep with the window opened. The one just now was in the office and it's very dry air in here! Thanks for the website - will take a nosey through that too!

I know. :( I just look at it as better then the coffee I used to drink. This is my 4th and my last baby. I'm trying to get myself to drink more water by squeezing lemon juice in it. I can't drink mlk (lactose intolerate) so having a bit of a tough time. I'm just crossing fingers I don't go over the 40 lb. mark. Do you know what you are having?

Hey, thanks for your advice, i'm going to call my doc. on tuesday. I love living in Italy but I really am scared and don't like being pregnant here, I just feel like the doctors here treat every patient like they have the same problems. My pregnancy is highrisk because I have a thyroid problem and after having my levels tested dec. 10th, I never got a call w/ the results so I called them a few weeks later and the OB tech told me not to worry and that I would get a phone call if my levels were off, so another 2 weeks went by and I didn't have an appt. until jan. 16th and I couldn't wait because I just knew that my levels were off, so I called again and asked the tech to speak with a doc and she tried telling me that if a doctor hasn't called then everything is fine so as nicely as possible I demanded to speak w/ a doc. and sure enough my free t3 level was off the charts and the doctor asked me to come in that day to have more test run. I mean what the hell is going on?!?!? My effin BP is skyrocketed (which unfortunately I didn't realize) and all the nurse says is oh your BP is a little high, you must be nervous. What kind of crap is that, and I was as calm as could be. Anyway, sorry for venting :) I really appreciate the advice

Hi. Last time I used creams, oil everything trying to avoid stretch marks and I am a firm believer that you body will do whatever. I got stretch marks no matter how hard I tried. Good luck to you and hopefully you have better luck then I did.

Hey, thatks so much for the advice, I just recently switched to decaf coffee, I had been mixing it half n half for a while hoping that it would help but maybe it's from the lack of caffeine. I woke up again this morning with my head just pounding

ktpregers - Thursday, 20 Dec
That website you posted is so cute! You are lucky that you will get that done. I am in the military and we have none of the extras! happy pregnancy! By the way, I am from IL .....just south of Chicago. I live in the Seattle area now though
