Well Hello!!! I'm so excited to be here!! This is my first pregnancy, first child, but I do have a stepdaughter that's 6 named Haven, she's very excited about being a big sister! I've been a hairstylist for 5 years, I work in the Highlands Ranch area, I'm married to a wonderful man, we're looking for a house to settle down in and call our own and couldn't be more happy about our upcoming new addition!
16 WEEK update: I've been on and off sick, I was extremely sick (throwing up 6-8 times a day) through the first 12 weeks, and since then have been sick maybe every other day, sometimes not for a week or so, but its so unpredictable! I hope that my whole pregnancy isn't like this! We go in next week to see the dr. again and we're hoping that he'll do an ultrasound to see the sex! Can't wait!
19 WEEK update: Still getting sick!!! Sometimes it's just horrible and I can't keep anything down, other days I squeek by without throwing up! I'm just soooo sick of being sick! I want that pregnancy glow and that high energy throughout the day! My lower back has started to hurt, but I guess all I can do is wait and hope that this goes away! I've heard it can last all 9 months, but I am hoping that maybe I'll wake up one day and just feel amazing, is that too much to be asking for? We'll find out the sex on April 25th, we're so excited!
21 week update: Well I've been put on some nausea medicine by my Dr. and it has seemed to help tremendously! I haven't thrown up in a week now and it's amazing. I'm in better moods (my husband was first to notice that) and I have much more of an appetite. I'm extremely happy we've made it this far! We finalized our moving plans, and we'll be moving in about a month, and then we can start decorating the nursery and getting ready for baby! We find out on Fri, what our little peanut is!
27 week update: Well we've found out that our baby is a GIRL! We're so excited and can't wait for our Ava Mae to join our family.....I'm so anxious to nest and buy a crib and get the nursery ready, and we're moving in just a few days so hopefully everything will go great. I was measuring 6 weeks ahead, but went in for an u/s and found out that everything's fine, she must have just been positioned weird that day or something!

| His reaction:: | was so excited....couldn't wait to go to the doctor and find out more about how our little one was doing! |
| Greatest memory so far:: | How i felt when that pregnancy test turned positive...we'd been trying for a few months and I thought it would never happen. |
| Biggest fear:: | an unhealthy baby :( |
| Strange symptoms:: | constantly bloated. all the time. |
| Advantages of being pregnant:: | people always think of you first :) Everyone's so kind to you |
| Weird dreams:: | breastfeeding nightmares. |
| Emotional outbursts:: | of course....especially those first 12 weeks. I was about ready to kick my husband out of the house for no reason. |
| Breast changes:: | tender, more firm, and getting bigger. |
| Waist changes:: | just getting thicker....my waist doesn't go in anymore ;( |
| Things you quit for baby:: | smoking, drinking (although I didn't drink a lot) and outdoor fun activities like rafting. |
| Most uncomfortable time:: | when I'm so bloated that I can't even get out of bed, my abdomen is just packed with air. |
| Worst part of being pregnant:: | Nausea and feeling bloated. |
| Best place for maternity clothes:: | I try to stretch my wadrobe out without having to buy maternity clothes, all maternitiy clothes just hang on me. |
| Taking parenting classes:: | Not yet, looking into it. |
| Pregnancy necessities:: | my husband, a good workplace, and good food of course! |
| Grandparents reaction:: | all very excited! |
| Aunts? Uncles?:: | can't wait! |

| Where will you deliver:: | Littleton hospital, about 10 min. away from our house |
