Hi there,

I work for a television production company based in the UK . We are currently making a documentary for ITV1 exploring the issues surrounding pregnancy and eating disorders. The film will be a thoughtful and insightful look into this extremely sensitive subject.

We’re in the research stage of our production and very keen to chat to women who are, or have been, pregnant whilst having an eating disorder.

ok good! that doesnt sound too bad. what did you do with their bottles and nipples and pacifier? i heard to throw them away but i really dont wanna do that. i wonder if sterilizing them in boiling water would work.

I feel the same way. I told my hubby I'm going to tough it out until Thursday when we go in to be induced. I'm sure everything I'm feeling is early labor. I had a lot of contractions today..they just weren't close enough to time or really worry about. Good luck!!!!

OH--good for you! It must all be coming to me! I am retaining lots of water, so that's part of it...but at the same time--I am eating a whole lot!! Hungry all the time! Not complaining! So excited about things...yet nervous too! I guess I sound pretty confused, huh??

Yeah...baby is head down and there is some pressure. I get braxton-hicks A LOT...all throughout the day! But still feeling pretty good. Have some swelling now and I'm gaining weight fast--NOT FUN! Hopefully I will be able to lose it quickly. How are you feeling these days??

Well, congrats on your little boy! It would be nice to have one of each but...maybe next time. I don't know what I would do with a boy. I'm sure I would figure it out! I am still very active so I am hoping that will help progress the labor process. It just gets so hard to move around with this HUGE belly, haha! I wish you good luck with your delivery and I hope for your sake you have him on June 1st! Keep me posted.

I am having another girl....very excited..and so is my daughter, Nadia! I always think that I am going to go early and then the due date comes and goes and I am so disappointed. This time I will just expect to go beyond my due date so if it's early, great! That would be a great feeling knowing that you might go in the next couple of weeks here! I love being pregnant, but it's time!

I also start my weekly appts tomorrow. I hope she checks me. I have a feeling that I have made no progress. I didn't show ANY signs of labor starting with my daughter and that's why I had a section last time (& they thought she was a 10lber!). It seems like everyone on this website thinks that their babies will come like 2-3 weeks early. I don't get it! Of course it would be nice, but chances are not! Have a great day!

Did you get an ultrasound to detect the weight or is that just a guestimate from your doctor? I am just curious because I am due the same day as you and I have a dr appt Thurs...I hope I am showing as much progress as you!! Good luck: )

fair enough about the cat thing, just that my vet never told me bout that stuff? or my doctor? my mum had cats when she had me and my brother and sister, i can't worry bout it now?

please dont think im been rude or anything it was just my opinion. this site annoys me sometimes when people say stuff that they really should ask a doctor about if it worried them that much! ;-)

my comment on cats: it is ok to change litter trays, you just have to wear gloves and wash your hads thouroughly afterwards. cats can carry diseases, but it is only an issue if they go outside where they could eat animals which have disease. if they are insuide cats you know what they eat... i have had to change litter tray whole pregnancy. my cat sleeps on my bed stil; and he tries to sleep on my pillow cause his a hog!! hahah

That's soo funny! I am LOL!!!! R U talking about the pangs of pain on the cervix? I am getting those quite a bit now. All normal and part of it, right?? Hubby lived on North Padre Island and we were married there. I haven't been to S. Padre...I hear it's fun! How are you feeling these days? Great, I hope! Doing really good. I have an appt. tomorrow and can hopefully find out where she is right now...because I cannot tell! Hope you have a great rest of the week and I'll talk with you soon!
