Hey there! My name's Alannah, and I have just turned 18. My fiance's name is Michael (he'll be 19 in August), and we want to start a family, but almost everyone thinks we're too young. On New Years Eve, 2007, we got a positive pregnancy test and were thrilled, but on February 1st, 2008, our angel grew wings and changed my life in a way I never thought possible. After a break from TTC, I am back in the game, but still just leaving it in God's hands, because He knows what's best for my life.

I believe that in the near future, God will bless Michael and I with a baby. And when that time comes, I know that we will be more than ready and much more appreciative of God's gift. Having a miscarriage was one of the worst possible things that I will ever have to go through in my life, but it has made me a better and much stronger person. I thank God for the lessons He has taught me throughout this ordeal, and I pray that one day very soon, Michael and I will be parents to a wonderful child.

Hi My son will be 5 in July , we really tried hard to fall pregnant with him and about 3 month before I fell pregnant with him , I had a dream about him. Which turned out to be true. After he was born we decided to start trying again when he was 6 months old as we took so long to fall pregnant with him. I had a miscarraige last August and about 2 month after that I had a dream of me being pregnant and my son sitting with me. I am pregnant now ( 17 weeks) . I do believe in dreams coming true. It has for me. Good luck

woah. i was born on my due date. also on my granpas and step brothers birhtday. so my birthday is pretty special in my family :) i was a HUGE 8 lbs 14 oz 21.5" long. So I was pretty damn fat and healthy. LOL. you can tell i was a big baby cause I always claim I'm fat now cause I never lost my baby weight :) haha.

Hey Alannah. I saw your question about pain in your lower abdomen. I just wanted to share with you that I suffer from moderate to SEVERE ovulation pain (aka Mittelschmerz pains). Sometimes it's so bad that can't walk... It doesn't last more than a few hours for me though. And although it really sucks, at least it tells me exactly when I ovulate. Apparently about 1 out of 5 women experience Mittelschmerz.... Hope this helps! Em x

speaking of prayers. my friend is 9 weeks pregnant and i had to take her to the ER yesterday with a MAJOR headache. come to find out she had bleeding in her brain. :( so i'm praying if she has to have surgery everything with the baby will be fine.

yeah. we are sorta in the same boat. i dont wanna become one of those people who are obsessing over it. if it happens by Gods will then it was meant to be. I agree with what babybustneeded said. Don't let what other people think stand in the way of something you AND your partner want. I too got married at 16 and right before our one year wedding anniversary we decided we wanted to become parents. Especially with mine and my husbands age difference, he really wanted children. So I stopped taking birth control and 6 months later we were pregnant. Luckily it didn't take as long as soon other couple's but I can still understand about how you feel with wanting to be pregnant and raise a child.

All I am trying to say is don't give up on something that you really want. Fuck what other people have to say. And I know it's hard,but don't get discouraged that it isn't happening right away. It will happen when it is meant to sweetie. Good luck and i wish you lots of baby dust.

i've been doing good. how are YOU? i see you changed up your site a little. I'm sorry people have made you not want to try anymore. Dont let people get in your way of dreaming BIG. I'm only 18 and I could care less what people have to say about me being married for almost two years or wanting to be pregnant. I graduated high school and moved out. Ive done more in my short 18 years of life then some people have done in their 40 years. It pisses me off when others bring people down. Dont worry darling. You and your fiance will soon be blessed with a beautiful baby and everyone will be in awe of how great parents yall will be. then you can give them the middle finger and smile. :)
