Tuesday, 22 July Awe I like Dani that's cute. When you said tomboyish it made me remeber the tv show Sisters where the dad wanted boys but got all girls and their names were Georgie, Alex and Teddy. Cute! I love names like that too! That would be good to have baby a few days prior to Christmas, maybe could go home by then. I will have to have a pretty major surgery though so I am sure I won't be so lucky, not including the C-section...ugh joy joy!!! I am now trying to figure out if they will knock me out completely or give me an epidural. Very confusing! Today my stress of the day comes from my sister n law who is just a know it all wanting to be there in my face ugh. Wish I could be one of those women who could have a vaginal delivery that happens so fast nobody can get called first! Crazy I know, but if you knew her. Sorry anyway, I don't know yet what I am having and I am not sure if I want to find out or not. I mean of course I want to but kinda want it to be a surprise too! I am torn, but have to make up my mind soon or at least by 20 weeks. Eh~! ashleym -
Monday, 21 July Thanks so so much. I bet you are so excited!!!!!!!! That is so cool that they are going to almost have the same birthday! That is so sweet. My brother and I are almost 5 years apart and I always wished we were closer like my cousins were. I think it would be great to have a sister to share things with so close. Yey! I am all excited for you! Can't wait to be that close to my due date. I knew early that I was preggo so I already feel like I have been pregnant forever too LOL. Do you have a name picked out yet? ashleym -
Monday, 21 July Oh Thank you so much for answering my question. You are a God-send. My due date is New Years and I don't really care when I have it but my husband works as a driller for an out of town oil company and they are already harping on him about what week he will need off like we really know ugh. Oil companies are not really family oriented at all, go figure most of them are single or divorced! Anyway, I think I am hormonal but tonight I was beggining to freak out about it a little. Thanks so much and I will be sure to ask you plenty, you will get sick of me

Thursday, 3 July i saw your comment on the 10 month page and i wanted to tell you that me and my older sister are 13 months apart and i love how close we are! we got to do everything together. I liked it more than her when we were young, and when we were teenagers we were complete oposites andwe didnt do anything together. now that we are older, shes 21 and i'm 20 we are best friends. we have a brother who is 15 months younger than me so we are all three in a row, it was fun growing up so close Dani1979 -

Saturday, 21 June Thanx! Yeah, I guess it would be okay, it's just kinda a funny play on words. I never noticed it 'til I was talking to her in the womb calling her that, and then it hit me, "okay, that sounds like smiley face" lol! I dunno, we might still keep it, but I thinking of an alternative. lachikis1984 -
Wednesday, 18 June Maybe I'll just "let 'em hang" for a few days after she's born. LOL. Or go buy a tube top. Not like I'm going anywhere.

Monday, 16 June Obviously we all want our babies to stay in as long as possible, but if we had our babies at this point they would be small but would have great chances of doing well. You are in my prayers.

Thursday, 12 June I think you are right! it is impossible to tell if the heartbeat dips without hospital equipment thats why i was so confused! the midwife was really dismissive and huffed and puffed at me asking so many questions all she kept repeating was its "normal" for the babys heart rate to dip! but my community midwife thought it was a reason for concern since i cant feel her moving anymore. I pointed this out and she said the placenta is anterior thats why! hmmm it was on my scan at 20 weeks but that has not stopped me feeling her for the last 11 weeks! the day unit was busy though so I think they wanted the bed to be honest! I am going back to the day unit first thing and say i am not happy with the response i got from them today. Stupid NHS I am not going to worry myself over night as i have to think of the baby. thanks for your advise. :-) lulizzle -
Sunday, 8 June Thank you for responding! I did finally admit that I may have overreacted and said the same thing you did...he didn't want to make me mad by disturbing me while I was sleeping since he knows how hard it has been to get comfy to sleep. I know he loves me, but hes the type of guy who doesnt show it with affection so sometimes it makes me doubt him. I think he's still learning too....I am his 1st real girlfriend and now we are havin a baby...I think sometimes he gets a lil freaked and doesnt know how to act. I guess I gotta blame all the crazy prego hormones..Im not usually so crazy! Thank god only 2.5 more months of insanity! Thanks again! I appreciate the advice from someone wiser than me...who has been in my shoes and knows what love really is! bexandruby -
Thursday, 5 June Hiya, i was just wondering about the liver thing. My midwife told me never to eat it during a pregnancy because of the high amount of vitamin A which can harm the baby. Now im confused about it. I really love liver and onions and wish i could eat it again but dont know what to believe xx lulizzle -
Sunday, 25 May I am totally with you on the whole thinking positive thing and things will be positive...and not just with baby but with life in general. I realized that if you "just know" everything will be good, it will! So... tell me this since you had your 1st in August...how bad is the summer really going to be? I am so tired of hearing people tell me "Oh honey you are gonna be sooo miserable" or " Wow...August..it's going to be a long summer"...like No Sh*t people...I have lived thru summer before...I KNOW how hot it will be...loL!!! lulizzle -
Sunday, 25 May I have just been focused on getting thru the whole bein preggo part of it...then I was reading some posts on here about what to expect when the baby actually gets here and then looked up more info on it...then freaked! It just sounds so stressful! I am so happy I have such a great support team...I couldn't imagine having to do this all by myself with no break! KMF -
Friday, 23 May Your advice to Dani is good to know. I was told my sugar levels were high and to be careful. I have the glucose test next week, so I've been watching what I eat. Now I feel a little more at ease.....I just need to lay off the fruit...and the sprite. :) Mizzy -
