This will be my first child! I am currently 8 weeks 4 days pregnant. I had a missed miscarriage over a year ago. I've already had 3 ultrasounds so far, and I saw the baby's heartbeat when I was 6 weeks pregnant!! It was so amazing to see the heart flickering! My doctor told me that once you see the heartbeat via ultrasound your chances of miscarrying drop to 2%!!!! Those are excellent odds!!! Hopefully, I am one of the 98% who have a healthy baby!

My boyfriend has a 2 year old son, who I am madly inlove with!! He is the cutest little boy!! So, I would like a little girl.. then she will have a big brother!! But, regardless if I have a boy or a girl...I am thrilled!!

So today I am 9 weeks!!! I am really happy but still nervous! I have to get over my fear of miscarriage.! I mean, I have already gone 5 weeks over from when I miscarried last year. And I am past the 8 week mark!! I think I am just nervous because last time I has a missed miscarriage, which means that I never even knew I miscarried until I went in for my first ultrasound! I am afraid that will happen again! But last week, I did go in for my second batch of blood work, and the doctor said that my progesterone and hcg levels were perfect, so she would see me on my next scheduled appoinment, which is the 21st!!!

I am finding myself peeing a little bit less. Still alot more than usual, but less than what I was doing in the beginning.

I just finished reading this book called, :"Fearless Pregnancy". I definately recommend reading this book!

I hope all of you mommy's are resting and relaxing!!!

Yesterday, was one of the best days of my life!! I went in for my 10 week ultrasound!!! As soon as, Sue, the technician started, the baby was moving and shifting all over the place. The baby made two fists and were moving them up and down. (almost dancing) The legs were going! It was sooo amazing!! My first ultrasound picture was at 6 weeks, and you could not even see anything...just a white blob... Its' amazing how much the baby grows in a matter of weeks!! The doctor said that they heartrate was perfect. (160) Whoo-Hoo!!! Now I can finally relax and enjoy this pregnancy!!! The only bummer is, that I have to wait until May for my next ultrasound!! (maybe by then we can find out what we are having)!!!!!

Yesterday at work, I was sitting down and I am pretty sure I felt the baby!!! I am only 11 weeks and 5 days, so I know it is still early, but I am POSITIVE that it was!! A few weeks ago, I thought I felt it, but then I realized that it was a gas bubble.. but this time it was completely different!!! I felt it 3 times. Right in a row. It felt like popcorn popping!! And it happened right above my pelvis. It was the most amazing thing I have ever felt in my life!!!

Today, i am 12 weeks and 1 day!!!! By the end of this week, I will be in my 2nd trimester!! YEAH!!!!

I am in my 13th week now!! FINALLY, THE SECOND TRIMESTER HAS STARTED!!!! My next ultrasound isn't until May... bummer :( Hopefully, we can find out what I am having then! So I am pretty sure that I felt the baby move again! I hadn't felt it since 11 weeks (which I am POSITIVE it was the baby). But last night, I had changed my sleeping position, and felt tiny little movement in the same area as last time!! IT WAS NOT GAS!!!! haha.. It was a little softer than when I was 11 weeks....( probably because i was laying sideways, rather than sitting)!!

I went in for my 18 week scan this morning!! The baby was being stubborn and crossed its little piggy's the WHOLE time!! I'll have to wait for next time to find out the sex! The doctor saw a little white glow on the baby's heart, called EchoGenic Foci. Its calcium bulidup on the heart. The doctor said that they are not worried about it al all, and most of the time, it goes away by itself!! I have to go the hospital next Wednesday, 23rd, to get a level 2 ultrasound. So, I will no more on Wednesday!! Keep your fingers crossed and say a prayer for us!!!

Went to the doctors today for my level 2 ultrasound. All they found were calcium deposits on the baby's heart.!! ThankGod!!! Baby is going to be completely healthy!! The doctor called my baby a terror, and said that it was the most frustrating ultrsound that they had to do, b/c the baby NEVER stopped moving!! haha.. Since the baby wouldn't stop rolling around, they could not DEFINITLEY determine the sex, but the doctor thinks it may be a girl! Hopefully, my next appointment (June 14th) they can tell me FOR SURE what I am having!!! (THIS BABY IS VERY STUBBORN)!!!!

Went to the doctors today. I now have to go every 2 weeks. Addison weighs 4 pounds and is 16 inches long!! She is so strong!! I put a small plate on my belly and put about 6 ice cubes on it. After about 15 minutes, once the plate got really cold, Addison kicked the whole thing right off!!! hahha.. It was the cutest thing!!!
