Thursday, 28 Feb Hi
I was just wondering how your u/s went today. Did your fluid level go back up? mom4aab -
Saturday, 23 Feb Hi My fluid was low when I was 23 weeks and they never figured out where it went or why it was low but by the time I was 26 weeks it was back to normal. Did they say how low it was? Mine was down to 4 and they said it should have been at least 12.
good luck to you! pargy -

Friday, 22 Feb Laurie, I am vegetarian. Although I sometimes eat occasional fish, just to keep my hair and skin in order. But I haven't been eaten any meat for over 20 years. My mom kept nagging me about this during my first pregancy 16 years ago. She believed that vegetarian diet is very bad for the baby. I had twins, they are now 16 years old. They have been very healthy girls and still are. The only difference from other kids - they can eat everything and not get fat. They are slim, but normally developed girls. Now I live with my new husband who is vegetarian also, so I am free to eat whatever I like. With this baby, I maintain my diet - no meat, but ocassional fish. Plus vitamins and omega 3 oils. If you don't eat fish, it is important that you take omega 3 oils (borage, black currant or evening primrose oil) and make sure you get Vit B12. It is the main vitamins that vegetarian diet lacks. Also make sure you eat protein - beans, brown rice, milk products, eggs. Try ethnic cousine, like Indian. I knew a girl from India, who was very smart and healthy, and none of her parents ever eat meat. Her mother actually fainted when they one time went to American supermarket and saw lots of raw meat on shelves:) So good luck and be strong.
