Pregnant for my fist baby! Really excited!

11 weeks

I feel like things are moving pretty fast. I officially look pregnant now! I went shopping yesterday & a woman came up to me and told me that I was really cute pregnant. I was so shocked that she could tell. I am really starting to feel good. My energy level is high, but I am still hungry all the time. I have gained 6 lbs. so far, but I think my hips are spreading. I can't wait to find out what I am having!

ive been on bedrest since feb 4th. so i know what you mean about needing something to do lol. what i do is i work on a scrapbook for the baby. theres a couple of pages for pregnancy milestones and ultrasound pictures that i put in chronological order. then there are 2 pages each for my family's photos, and the father's family photos, with captions, to sort of introduce the baby to her loving family. i even have a few pages with photos of our cats. then i have a page of photos of the nursery, the babyshower, etc etc. it gives me something fun to do, and is a nice gift for the child as they grow! :) i hope your bedrest will be bearable :)

Thanks for the comment. This pregnancy has been very educational. I thought I learned all that I could but no one mentioned the whole carpal tunnel thing.

I know all about bed rest... I have been on bedrest since Feb.18th. I usually read, talk on the phone and watch t.v. If you have a hand held game system, that should help, be glad you aren't on bed rest as long as I am. Luckily I am off of it on April 18th!!!! Good luck to you. I also have to take procardia, but I have to take it every 6 hours, I even have to get up in the middle of the night to take it. Well good luck with everything.
