Levi Allen Jones is Finally HERE!!!!
On Tuesday April 29th, I went in for an induction. Already 3cm and fully effaced, the labor was anticipated to be short and sweet...and that it was! At 7:30am I began the Pitocin and by 8:15 the epidural was in full effect too. I never felt one ounce of pain. It was fantastic. All morning the contractions were strong, but I felt nothing. By 2:20pm, I was almost ready to push. After about 15 pushes, Levi was born at 3:30. It was the most amazing experience I have ever known...and the fact that it was painless, makes it even more special. I could not have wished for a better experience and am forever grateful for my beautiful, healthy baby boy.
He did not take to the boobie very well, so I am pumping and giving him breast milk through the bottle. Its exhausting and painful, but worth every ounce. I love him so much, I cannot imagine my life without him.
To everyone who listened to me complain and vent through the last nine months...Thank you. I could not have made it without my fellow preggos.

thnks.. everything is fine that i kno of i got bloodwork done to make sure i'm not loosin 2 much blood. yeah the docter that did it said he did tons of them a day and hes been doing them for years and he didnt know what happened so yeah id say hes dumb.

I think that's a good amount... once a year. We're planning on moving in a couple years, not a good place to raise kids (I know from experience obviously), and it's getting too expensive here.What area do you live in? We want to move towards the midwest.

Hi. Just writing to see how Levi and you are doing? My baby is cranky today. I don't know why he is such alittle stink pot lol. He just got done with a bottle I think eh is tired. What kinda diapers do you use Pampers or Huggies? Just wanted to let you know what Huggies leak i used them they stink. Stick with the Huggies I had no problems with them.

I had the mirena put in 2wks ago, barely spotted... then 4 days ago i started bleeding-bad. called my dr they said it was normal and if it was still heavy on mon to call and they'd give me something for it. It has not slowed down at all, heaviest bleeding since the lochia afterbirth. Anyways, thats my experience so far.... I'm sure yours is inserted right, you may just be lucky. I only spotted very little that day and no cramps

Good for you your so lucky your baby sleeps for you. My baby is up every 3 hrs for a bottle. it stinks! Sorry the breastfeeding didn't work out for you. It didn't work out for me either. I can pump each breast and make about 8 ounces every 6-8 hours. I try to pump every 3, But sometimes only get about 4 ounces on each breasts and his pediatrican said he can have about 6 ounces every 3 hours so thats what i give him. I don't eat well either I feel like theres no time for me just for him. I eat maybe like a cracker for lunchtime and eat dinner with hubby when he gets home from work. Thats all the time that I have right now lol. Yeah they way i eat I can't believe how much milk I can get. Did you drink lots of water when pumping? that helps too. Michael loves his Papasan swing it relaxes him but I noticed when he's in there long he is so used to it that he doesn't wanna sleep in his crib.

My son was the same way wouldn't attach to me very well. So I am doing the same thing pumping into bottles and giving him the breast milk. But the pediatricain said as long as he gets the breast milk is all that matters. How many oucnes are you pumping? If I wait like 7 or 8 hours to pump I get 8 oucnes but if I pump around every 3 hours I get about 4 ounces.

Congratulations to you and your hubby. Your son is Gorgous! What a handsome little man! I had my son April 29th also how cool is that! He was 7 pounds 12 oucnes and was 20/34 inches tall. check out his pics:)

Yeah, we are about 5 minutes away from one of the major canyons and 10 minutes away from one of the other major canyons. So about 15 to 30 minutes away from several resorts. We plan on teaching Jamison to ski as soon as he can walk. We were told that kids that young have a hard time with snowboarding because of certain muscle development and if you are going to start that young to start with skiing and then move on to snowboarding. I grew up here...for the most part and I could not live without the mountains and I have to admit I don't even go up them that much but it is nice when I want to. On occasion we'll go up one of the canyons and cook our dinner up there. Usually veggie burgers

I know I sorta want a sibling for Jamison so that when my husband and I get old he is not all alone but on the other hand if he is the only one it would be easy to take him on vacations, and snowboarding etc.

Thanks. I am sure you appreciate the sleep as we will all take what we can get. I always feel like he is not the best sleeper and then when I tell people how he is sleeping they act shocked at hos good he is, including his dr. I don't think I will have another kid because if this is good sleep I couldn't imagine bad or even average.
