I read your question on the general pregnancy forum and I do believe I'm experiencing what you are, and that is sharp pains that aren't in my stomach and are more like 'in' there. I asked my home nurse about this and she says that it's the babie's head pushing down on the cervix and moving about. It's pretty uncomfortable, especially when walking. I usually have to stop and grab my self as I yelp. lol. Because of this, I'm wondering if I've dialted at all, since I figure she's pushing and whatnot. I find out on Monday. Good luck.

I'm going to my doctor on Monday and will ask.. I'll let you know what they say. Do you take iron pills? I do, and I don't know if that is supposed to make you not go or go more, so it could be a factor.

Your baby might possibly be scratching you. Her nails could be fully developed by now. I wouldn't worry unless the pain is really getting intense.

good luck with labor and delivery! i know its hard but try to be patient with your body and i bet you will see a lot of that weight come off within 2 weeks of birth. you are lucky to be a young mom-i think your body will bounce back sooner because of that.

hey hunni, I doing better. Thanks for asking and Corey we aren't too sure when he will be home from hospital. Got told yesterday that he is being monitored by the nurses and doctors for the next 5 to 7 days and hopefully he comes off the ecg monitors during that time, so he can get transferred to the hospital closer to my home, if that happens I go back into hospital with him and then it should only be a week or 2 before he comes home. So my fingers are crossed! Thanks again hunni and take care! x x x x x

Mine did something like that around 26 weeks! Stopped moving for quite a while after I'd had a fall..and I was in the hospital waiting room, and baby starting kicking like crazy hehehe.. Movement has picked up now, I was just worried s/he might be stressed out =] x

Our baby girl is finally here! Sofia Isabella came into the world on Wednesday, April 23, 2008 @ 5:32 pm via c-section. She weighed 10 lbs 13 oz and was 21 3/4 inches long. I had a scheduled c-section for Thursday, April 24 but when I went to the doctor on April 23rd for my Pre-Op appt, my blood pressure was a little on the high side, so my doctor thought it would be best to do my c-section that same day! I have posted lots of pictures on my page! Check out all of her hair! She looks just like her Daddy! We are so happy and excited that she is here! Everyone absolutely adores her, especially my husband and her big brother! Austin is such a great big brother. He has been such a big help! He loves holding her and singing to her. My husband just loves being a Daddy, he is even changing stinky diapers!!! I am exhausted but I am slowly recovering. Please keep in touch!
