Me & My Little Pigz!
I am Tiffany:-). My hubby & I have been together 17 years. We have 4 beautiful daughters. Ashley (16), Alison (11), Angelina (3) and Arianna (1). We are now on baby #5!
No...we are not "TRYING" for a boy. We truly are blessed though, to simply have beautiful, healthy children, thats all we ever asked for. Besides, hubby enjoys being unconditionally adored by so many girls...lol.
No...the 9 year age gap between Alison & Angelina was not intentional. We aren't "starting over" or that Angelina was unexpected. We always wanted a large family, especially me being an only child. Unfortunately it was not on our terms or timing that it be that way. I lost 3 pregnancies during those 9 yrs. Just when I thought we were only meant to have Ashley & Alison...well Angelina finally came along:-) We respectfully named her Angelina Grace. She truly is our Angel.
I never expected to get pregnant so quick with Arianna either. Not with the problems in the past. So I stopped taking b/c when Angelina was 6mos old and figured it would take a year or so to concieve. Well, unfortunately I got pregnant within 2 months and miscarried within weeks. It took another 8 months before I got pregnant with Arianna.
And again, it took less than 2 months to get pregnant with this baby. What happened to the whole "declining fertiity" as we get older?? I had been counting down years and days, fearing I could never have more kids and that I lost that window of opportunity in my 20's. Then....BLAM, another comes along. Heck, I have an easier time now in my 30's than I ever did in my 20's. It's like the Benjamin Button case but with pregnancy.
No one knows why things happen the way the do. The Dr.'s certaintly weren't of any help. I stopped questioning things and being angry at what I could not understand. In time, it all worked out. We all hope for smooth sailing with this baby as well. It will definitely be a full house and our hands full with 3 little ones soooo close in age! I wouldn't trade it for the world though.

i never thought id have another baby so when my last was old enough i gave EVERYTHING to a pregnant teen for her baby, so i had nothing! not even a single blanket for this one! so its like im a new mom. But its better cause i know what i really need!

i finished the canopy for the babys nursery! It turned out really good, im super excited. I put pics up. it will look better with the crib with it instead of the bassinet.
This weekend we are going baby shopping! And i mean baby shopping. Hes giving me a 2000 allowence to buy everything i might need and want! So im super excited that ive been going to every store to pick out what i want and to check prices, colors, etc. I even drove an hour away to look at another walmart to see if they had different stuff, which they did, so i got even more excited. We are making a weekend of it, all the kids and everything. Gonna invite my dad who lives near the other walmart to dinner after shopping the day! Its going to be so fun and its making this baby finally seem real!

Thanks for all the well wishes. I've been feeling better cause the BH contractions have slowed down only 2 all day yesterday. I'm taking it easy. Today is my u/s!! Yay! Can't wait to see my baby!!

well he is excited that he is going to a big brother and already kno ws what he want's to teach her (trains,superman and how to fight). with the dating not only my son but i have two step son's that where my last hasband's. plus she is going to have a cousion that is exc. and year older..so yea no luck..i say i am gonna have to sneek her out just so she can do stuff. lol..with this pg i am so nervous but with my son i wasent. is that werid? i hope not. and i know what u mean my son and i are best friends..he has he want's me marry me..and that he won't date a girl if i don't like her (now if i can just keep him thinking that when he is a teenager)

i think you might be right..i am scared to death to have a girl. even though i am one. i am worried that i wont have the connection with her that i do with my son. i think it is becouse it has always been my son and i (his dad died when my son was 5 months old). i am also worried how my son is going to deal with not having mommy all to himself. even though he is excited for now. so if u have any andi mean any advice for me i am all ears. congrads to you...

Doc said if I have more than 6 braxton hicks per hr than to call back. He said drink water, take a warm bath and take it easy this weekend. I totally over did it when we went to the Mountain on Wed. and I climbed a 5 min steep hill but took 3 breaks on the way up.. After I got home is when it started. Cervix pressure and feeling the erg to push w/ braxton hicks was scary. I'm taking it easy for now on. Say a prayer for me please! Love you ladies. Thanks.

I'm 23 wks and 1 day today and the last couple of days the braxton hicks have been strong. I'll drink almost a gallon of water and still feel my stomach getting really hard. So I'll lay down and finally it will go away. Maybe it happens when I'm doing to much? Anybody else have similar to this?
