My name is ((Christin Alyssa)) and this is my first baby! My fiancee and I have been together for 4 1/2 years now. His name is Jeffrey and he is my true love! Our son was born on August 20th and his name is Isaiah Christian! I was blessed with a great pregnancy and labor and he was all worth all of the wait! I felt like I was pregnant forever but when I look at his face Im still amazed that he was inside of me. He such a good baby and he makes me cry just by looking at him since I love him so much! I have been on this site since I was 10 weeks pregnant and it was the best thing! My fiancee goes to work and school eberyday and didnt really understand what I was going through... I met some great people and Im glad I found it!

My husband and I did it together. We like retro stuff and I love bright colors. We're sure it's a girl, but I didn't want an all-pink room. I go in there all the time imagining what it will be like with her.

Hey Ladies. I was just told how to use this mass mail so I thought I'd let everyone know that I scheduled a doctors appt for today at 3 to take a pregnancy test. If you havent read my blog - check it out. I'll be back with the results later. Im hoping at this time to have a BFN but I'll be really happy if its a BFP. just nervous. I didnt feel pregnant with my son so who knows but I do think it's a BFN .. We/ll find out soon!

OMG i LOVE the dresser!!! did you paint it yourself or did you buy it like that? that's soooo cute! i was thinking of doing something to jazz up my white boring changing table but i don't know what. some lime green zebra stripes would be pretty cool! lol! and those baskets that you have on top of the dresser are pretty cool...i got some this time around and have everything stuffed in there too (lotion, diapers, wipes, baby power, clippers, etc etc!!). i love your rainforest jungle theme too - is it fisher price? there was a swing i was looking at that looked similar and i think it was fisher price but i liked how the colors were BOLD and not all baby powderish. i love colors and prefer bright over pale ya know!? good job mama!

Still no baby huh? Bummer! We had our birthing class Saturday and boy am I scared now - I wonder if they can give you laughing gas instead of demorall! haha Anyways - guess what I found when I woke up this morning?! An itchy rash on the palms of my hands! So please tell me a bit more about PUPPS - I called El-Azeem this morning because I also accidently double-dosed my medication this morning! They kind of gave me a generic answer that it very well could be pregnancy related, could possibly be from meds and to call if it spreads or changes colors. And no biggie that I double-dosed. Also had my shower yesterday - it went so well! I'll tell you more about it later. I've got to get to work...

LOL! Hahaha, my next appt is at 3:40 p.m. too which SUCKS (but on Wednesday)! I was complaining about it to my doc too and he said, "well maybe you will miss the appointment because your baby will come out before then!". I do not think I'll be going into labor tonight. I've actually NEVER went into labor in the day time - only night time or middle of night. But who knows, maybe this one is trying to make his OWN path and be different than the rest! I have had those muscle pains too and it feels like someone is ripping my tummy muscles (or whatever is left of em). And that SUX that you are sick! I had a horrible sinus infection almost 2 weeks ago and had to take amoxicillin to clear it up. I still keep getting a damn sinus headache though and my neck hurts too. UGH! LOL about the door knobs! That's crazy...I never knew it snowed in Ohio! And my geography sucks - I don't even know where Ohio is on the map! I'm gonna have to look it up. My lower back is throbbing right now which i WISH was a labor sign but it's probably from lifting my GIANT couch up yesterday while trying to pull the area rug underneath the couch legs so it would quit bunching up. LOL! good luck to you and keep ME informed kuz i'm sure YOU will be going first!!

UGH! well it's 12:38 a.m. in the early hour of 8/9/08 now... i've been getting ONE contraction every few hours. it's driving me crazy! i can't sleep and just feel so anxious! lol! Does it snow in Ohio? When is your next dr appt? Mine is Wednesday again at 3:40. This will be the 3rd week of appointments we've been hoping for results at! ahhahaha!!!

So I totally agree with you regarding homelife - I don't want much to change and I want to take the little guy everywhere and I don't want to slow down! Hopefully I can do that - we'll have to keep in touch and trade tricks that help us!! How are you feeling? Anything happening yet? Went to El-Azeem yesterday. He said my cervix is still closed and looks good at 26, baby is growing well and the meds are working like they are supposed to. He sees no reason why I won't go full term (whew!!) and thinks I'm good! Only problem is now I feel like I've got the green light to stay off the couch and do more - not sure if thats what he meant

andways, it was a relief considering I'm only 31 weeks. I go back in 2 weeks.
So you said your man is an electrician or training to be one? If you don't mind me asking - is he trying for Local 64? My husband and I both work for a local large electrical contractor and we hire many guys from 573 and 64 to do our work locally and we send them out of town - small world eh?? That is too funny. When you go back to school do you have to start from scratch or did you already have some time in?

ahhahaahh, tomorrow is the lucky 8/8/08! everyone just TRIES to get our hopes up huh!? that's probably part of the reason i have become a hermit during these past few weeks. LOL! i'm in cupertino, california (about 45 minutes from san francisco). where are you located? it's crazy how many people on here are from australia and the UK and stuff...pretty cool! okay lets hope our waters break at the same time early friday morning so we should be delivered by friday night! LOL!
