My name is ((Christin Alyssa)) and this is my first baby! My fiancee and I have been together for 4 1/2 years now. His name is Jeffrey and he is my true love! Our son was born on August 20th and his name is Isaiah Christian! I was blessed with a great pregnancy and labor and he was all worth all of the wait! I felt like I was pregnant forever but when I look at his face Im still amazed that he was inside of me. He such a good baby and he makes me cry just by looking at him since I love him so much! I have been on this site since I was 10 weeks pregnant and it was the best thing! My fiancee goes to work and school eberyday and didnt really understand what I was going through... I met some great people and Im glad I found it!

Yeah alot of girls on here say im a strong mom
because of my story i have at the top of my page
about the father, and how i could do it alone
and be so strong. But im sure they thought what
i thought and thats im gonna be fine and when you
least expect it something goes wrong....but you gotta
keep your head up for this child. My family and going
to church has really helped me get more strong
minded toward it all, i know i deserve better
than what happened and i did my best and women enough
to admit it, now im just waiting on braiden hehe :]

Okay so this is my first baby (it's a boy his name is Zephan) . I think I noticed my first stretch marks at about 20 weeks. I was in denial about them thinking maybe it was just a scratch . Well the damn scratch never went away just grew into more. I will have to say that I've got them but have seen worse. I apply vitamin e oil 2 to 3 times a day to try and help keep them under control. You may be one of the lucky ones that don't even get them. It just all depends on your skin type. I hate them bad. I've only gained 14 pounds so I know they didn't come from rapid weight gain. My mother and sister got stretch marks during their pregnancy also. Congrats on your baby!!!

Don't worry. My little man was like on speed or something for like 3 days straight and then calmed down for the next 3-still felt him but not even half as much. Very normal. As long as you feel something everyday, don't worry:)

wow, 2lbs! how exciting. LOL, Let me you a heads up on baby boys.. LOL, When ever you change their diaper, always hold a clean diaper over the old one. Because for some reason when the air hits their wee-wee's they will pee again! It never fails.. LOL.. My aunt gave me that warning with my son. Her advice saved me a pee=pee shower! LOL

Well, I am going to find out, even though I already have a mother's sence. I really thing I am having a boy. LOL, I guessed 2 out of 3 babies so far.. But we shall see in less then 8 weeks. I really cant wait. Right now It feels like this pregnancy is going so slow!

good idea, in the mean time don't limit your water intake, do limit your salt intake and try to keep your feet elevated above your heart, if you do have edema this can help. don't worry its really common i promise you won't blow up. the doc will have more tips happy mothers day

i don't know about just running you fingers over your skin but if you notice if you push in on your skin and it leaves and indentation that takes a second to return to normal or just and increase in size of you hands or feet, then that would mean you are retaining water.
