My profile
Hi everyone. I'm a first time mom to a VERY active little girl. I don't think she's been still since she was conceived. At just over 9 months old she decided crawling wasn't good enough so she started walking, and within 10 days she was full out running. She's a tiny little thing (25%height &10%weight) but makes up for it with her fiery personality. Like they said her 2nd day of childcare "So, she's opinionated" LOL
06/01/09 - So we found out last week that Cadence will have a little brother or sister to play with. I'm very excited and at the same time a bit panicy feeling. Yes, we were trying, but it happened MUCH quicker than I anticipated. Last time it took us over 6 months of tracking everything before we got pregnant. This time around, I'd just started temping and thought we were out for sure due to timing, but apparently DH's swimmers have good longevity. :) So I've set my own due date as 02/07/10 - 2 weeks later than what it should be by the 1st day of my LMP. I've done this because I know when I ovulated (late in my cycle) and I really don't want to be induced again this time. In my opinion pitocin is the devil. My doc won't set a due date my ovulation date, so I've chosen to lie about my LMP. So begins my journey, I hope for less morning sickness this time and peace of mind that I can handle 2 babies only 22 months apart. Wish me luck.
