Thanks for your comments. I remember before having ocntractions being really concerned about looking good, then as soon as labour started, it truly was the furthest thing from my mind! LOL. You'll look like a friggin model afterwards I bet!!

I read your post in 39 weeks about not having lost your mucus plug yet. I havent lost mine either altho yesterday some snot like substance showed up in my underwear but it wasnt much to get excited over.Im supposing its normal for it to not show up til delivery maybe. If you find out other wise let me know, thanks!

Hello all...had my beautiful baby Jackson (JJ) Lawrence at 3:04 a.m. on March 5, 4 days overdue. Have not really slept yet, but am so in love. Did labour WITHOUT and drugs (Sterling would be so proud of me) and I can honestly say while it was challenging and difficult at the time, I am so glad I did it that way. I did acupunture the day before and had my membranes swept the day of labour starting. It seemed to work. I am so in love...will update you all later!!!! xoxo Karyn

i know, i thought that i lost mine around 35 weeks, but who knows. I am so stressed at work. And not to mention i have a doctor that won't do anything for me. I feel so negative all the time. but DANG when is this baby coming? And why all of this pain with no good outcome or progress? Well i am done venting..hehe. I am just glad that i am not the only one going through this. I know it sucks and i am sorry that you are going through it too....well good luck!

Hello fellow Jersey Girl! I'm in Toms River, so not very far from you at all. It's pretty cold today- and I heard we'll be getting some snow tonight! You're right...I feel like hibernating too! Bot too much longer for either one of us, though!. Congrats on the little girl, Abigail is an adorable name! I'll be having a little Sabrina Paige sometime between now and the 14th-ish. I'm delivering at Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch, what about you? At my 37 week appt. I wasn't dialated at all yet, so I know I've got some time. Thx for the comment. I wasn't to sure about putting that comment on the board, and yeah we all vent about our aches and pains but I think some people take it too far. We just need to sit back and enjoy!
After reading your survey it seems we have a lot in common besides the date! We also went off BC and did the if it happens game and this is also my second pregnancy! I am having a boy and already have a girl who is 7yrs. We are all pretty excited and happy for a boy!

Hi Wendy, Sorry only getting back to you now, have been off line for a few days. All's well - went for a scan anyway as my doctor was a bit concerned, and all good! Still have the same pain, but thanks to your advice and reading up about round ligament pain, I feel well at ease. Yip I have found when I go for my morning walks it gets worse, so I've not been going for a while now.

Hi Wendy Just want to thank you for your advice re round ligament pain - I went to my doctor anyway, because of the time difference only got your message the next day and she did not know about this - and said she's a bit worried about it and have booked me in for a scan tomorrow - if I had not got your message, I would still be freaked/worried, but I read up about it and it makes perfect sense, so I'm not so worried now - going for the scan anyway, but that's just an excuse to see babs and confirm all else is well.
