Hi Lin I feel real sad to of read your comments as i am also in the same boat, doc have said my baby big, people take one look at me and the first thing they say is MY!!you are big!! kind of fed up too, the docs at the time said i may have Gest Diabetes, but since then i been cleared,but i say to hell with it my baby big so what!! as long as he or she is healthy im happy.. but i do get upset, i feel i have to constantly defend what i eating!! all the time, and i dont even like junk food or sweets... even my midwife the mean cow was indicating im eating alot... and im not!! boy!! just one those things hun..to hell with them all!! i get gang upon too!! so i know how you feel.. beside we aint got long to go!! hurray!

i dont know why your MIL would make fun of you, you dont look huge, you look about my size maybe even a little smaller and people are always telling me how small i am. why doesnt your husband say anything to them?

Hey, I just wanted to let you know that one of my husband's friends had a little girl born with club foot. They tried chiropractic care before they did surgery and ended up not having to do surgery at all! I thought it might be something you'd like to consider.

Thats fair enough ,If its ok with you then its right, at least you will have your mum as support , . I feel perhaps it might be good if my husband isn,t there whilst i,m going through the labour , but I think its a never to be repeated experience so he may regret it down the track ,The actual witnessesing of her coming into this life . For our sex life it might be good if he,s not there . Ha ha

How do you feel about your husband not wanting to be in the room ?? In some ways I,m ok with it . As if he wasn,t coping ,I would only feel more stressed by it .He will however be at the hospital...

Hi Lin, I would find out the gender for sure!! I cant wait to find out. But I'm only 15 weeks yet and I think it takes longer! Keep telling myself patience is a virtue!! And also trying to enjoy this whole phase in life, now that I'm over the nausea. But if I know the sex of the baby I could start with choosing names and shopping for colours. I dont mind the wait I'm stocking my own wardrobe in the meantime! lol. am glad for you that baby seems to be doing good. babies are so resilient and if the club foot is seen to, can it be turned around 100%?

in some ways yes .. More about the giving birth part..And in otherways I,m coping very well. my baby could come anytime now .. I am still working . not sure when I,m going to stop ..My husband has been getting anxious , he doesn,t want to be in the room when I,m giving birth , so I have a good friend who will be there for me..

Great news for you. I was glad to hear that the ventricles corrected themselves. My best friend's brother had a club foot. You would never have guessed it if he didn't tell you. Does the worrying ever end or is this just the beginning of a lifetime of worries that come with being a mom! Well good luck to you and your little boy. Cindy

Congrats on the good news. My best friend had clubbed feet when she was born, she had surgery as a baby and she is totally perfect today. Only 10 weeks left, ahh it's getting close!

i know... i saw her page too, and read the other posts from everyone else...I really hope she is okay. I wish all I had to worry about was money! I left her a private message and told her that if she needs to talk to anyone, she can talk to me, because I know what it feels like to be depressed and think that you can't go on.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a message. A poll is the quickest way I could think of to get info. from other moms. I have heard of several markers for Down Syndrome, but I hadn't heard of what's happening with your little boy. The news they gave you on your June 14 update sound encouraging. Pregnancy isn't always what people think it is. Shopping and baby showers and the 'glow'. It often is a lot of worrying and praying. I'm hoping what the doctor told us will correct itself as well. I didn't do any of the screenings, but my age is a factor (I'm 35). I've been reading so much on google. One person said there should be a book titled 'Ultrasound, 10 ways to scare the hell out of a pregnant woman.' We go back on Aug. 21, but six weeks is a long time to wait. We denied amnio. Well, good luck to you tomorrow. I'll be checking your page to see how things went.

Thank you very much. First yes i do see things that i don't like between the father and her but to say i am %100 percent sure he did somethin i can't. i can say there is a 5% chance cause i know there are some fools out there who do that to their little girl. I will talk to him tonight

Bandaides do work! That's probably a good thing to know! I had bought those pad things but don't want to wear them for just a little drip plus I feel like I am stuffing my bra with them. lol. I guess I am going to have to get used to it though. You may be leaking and not noticed yet that happens to alot of ppl. I got nervous cause I was leaking so early on then all the sudden I 'wasn't' any longer till I touched it. I pushed on it and it came out. lol. I plan on feeding the baby breast milk and I get so nervous because my mother tried with both of us but wouldn't produce any milk. Hope that's not my case.

Ah man she wont be spoiled! I will only polish her tiara once or twice a week. Quinn is actually a Quinton, but is only called that when he is into or onto something he shouldnt be. I guess we do use Quinton alot! He calls himself Kinny! Silly lil man!
