Hi Lin...Yep, I had an ultra sound yesterday. I have GD so I get to see my little girl every 2 weeks to make sure she isn't getting too big. I've been able to control my blood sugar with diet so 'lil Baby girl is just the right size! That's how I learned she's flipped too. I know that just Monday she was still breech. I was pushing on her butt and her head would poke out the side by my rib cage. After thinking about it, I'm pretty sure I know right when she turned! What a relief...hope you are doing well, we have the same due date. I decided she's a Christmas baby. My Mother is horrified since we were at her house at Christmas. Tee hee.

Yeah, mine itch. I am not sure what kind of cruel joke this is, but I itch all over! Esp my boobs! All I do it scratch! I just want to go home and sit in the shower b/c that is the only time I feel comfortable!!!

I have stretch marks all over my stomach. I was lucky with my first baby, I only got stretch marks below my bellow button so I wasn't too concerned about it. At about my 3 month mark I started getting stretch marks with this one and they were all above my belly button! So now I am just a mass of stretch marks! Oh well, not much I can do about it now!

Thanks for all of the encouragement. You have been wonderful!! I will make sure to let you know what I find out whenever I find it out!! I am still hoping that it was just a bad image from the previous ultrasound, but like you said...the kidneys don't seem to be as big of problem as other things could be. I was reading through your page and man! you have been throught some stuff. I feel stupid for stressing when I read what you have been through! I also love the belly pics!! You have such a cute belly! You are definately carrying low! I am carrying REALLY high! I would take belly pics, but I don't want to scare anyone into labor!! LOL!! It seems surreal that we will have our babies here so soon!

Thanks for your comments Lin, I appreciate it ALOT! I am trying really hard not to worry. Thankfully I got in for the ultrasound pretty quickly so I will be able to get this all figured out by Friday. (hopefully)!! Anyway, I hope things turn out the be great for your baby boy! A guy I used to work with had a baby boy that had two club feet and his were fixable with casts as well. Again, thanks for your comments, they did make me feel better!!

hi there thank you 4 your message. i am holding baby Arthur as I write. thanks for sharing your story hun. I was told by a genetics social worker that club foot is even more common then clefts, but that clefts are second in line for differences. (i hope that just made sense) So your not alone. where in Canada do you live? I am glad to hear every thing is OK for your babe. How many weeks were you when you found out about the difference? I tell you it makes a world of difference finding before hand. You have time to prepare. It sure helped us. The only thing I needed to do was see his little face for the first time. I love him soooooo much! and did from the moment I laid eyes on him. all the best to you and hubby. I can tell you three will be just fine. It's only a difference and like you said not a lot worse. (life threatening) take care and please stay in touch.

hi lin, i dont think aveeno is going to do any harm to your baby, ask ur doctor though to be on the safe side, in the meantime, mix olive oil,and baby oil gel and palmers cocoa butter, it works for me, 4th baby and not a single stretch mark. goodluck, keep well.

Just wanted to let you know there is a line of lotions and creams called Tummy Honey Butter, and they have one that prevents stretch marks, and one that helps the ones you have not get any worse. It's wonderful, I use it every day and I have no itching and my tummy is nice and doft, the stretch marks I had that were trying to turn purple are now almost a pale pink again. Ok thats all lol :)

Hi! I had my baby girl Hannah on July 25. She weighed 8.3 pounds and 21.5 inches long. I plan to post pics soon, and birth story. I had a very easy labor less than 5 hours. Talk with you soon!

Hi there just noticed your question about mucus plug. It really should not be tinged green.If it is your mucus plug and it is green you should see your dr. as soon as possible.Very likely it is just more discharge,it increases monthly I swear,but the greenish color suggests some type of infection,usually they are not serious and can be treated with no problems to baby. I'm also seeing the first signs of stretch marks. I used coconut oil throughout my whole pregnancy and that has stalled the marks up until this point. So far only very small red lines/dots have appeared on my lower abdomen. I've read that when they are still red is the best time to prevent those deep purple marks. Also what ever you do DON'T SCRATCH, this just creates more damage. I've used Aloe Vera gel to sooth the itchy sensation and it works. Just keep applying the aloe until the itchiness goes away. Unfortunately the marks won't disappear altogether, but the goal is to prevent sever stretch marks and to treat them as soon as they appear so that they eventually fade to that almost clear color. You can also try the following stretch mark preventing recipe: 1/2 cup virgin olive oil or cocoa butter oil, or coconut oil. 1/4 cup aloe vera gel liquid from 6 vitamin E softgels liquid from 4 vitamin A softgels Blend all the ingredients together. Pour into container and refrigerate. You don't have to refrigerate this mixture, it just feels nice and cool when you apply it especially when you feel itchy. Apply everyday especially after a bath or shower when your skin is most absorbent.

Hi lin, your belly looks huge and cute! you must be enjoying things right now. yes i'm happy with having found out its a girl, although i havent done anthing with the info like i said i would! i havent still thought of names or gone shopping. lazy i suppose. i am wondering why she hasnt kicked yet but i guess she probably has and being a first time mom i havent even realised its not gas, its her! lol. hope your baby is doing ok.
