Hi everyone my name is lisa and i am a happy mum to be, been through quite alot already i am 9 weeks pregnant and my pregnancy was planned with my fiance however i had to have early scan at 7 weeks 2 days because of spotting and stomach aches luckly i saw my little baby bean with a flickering heartbeat happiest day of my life. soon after getting thi s good news along came some bad my fiance left me wants to be friends and still help with pregnancy and baby but im hurt at the moment. hopefully soon i will accept whats happened and be friends. cant wait to have my next scan to get a better look at my baby. i havent had much morning sickness was sick once, so far! really am excited just want that 12 week to pass then i can start to look at baby stuff.

Hi everyone my midwife let me down on thursday for my first appointment i was gutted i have so many questions i have done nothing but worry for the last 3 weeks since my fiance left but i will try to stay strong and get through it cos my baby is keeping me going. I was sick last nite i was so chuffed about it because i am not having many symptoms, phoned hospital yesterday and she said some ladies do have ups and downs with symptoms does anyone know if midwife will listen to baby`s heartbeat on my first home visit i hope so it will make me 10w4d wen she comes round on friday 15th feb. I was over asda today with my mum and we were looking at baby clothes i cant wait until i find out what i am having so i can buy some. hope all you mummy`s to be are alright out there

hi everyone im not having a good day at all spent most of it crying i had a home visit today from my midwife, im a little over weight so i have been refered to the consultant at the hospital where he will make extra checks on me im worrying like mad now like i wasnt worried enough before. also asked if i could have another scan earlier than 20 weeks because i had one at 7w2d and 20 weeks is another 2 months away i couldnt really see much at 7 weeks but she said no to the early scan cos its only a dating scan and she doesnt see any point, no point i think there is alot of point in having a scan just because they see hundreds everyday it might not mean much to them but it means the world to us mum to be out there its amazing seeing ur little one on that screen. Sorry if i sound like a grump its just that i am having a rubbish day.

hi everyone its been along couple of days been abit down then started spotting great called into surgery yesterday to tell them what happened they got me into the hospital for an appointment today 19th feb i got a scan and saw my little bundle of joy it was amazing i saw little hands moving and it was jumping and bouncing all over the place it was difficult to get a picture because the baby was moving so much but got one in the end i wish i had one of them machines at home i would be on it everyday. hope everyone is having a healthy and happy pregnancy. xx

hi everyone im feeling a bit low today had some spotting yesterday which was scary also had some cramping doctor has said to have a few days off work and try not to worry.

hi everyone i havent updated my page for a while, im 14 weeks now and i had another appt on 6th march got another scan baby was quite sleepy didnt do much a couple of little bounces. got to go for all those blood tests next week not looking forward to those just cant wait for the next few weeks to pass so i can start to feel my baby kick.

hello everyone i havent spoken on here for ages so i thought i would give you an update i got my blood results back today for abnormalities downs syndrom and spina bifida they came back low risk im really pleased. well i got a midwife appt tomorrow so hopefully i will get to hear the heartbeat. got my nxt scan on the 1st may i will be 21 weeks im going to find out what i am having i cant wait. alot of people think iam going to have a boy ive thought of my names now. Girls - Grace Emily Boys - Daniel Lewis obviously first and second names, not altogether hope you ladies are all ok out there and enjoying your pregnancy.
