I am a newbie to this website. I have only been on here for about two weeks. I am 19 weeks and four days pregant. This will be my first. I am hopeing for a girl. I will find out April 26th.

Well tomorrow is the big day, we will finally find out what we are having.....hopefully. I am 20 weeks and I dont even feel pregant. Is that normal? Well I will up date and let everyone know what we are expecting.

IT'S A GIRL!!!!!

Well I havent up dated this in awhile, so I will do my best to do so today. I am 26 weeks and really tired already. I am still working full 14 hour days, 5 days a week. I can feel the baby move alot more and she pretty much runs the show. She tells me when to eat and rest. If not I would be sick all the time. I have had a few ultrasounds and they keep telling me its a girl, but I am really waiting to see if they will change their mind. Well I just got off so I am wore out. Ladies stay healthly and I will be around later.

Well this is week 27 and I had my glucose test this week and it wasn't as bad as I heard it was. So far during this pregancy I have only gained 3lbs and when I went to the doctors on the 14th I had lost 2lbs....how I have no idea. Other than that all is well, the baby weighs almost 3lbs and is growing as normal. I am tired more and am getting ready to start the nursey. The colors are pink and brown. We are going to name her Ryleigh Renee. Well ladies have an awesome weekend and will inform you all later on how the nursery is coming along.

Today I have 49 days to go and I cant hardly wait. I know they say at this point the baby sleeps 90% of the time but all this little girl does is move and kick and play around all day. I feel her here and there and it is the oddest but the best feeling ever. I am still amazed at the fact that there is something inside me that I helped create. Life is precious. I still have not got the nursery down but I think I will wait until I have the last three baby showers. My husbands side did one for me already so all that is left is my work, my chruch, and my familys side and then they will all be over and hopefully I wont need anything, with the exception of the baby of course. I have been sick with broncitis for about a week and a half and am slowly getting over it. But other than that I have felt awesome and still working everyday. Well ladies I will update more later.

Well this is week 34 and I finally got her room done. I have had afew contractions the last couple of days, so I hope she comes early. My husband is so ready for her to be here. He talks to her all the time and she loves it. She moves all over when he talks to her. Well I had a doctor appt on Friday and I gained another 2 lbs for a total of 6 lbs all together. So I wont complain yet. other than that everything is fine and I will update after my next appt next Friday. Have an awesome day.

Today I had another doc appt and they did the beta strep test and that was very interesting. I also gained another 3 lbs, so they wieght keeps pileing on. Well now I start going every week and they will start checking me to see if it is time. I hope it is soon. I am past ready. Well have an awesome day.

Well today I had my 37 week check up and nothing. I was the same. I gained a pound and that was it. I am not happy about that. I wanted something to be different. But I guess I will have to wait and see. I just to see and hold my baby.

Well I am 41 weeks pregnant and my doctor plans to induce on monday the 17th, my due date was the 9th, so I am past ready to have this baby. I have gained a whole 11 lbs. Today is friday the 14th and my last day of work for six weeks. It was kinda sad but I need a break. I have so much stuff to do before monday. I will never be ready enough to have this baby. I got off of work at 11 and my water ruptured at noon. It feels like I am peeing on myself. I called the doctor around 2 and he come and get checked out, but I thought he crazy and didn't go. When my husband got home around 8 that night I told him and he automaticly went into freak mode and rushed me to the hospital. The whole way there I told him to slow down and to breath, tit is nothing and they will send me home, because I was being induced on monday. So we got to the hospital and they checked me and said I was 1 to 2 cm and my water did rupture. So they hooked me up to all the monitor and an iv with the potocin and antibiotic for my betastrep. They called the doc and he said move me to the labour room. So the nurse came in every hour to check me and it was a slow very slow process. I would only dialate a half every hour. So around 2am my blood pressured dropped and the monitors lost the babys heart beat so they put the monitors inside, one on the babys head and the other on my uterus. I was in alot of pain and very tired so around 4am I got the epadrial. I slept good. Well noon rolled around and I was only at 6cm and the doc talked about a c-section but he did want me to have a dry birth because my water broke at noon the day before. But he waited. So at 4pm the nurse came to check me and said I was 9cm. Then at 4:07 I felt alot of pressure and had to push, she told me I wasnt ready and I said I was. So she checked me again at 4:10 and said dont move,if you breath very hard you are going to have this baby without the doc. So she ran and got the doc. He came in and I started pushing at 4:14 and at 4:17 my baby girl came out. Well needless to say 28 hours and four pushes later our daughter was born.

Ryleigh Renee September 15, 2007 6lbs 10oz 191/2 in. long @ 4:17pm

Our daughter was born with a very small cleft lip, it did not effect her plate or her nasal passage. We were blessed for that. For our first child it was been a little overwhelming at times, but we dont love her no less. It takes more time to feed her because she doesnt get good suction and the bottles only hold 2 oz, they also cost $23 each. We have more trips to the doctor. We go every week to check her weight to make sure is gaining and not losing. I am returning to work at the end of october and that will be hard. We have an appt. with the plastic surgeon to see when they will fix her lip. The plan is to do it before she turns 6 months old. That will also be hard. But with all the stress we are very blessed to have a beautiful baby and wouldnt change it for the world.

Well I have been off work for 6 weeks and I cant hardly wait to go back. I couldnt imagine life without my daughter, but I am not the type of person who can be stuck at home. I graduated from college in March with a dietitian degree and I plan to go back in January for my bs in religion. I have to stay busy and my daughter does a good job, but I need out of the house. My husband said it is not that bad, but he doesnt even know. It can be a little overwhelming and stressful. I am good at managing my time and keeping things in order but since I became a mother, my life has been crazy. It is a full time job. I think it is harder to be a mom then it is to be dad.

Well she is getting so big. Friday 12-21 she rolled over.It was sad.Since I had to get a weekend job,ever since my husband got laid off til march,it seems asif I am missing out on everything.Her surgery went so well.She looks so great.She is laughing and trying to sit up.My husband has been home with her since he got laid off and now he knows I felt when I was off 6 weeks with her.Well I posted new pictures so check them out.
