Yes. We bought the secure sleeper so she can sleep in the bed with us. We will do this for about a month I guess or until we have a schedule set for her ro soemthing. Man you went shopping!

Ready for y our scan? Man. I have my first check today to see if I am dialated. I am also going to go spend some money for hte baby...hopefully hubby won't fuss too much. I just w ant to have her room as complete as possible. I have to getthe curtains, two sets of wall hangings, a clock, mesh crib bumper, and the rest can wait until she is here.

haha, I love it. I find myself at target for 3 hours while my husband is at work. haha. I have to do the grocery shopping today, I want to make sure I am stocked up for this coming week. Any day now my baby girl will be here. Enjoy and let me know if you find anything good...

i just pick at stuff all through the day because i'm bored, i'm gonna go make some tea now too lol (even though i'm not hungry....just as something to do lol) day time tv sucks don't you think lol i normally watch jeremy kyle, this morning, news, loose women, big brother live, house guest, hollyoaks then big brother in the evening.......and it's all SHITE (except hollyoaks lol.

i was exactly the same, i'm not too keen on all the primary colours that are on babies toys, i love the more pastel ranges....all of her nursery is done in pastel colours too. andthis playmat is not so common, i was so thrilled when i came across it, most people go for the same few from mothercare etc which i've seen hundreds of times before so i'm glad to be diff :-) we have good taste hehe x

I thin khe will come when he is ready done walking and rassberry tea but doesnt seem to help much - i know cant beleave im going to be a mum soon - i just cant wait now. Glad you and baby are ok - is this your first baby cant remember????

I think men have an idiot gene somewhere. Yes he needs toback me up. We will see what happens after the birth. I think he might just be doing some of this because her mom will be getting complete custody soon when she starts preschool.

No movement for two days? Maybe she was jsut tired or in a position where you did not feel her. I read a book saying every couple of hours you should have like 10 movements nad I know i dont get that at all. Soemtiems she is an active little bee nad other times she is like leave me alone!

Not too much longer to go!

Hi ya been in hospital overnight - had bleed yesterday think it might be early signs???? fingers crossed - had scan cause they thought it may be low plecenta but its not thats fine - but found out baby is at least 9 pounds already and if i go full term will be 11 pounds ish how mad is that - also said he has a big pop belly and big head???????? im scared now - anyway seeing consultant on monday if not had him by then to poss induce me? because size of baby and my spd....

Any ideas on what i can do to bring this labour on early??? tried rassberry tea not working?? dont really want to go down the caster oil stage - heard gives you bad dhirah dont fancy that much - hahaha

Anyway hows you and baby this week - any news????? x x x

I went and she said that I leaked a little, but the babies head has closed it off. I have enough fluid to not worry about the baby not having enough. So I was sent home. I am going to walk walk walk though and get this show on the road...

TELL ME ABOUT IT! Rod said something about the baby. I was like don't say t hat. We were fussing because he wanted to use thesame cheap $19 monitor he used for his daughter. I wanted to get a $100 monitor thatalso detected movements. I am so scred of SIDS. Then he was like you do all of that and she still dies of it. Man if I could have gotten up I would have slammed him right them!

The step daughter is fine. She is really excited about the birth of her little sister. The only issue i have with her is him being consistant and her being more diciplined because when the baby comes she will not be able to just do what she wants anymore. There will be rules. I just want her to be safe around the baby so I want to start now. We will see what happens when she is born.

Some days she is less active, but I love it when she moves a lot. It never seems to get old. I'm glad to hear your pregnancy has been pretty easy. Mine has been great, the only complaint is my hormones going wack every few days. Driving my dear husband nuts. What can I do though, I can't control them. Triplets, I don't know what the heck I would do... could not imagine.

My birth plan is to have some pain medication and not feel a thing. haha. Men are dumb, they don't know when to shut up. LOL...

Life is good, I am ready to have my little girl. I'm not having many contractions and I am only dilated to 1 as of my last appt last week.

Yes, I am finally all ready. Now, it's just a wait. You need to get some rest and relax..I know it's hard when you have so much on your mind.

I saw the doctor today and I am dilated to 1cm, haha. Does not mean much, but it's a start.

Have you written a birth plan?

My appt was okay. Ended up going to the hospital later that day b/c I had a gush of fluid. Still unexplained for the most part. I was given medicine to stop contractions and sent on my way. I was 2cm and 50% effaced. I have another appt tomorrow and it will be my first in office cervical exam, so I am really hoping I made some progress. You should really try to get some rest. I am suffering a double ear infection/sore throat/runny and stuffy nose thing. It sucks and it takes alot out of you... go figure it happens right as my due date arrives. Don't stress over baby's room too much. Remember... probably won't be seeing it much the first few weeks at least. Keep hanging in there.
