My name is Liz. I'm from Mississauga, Ontario, and pregnant with my first, which is a boy, Trent! :D
I'm SO glad I found this site. I love reading all the comments and checking out all the newest belly and baby pics :-) Keep them coming ladies they're wonderful.
After a labor lasting approximately 19 hours, your child, a boy, will be born. Your baby will weigh about 7 pounds, 9 ounces, and will be 20-1/2 inches long. This child will have light blue eyes and some very fine hair.

Baby Daddy:: Kevin
His reaction:: I woke him up by shoving the pregnancy test in his face! He replied with "What am I looking at I only see one line!" I said NO there's two!!! He said oh better make a Doctors appointment LOL( He was very excited)
Greatest memory so far:: Feeling him kick for the first time, hearing his heartbeat, seeing him on ultrasound and feeling his hiccups.
Biggest fear:: I know I shouldn't say this, but I'm terrified something bad will happen to him during birth.
Advantages of being pregnant:: Having people always smiling at you and being nice.
Weird dreams::Not too many
Breast changes:: They got HUGE!!! LOL I went from a small B to a D!
Waist changes:: Oh ya that grew too LOL
Things you quit for baby:: Drinking, Smoking, Caffeine and got off my diet. I gave up a lot, but it was well worth it, this little man doesn't know that he saved his mommy from a very un-healthy, short life!
Most uncomfortable time:: Trying to shave.....down there! LOL
Worst part of being pregnant:: There is no worst part, no matter what I went through. There are woman out there that can't have children that would give everything to feel what I feel, so no complaints from me.
Best place for maternity clothes:: My hubby's closet LOL Hey it saves TONS of money and is way more comfortable.
Taking parenting classes:: Nope, all natural baby hehehehe
Pregnancy necessities:: My Gaviscon!!!! And ice cold bottles of water.
Grandparents reaction:: Baby Trent in mine and Kevin's parents first Grandchild! They were all SO happy. Lots of support from both sides. They're just wonderful.
Where will you deliver:: Etobicoke General Hospital in Rexdale, Ontario
When:: Not too sure. Today is the due date so I'm hoping today LOL
Will you breastfeed:: Probably not, we'll see.
Will you use cloth diaper: No

OMG chicken makes you sick? That's horrible! I LOVE chicken! Chicken anything, especially buffalo chicken. Nothing made me sick while I was pregnant except cig smoke, but I'm also allergic to it. So, how are you feeling?

Yes girl, you definitely will be hitting it up! Trust me! I WOULDN'T have done it without it unless something major stopped me from having it. I was to be at the hospital at 5:45 and we ended up getting there at 6:00 and immediately got changed and iv in place and the started on pitocin but nothing really ever happened until my doc came in at 8:30 to break my water but girl after he did that let me tell you it was immediate contraction i mean hard core...and that was right about 8:45. They put in the order for my epi right then but did not end up getting it until about 10:00 and it was really rough, contraction were awful but i made it through them and once the epi was in place it was immediate relief and I rested (almost slept) until 11:30 when my nurse checked me again and I was fully dialated so we started to push, me and the nurse pushed for about 30 minutes and then the doc got there right at 12:00 to really get things moving and I had Jaden at 12:26pm. I really couldn't have asked for a better labor...and really it only lasted from about 8:45(when he broke my water) until 12:26...so right at about 4 hours.
I got lucky that my doc doesn't mind inducing and got to go a week earlier! If I ever had another one it would be great if everything went the same as this pregnancy and labor did!

AWH WOW! Thank you sooo much! You should be getting real close to having yours shouldn't you? Will you be induced? I see you are at your due date. My doctor induced me at 38 weeks 6 days and I wouldn't have wanted to go another week OR past my due date. At my 36 week appt I was already 4cm dialated and didn't dialate anymore on my own until I went in for my induction...but I had no ideal I would be already 4CM! I was so excited and it really made my labor easier and quicker.

I'm letting my milk dry up also and I know if he's here I'll give in and nurse him, lol. My pain pills make me groggy and sleepy so me being alone with the baby not a good idea lol. My docs never did anything to help start my labor, they didn't even offer me tips.

no shit eh. that is nuts. you hear ne thing when it happened? i didnt watch the news. i have satellite and at 6 pm i get the news on about 400 channels i still cant figure out which one is city and which one is chch for hamilton. im so confused lol. but that is nuts. you guys goign to move ?

I know I get really upset about just because I've never weighed more than 150 on my life when the scale hit 200 I thought I would die!!! but the more I think about it I would rather be huge and have a healthy baby than be small and have a sick one!

LOL I'll Cross mine for you too!! Thanks Yeah Me and my husband were going to name her Tasya First but then noone could pronounce it and everyone kept making a big deal out of so We were looking at a baby name book and Elizabeth was the only name that we both really kept going back to so that is it and Mae is after my great grandma her name was AnnaMae and my middle name is Ann so Yeah!!!!!
