Jacobi James is here!!!!

Jacobi arrived via c-section

on 4/14/08 at 4:29PM

he weighed 4lbs 6oz

and was 16 in long...

...i experianced an ecclamptic seizure and so they thought it was best to take him immediatly.h he swallowed alot of amniotic fluid when he was born and was born coughing and a screamin and when they had cleared his lungs initally was looking great,he was on cpap on 33% oxygen. but by the 2nd xray was showing signs of RDS. so they intubated him and gave him, his first round of surfactant. now we sit and wait. he is absolutly beautiful and i will be posting pics asap!!!

please pray for us we have a long road ahead!!!

Hey! We miss you on the chat pages. We are doing great. Had a 4 month check up and he is 10.5 pounds. Not on the charts for 4 month, but 50th percentile for the two months he should be. He is doing great! How is Jacobi? I bet you are crazy busy with three kids! How are YOU?

I hope this short message finds you well. I am sorry that I have been unable to respond more frequently this past week. I am frantically trying to get this big family of mine ready for a road trip. heh, youre probably glad its over because its so freakin stressful! hah. and youve had a long journey. but SOO worth it! look how adorable they all are?! id kill to have olivia be like morgan. morgan is like the coolest little kid EVER! hah. i have to find snowman stockings hah. well im not going to breastfeed my next kids, so i could get boobs! hah. but i have to save. theyre so expensive! lol. i cant believe how old jacobi is! i swear he was born a month ago! lol, but then again olivia is 2 months :/ doesnt seem like weve been talking as long as we have lol

I know, can you believe I'm already in my 2nd trimester? I still feel like crap though. I thought it would magically go away at 12 or 14 weeks but, the nausea is still here (and the fatigue!!) oh well, I'm still happy to be pg! Starting to get a little round, but you can't really tell yet. hope you and your family are having a great summer :)
