Things are the same for me. Going to be induced on Wed if he isn't here by then. I don't think it's really set in that we could have a baby any time now lol. I can't wait, but it is so surreal!!!

yeah, i'm with you there - i'm hurting in places i didn't think i'd hurt in until i was in labour! I'm uncomfortable at night time and therefore hardly sleeping well - it makes enjoying pergnancy difficult then you end up feeling guilty because of that!

thankfully I finish work on friday so i hopefully will get a weeks rest to do what i want when i want or when i don't want!

Do you think the mucous plug is the smell then??

hiya read your message about the smell - i notice that as well and i also notice that although my urine is clear when i wipe the tissue is yellow tinged as though my urine should be yellow too - not sure about that but i think (definitely not sure) i have been losing my mucous plug very slowly for a wee while now because when i do go to the loo there's mucousy stuff floating about (sorry if this is TMI)

What do you think the smell is??

Thanks for your message.
I see the midwife tomorrow and if she is not happy then they are on about inducing me as my heart rate is up quite alot which is why I could be feeling so rubbish.
I can't wait to be a mummy now and my partner is getting really excited about becoming a dad especially now they have given him leave.
I hope you are enjoying your pregnancy and all is going well.

Hiya, thanks for the message, I know I couldnt believe it when she told me, I'm just keeping my fingers crossed that the baby is still within average range as I really really dont want to have a c-section. Call me mad but I've dreamt of giving birth to my baby ever since I was a teenager and I really dont want to miss out on the experience. I'm a little sad, but have been told to prepare for the possibility. I'll know more on Friday, so fingers crossed for me. Wow are you fully engaed already? I cant believe how close we all are. Are you getting scared?

eh, me too. Everytime I look in the mirror I have to remind myself that he will be an amazing baby and the stretch marks will be worth it. I heard they fade but I'm pretty sure you will still be able to see them. I guess this is the first sign of motherhood.

hey...i feel ya with the swollen business. My hands and feet look like SHREK...and that is no friggin joke. I can't grip anything most mornings and it stays that way intil about noon, at least, and then usually starts again the next morning. UGH. We just need to have our babies already!

Girl- that must suck really bad. I am the school nurse at a high school and middle school and I have gotten to where I come in wearing scrub pants, my husbands t-shirts, and flip flops. They don't really care what I wear as long as I'm there taking care of the sick kids so they don't have to fool with them. Try talking to them....surely someone will have some compassion. Pregnancy is uncomfortable anyways. I couldn't imagine having to wear stuffy clothes and shoes.
