I work for a television production company based in the UK . We are currently making a documentary for ITV1 exploring the issues surrounding pregnancy and eating disorders. The film will be a thoughtful and insightful look into this extremely sensitive subject.

We’re in the research stage of our production and very keen to chat to women who are, or have been, pregnant whilst having an eating disorder.

I truly feel it would be better for the mothers to be in a forum where people really understand what they are going through. I feel I cannot continue reading a forum where I am constantly reminded I could miscarry at any moment :-( Take Care XxX

Thank you for your message! It's comforting to have someone who I can relate to! Salty chips are awesome...can't seem to get enough of those either. Today I've forced myself to eat some chicken and rice, but I'm eyeballing the leftover brownies and donuts on my counter. Alas, I keep hearing the second trimester brings back those healthy cravings. the same for me. Glad to hear you are experiencing similar. I felt absolutely debilitating nausea for two weeks, and for the last three days I have felt relatively great. I don't see the doc until March 17th, so I just hope all is good. How are you doing today?

Hmm...I haven't felt 100% for a couple of weeks now so I am jealous!:) I don't think you have anything to worry about. I think that morning sickness lasts longer with some people than others. Too many of my friends have never felt sick through the entire pregnancy. I bet you're going to have those same bragging rights!!

Hey...you still feeling good? I finally started to get a hang of my diet and everythings been staying down!! I also found out Coke Cola is a great remedy for headaches ! How is your honey hanging in there?? It was actually 70 degree's today! Has it warmed up at all over there? Even though today was warm, they are calling for another snow storm tonight....Take Care!

Our first one will be the 6th. How are you feeling? I have hit the morning sickness. I always though I would be able to bypass it but I think I was optimistic! I can barely hold down crackers..and for some reason jolly ranchers do wonders for me. So are you having a midwife deliver the baby? Hmmmm..that's cool. I know another girl who had a midwife and loved it.

I was going to schedule my first appt next week. We haven't gone yet because alot of my girlfriends say that they have gone prior to 8 weeks to pee on a test, then have their Dr send them to an OBGYN at 8 weeks for the scan. I am trying not to get too excited before then because I won't sleep a day until the appt! Once we see the little body in my body I think reality will set in. I can't beleve it is that cold outside...I will stop complaining about how cold it is here!! When it is in the 10's I feel like I will freeze but -8!! Does it get like that often? Do you guys have 4 seasons?? I am excited about a fall baby. We do have it the best (I think) because we have a little bump in the summer, you know so we can still dress cute but in the fall layers are in anyways so you can pull more stuff off. If I had to give birth in May when it is hot I may never leave an air conditioned room!! How old is your sis? That's cool you guys are both have babes the same year!

Hey! I am jealous that you were there in October!! I was there in 2005. Do you and your hubby dive? We got some good diving in while we were at Barbados...but that will be on hold for a while! How cold is it in MAnchester?? It's pretty nippy here, too. I am ready for Spring and Summer. I am mostly excited because by then I will have a bump I can show off :) I haven't gained weight but I sure feel flabby. I have been working out but I am always afraid my heart rate is too high. Do you excercise? That sucks you're getting nauscous! I really haven't felt bad. My boobs hurt an awful lot but other than that...just tired.

Congrats to you,too! How did you guys find out you wre prego?? We aren't scheduled for a ultra sound until our 8th week but if I had to wait 12 weeks I would go nuts!! Didn't you just LOVE Barbado?? We stayed at The Crane and are itchng to go back!! Where did you guys stay? I have to as a stupid question..but I am assuiming you are from the U.K? How are you feeling?
