Hi everyone! My name is Sarah and i live in South Wales (UK). My hubby's name is Paul, we've been together for 7 1/2 years, married for 4 of those! On August the 11th of this year at 2.22pm our gorgeous baby girl arrived by elective cesarean section, weighing in at 10lbs 8oz and measuring 55cm!!
She changes everyday and is completely amazing, we couldnt be happier or prouder!
I hope everyone is doing great!!

Hey there! We are doing well, and how about you? Everything went fine at the ER...we had to have his belly button cauterized (spelling?) because when they removed the arterial line they put in at The Childrens Hospital...it never quit bleeding (they had to cut his cord off and insert an arterial line in through his belly button to an artery in his heart)...it had been bleeding slowly for 2 weeks....so I took him in because it shouldn't have been bleeding...so they just sealed it shut and now it can heal. We got a new weight without clothes and a diaper today....so the official naked weight is 11 lbs 6 oz. and he is 24 inches long. We have a ton of unworn clothes...lucky for me my really good friend here in town just found out she's having a boy so lucky for us we will just pass all of Maddox's stuff down to her...she will probably have a 6-8 lb baby...so it should all fit. Ok well he's up and demanding a bottle...his new nickname is "demando" since he gets SOOOOOO mad if you don't feed him when he's ready lol. How are Rhianna and Yourself doing?

We were at the Emergency Room last night....and we got a current weight while there...he is officially 11 lbs 14 oz OH MY GOSH!!!!!!!!!! He was 10 lbs 6 oz only a week and a half ago...we have some BIG kids lol...no wonder the 0-3 month clothes don't fit him any more....we are now officially in the 3-6 month size because of his length lol. Just thought I'd hop on to tell you about his weight....have a great weekend!

Sorry about the radio station thing, i didnt wanna offend it was just the first thing that i thought, its prob because shes got four initials rather than the 'normal' 3. But i think the name is better than initials anyways, The ambigram= ok, so its DAWN and its reads DAWN as normal, but its has flicks like calligraphy writing so if you flip my ankle upside down you would expect to read NWAD, but because of the flicks and how its written its reads DAWN. Very clever - normally can only do it with dad and mum etc, but my mate is very talented and did it for me as one off.
If you have one on your back then i dont think the foot/ankle would be worse than that, i have it just under my ankle bone curved around it.
The first set of BH's were painful but the next couple of sets were just strong and long lasting and consistent. I wasnt worried about going into labour because what will be will be and i know he'd survive, but i was panicking that i hadnt packed a bloody bag- that was one of the main stressing things!!Hahahahaha. Rest assured that i will be packing this weekend. I have most of my stuff, just need to buy some fresh undies-BIIIIIG ones for my sexy pads, nipple pads and cream and a nightie- but i want the ones that have buttomes or loose fitting around the neck as im wanting to b.feed. But i feel like my nan wearing nighties that have buttons down the front!!!Maternity and pregnancy stuff is so not attractive at all is it??? Oh and i need to buy a couple of nursing bras. Going to M&Ps warehouse tomorrow, its where everything is straight from factory do trade price, and apparently its amazing, musical vibrating bouncer for £17 etc so thats gonna be good and they do maternity wear too.Thinking if cant get any nighties there then ill go to primark and buy big pants and cheapo nighty as i wont be wearing them again, so i aint doing M&S, mothercare etc, but ill buy mothercare nursing bras as obviously ill be wearing those constantly.
OH MY GOD! I took off my bra the other day and my nipple was WHITE! like someone had just tippex'd over it, i have never had so much leakage/ dried colostrum on there ever, I was like ' wooooooooooooooooooo, check it out man!' Hahahahaahahhaa.
I was in bed the other day with Steve having cheekies and he nibble don my boob - then gagged! He said ' yeah, we'll leave those to JD now, thanks!. God that tastes rank!'
SORRY! Not my fault! Hhahahaha Lol. Its a good jb we love each other as that was such a passion killer, but still got some loving anyways!
Wow, cant believe Rhis up to 12lbs now thats ace, I guess that shes putting on the correct amount and shes healthy and midwife happy with everything then?>You dont seem to be complaining about anything, so i guess its all good!
I really dont think my body will last another 6 weeks at all, I was talking to a woman from work thats just gone back off maternity from her 2nd child and from him engaging she gives it 2/3 weeks, and my mates mum says im further on that what the docs think,- which makes sense as im measuring two weeks ahead and always have done, never mind how much of 'mum' there was before- god i should sue for that comment!!!Hhahaahahahahah. Biatch! But the 6 weeks takes me to 40wks so after 37 wks they allow birth dont they, i reckon 37-8 weeks and he'll be on his way. Or maybe its just wishful thinking.
It was sooo surreal walking out of the hospital thinking the next time i do this ill have a baby, and that just knocked me off my feet - i mean ive had some reality hits, like the 1st scan and hearing the heartbeat for the first time, but shit the bed - this was uber surreal. Even Steve was thinking the same thing.
Well half of my stretch marks are now faded due to Bio Oil, its seems that the marks themselves are cut in half, so its the top part (as u know they go high) that need to be worked on but from belly button down its all clear, a tad pinky but no bright red marks, You need to buy some if you dont have it. Its amazing.
There would be no way that i could work now, even without the whole bowel thing - i used to use the disabled toilet instead of cubicles, as inever knew what was gonna happen to me whilst on the loo!!Hahahaha. But with JD engaging i wouldnt be able to do it, its painful enough without the SPD when a babaloo engages but this is like - 'yeah shit im stuck, hang on!'So walking is a problem!!! But i think ive done ok all in all to take it as far as i have done, I felt a bit guilty and defeated by it all when i first went off, but now i look back and think, ' well ive had x,y,and z thrown at me, so actually im ok.' and to think that he could come earlier too means i have about 4 weeks to go and i need rest before im not allowed any at all!!!!!
Anyways im off to watch 'unbreakable' with my boy and a cup of tea.
Again, im sorry if i offended you about the initials, i realise how it sounded now, and i didnt mean to, i would slap someone silly if they said anything bad about JD, so youre probably pissed off with me but being nice about it.
Anyways, the humphreys corner hasnt been sent off yet as steve was gonna do it in his lunch hour but its been pissing it down so he hasnt been out of office, but i will do it monday- can you send me your address again. Because i also think i deleted it as i cleared the whole message box.And then realsied that was your address!!!!Goooooon!!!

Everyone says Maddox looks like John....he has my ears thats about it lol...I don't know if I've gone dumb or what...but I can't pick out any part of him that looks like either of us...he just looks like our baby lol. Her pictures are adorable!!!! As for the weather its gotten COLD around here...been around 50 degrees and kind of rainy here as well. I'll keep you informed about his weight when we get it taken on Monday. I can not believe its been almost 3 weeks since I had him. I have already forgotten all the pain of child birth and I am ready to be pregnant again lol. I said to the doctor right before pushing "PEOPLE ACTUALLY DO THIS MORE THAN ONCE?!?!" and she laughed and said yes...and it only took about 24 hours before I was like "that was no big deal...I could do it agian" lol.

Nice to hear from you!!!! Yeah Steves ex house mate knows shes not meant to get pierced- shes had two previous children so knows fully what she is doing, thats why she went to a mates house and her mate pierced her as she couldnt get done at a salon. God she pisses me off.
With regards to the tattoo I think you should go with Rhianna - i think the intials altogether in capitals look like an american radio station. Sorry! Thats the first thing i thought of when i saw it, but rhianna is nice and i think you should have it done. I got my name on my ankle in an ambigram - reads left to right my name and if u flip my ankle upside down and read left to right again it still reads my name. Be aware that if you have it done on the foot/ankle it will HURRRRRRRRT, no fat on there just bone, so get ready!!!!
Ebay was a pain in the ass, just really browsing and checking whats on, need baby seat and bouncer and thats it, so im going to the mamas and papas warehouse on saturday to get those- really looking forward to it, as they sell maternity clothes too linen trousers for about a fiver or something like that, so im looking forward to that too!!!!!!!!!!
Im 34wks today, im totally knackered and i have just come out of hospital, been in for four hours so its nothing at all to worry about but i have had 3 episodes of b.hicks, in two days, last one at 5.30am for an hour this morning, but also body doing some self cleaning routine so my bowel movements are lovely too!!TMI??Alongside of that i have the whole achey pelvis with lightening strikes now and again and the doctor said its him engaging along with the spd. So im totally knackered and need sleep now!
Yeah i know what u mean about the church thing, if u feel thats the right thing to do then do it. You'll have a beautiful ceremony im sure.
Dont diet babes-well do if ya want - but dont call it that! just do what youve said and eat healthy and take her for walk in the pram, if u put an ipod on in one ear youll probably walk for longer too, as youll go along with the music.If you say youre on a diet then psychologically it'll put you off.
Well babes i need to go as im shattered - only 7pm but i need to rest, i dont think im gonna go to my due date,think ill be earlier. God i hope so!!!!!! x x

Hey! Thanks! He HATES the bath...well he likes the sitting his butt in the water part....but when you bring out the wash cloth and actually wash him...he flips out lol. Then he sticks his lip out and makes the saddest noises with teary eyes for the next hour...lol. We were unable to breast feed because he was in the nicu for the first week...and the pump didn't work well for me...so we are on formula as well. It seems to be working out fine though....he enjoys it. I know what you mean about 4 weeks of pregnancy never going this fast lol....i agree. Wow she is getting to be a big girl! I am not sure on his weight...we go in on Monday and I will let you know lol. I know he has gotten bigger...just not sure how much. He is still on Oxygen...probably will be for the next couple of months...I hope we will be able to take him off without surgery...but only time will tell.
Good hearing from you...enjoy your time out with Rhianna in the pram. We have been walking every day and Maddox sleeps the ENTIRE time lol...I think its the bumps lol. Talk to you later!
