No swelling for me yet. I'm doing good. I had been stressing over every little thing lately. I guess my hormones are getting the best of me. I had been having aches and pains in my belly. My midwife said to take it easy and don't try to do chores everyday. Picking the kids up and helping with there homework and taking care of a 12 month old baby are enough chores for me right now. So hubby will have to take care of the rest when he gets off work. Yay! He isn't to thrilled, but... oh well! LOL!!

Hi there! I am doing great. Getting big. Today I think the baby is laying straight out, cuz my belly is huge! The baby is finally kicking hard enough to feel from the outside. that is really cool! My daughter is getting her schedule for 10th grade today. Wow, she is growing up so fast! Hope you are well.

So good to hear from you! They (the doctors) do like to scare the crap out of us with all the testing and making sure you realize how old you are to be having a baby and all. Like we don't worry enough when pregnant. I am glad to hear you have a healthy baby. Everything looks good here too. The baby is finally moving around a lot and that makes me feel so much better. Now if it will behave on the next u/s so I can see if it is a boy or girl that would be helpful. Take Care, Kris

hey lorie, dont feel blue. You might feel that way because of your hormones or the lack of things you can or cannot do now. I always feel lonely but try to bury myself in family. My girl will be 5 by the time this baby is born too. This is my second child and I kept all my things from her and luckily for me I am having another girl. I still do need alot of stuff just like everyone else. I would appreciate it to because I will be off for a couple of monthes plus things have been difficult because I cannot find work now. I do not care what anyone saids about the law, people still discriminate--work is hard to find in the first place. I just hope I do not end up in a worse situation then I am. I look forward coming on to this website and I love having conversations with people. As far as your husband getting used to you having a baby, my said he didnt want anymore after the fact we were trying for one and a half years, then suddenly Im pregnant. I am hoping he will come around and I expect Ivan too.

I totally agree with you about the baby shower thing. I do not need alot of stuff but I could use another car seat, bottles, wipes, lotion, baby soap, diapers, burp clothes, and etc. It doesnt have to be an expensive party but just a lucheon with a game or two would be perfect. Are you having another baby shower?

My docs appointment is on the 13 and another u/s on 16, so I will keep you posted. I am very excited to have another boy. Was wanting a girl but nervous at the same time..hehehe I have teeneage girls coming to visit my boys and was hesitating on whether or not I really want my daughter doing the same at that age.. So I have to say I am quite happy with expecting our new little man. Take care keep in touch>> I love the name you chose for your daughter too.. Our sons name will be Brian Lucas James after daddy and papa.

You know what... I am on my work computer and it doesn't show anything that needs flash or most picts... it's lame. I am sure its one of the ones I cannot see... but I remember you saying that earlier now, and the reason for it. My little crazy girl moves all the time now and I can even feel it from the outside but my poor husband misses it everytime, LOL! I'm like 'okay, now! but she doesn't do it again... lil stinker :)

Hi, I was just wondering about you this morning and realized i hadn't seen you on for a while.. I sure am glad you messaged me. I am good, we are having another boy #4. I am working on getting the nursery done and getting baby clothes together and sorted by size. I am feeling good haven't gained any wright yet, I actually gained 2 lbs and then lost 4 but all is well. The midwife called the other day and we have to go for another u/s to exam the baby's heart as they could not get all that they wanted. They assured me that everyhting was fine, so I wouldn't stress before the scan. Well nice chatting you take care and keep in touch.. Let me know how things are wit you and your little one. Nicole

Yeah! none at all... they said she was boring to look at because she was perfect, LOL! I was like, boring for you - AWESOME for me!!! The cysts decreased in size by 1/2! We are very thankful. We had about 150 people praying for us yesterday morning so God blessed us all! Thanks for asking! How are you doing with your baby girl? I looked for a name on your page but dont see one... do you have one picked out?

I'm fine Lorie, I hope you are fine too. Well, feeling her move when you roll over is a good sign. Last night I actually felt him kick really really low. It felt very weird, almost like a shock. I don't mind though. It just gives me reassurance that he is doing well and getting stronger.

Hi Lorie-- Don't worry, I don't feel my baby move very much either. This is my fourth, so I really believed that I would've felt more kicks by now. But I only feel him once in a while. I think that in the next couple of weeks we will start to feel the babies more often.

Don't worry about not feeling the baby move. I have felt it but just now and again. Little bubbles bursting or gas it feels like. I'm sure by 20 weeks we'll both be feeling things regularily. Miami eh. I have many friends there as my hubby and I (well used to until bump) work for Celebrity Cruises and their offices are down town Miami. Fun place! Especially Aventura Mall!!!!

I'm also a first time Mom, so that's another reason I didn't notice that I was feeling my baby right away. Try not to worry. If you aren't feeling your baby at all by 20-22 weeks then I would ask your doctor about it. Have you had any ultrasounds? The placenta is fine if it is on top, or in front or in back. The only place you don't want it is in the bottom bc then obviously it blocks the babies way out.
