IT's A BOY!!!!!
My daughter was conceived on the 1st month off the pill... yippee thought it would be just as easy with #2. WRONG!!!!! I came off the pill and we tired and tried & tired... no luck!! I even used a clear blue ovulation monitor. I used to sit & cryand cry and cry, especially when my duaghter tell me that she wanted a baby brother or sister. After about 9 months of trying I went to my dr. was diagnosed with POCS, I was devistated.. I didnt think I could ever have another child and we just thanked God for the one beautiful child that we had.
I guess I've always had POCS, but it was never diagnosed because I didn't have any problems getting pregnant with my daughter at the age of 29. As a teenager, not getting a period wasnt a big deal.. it was kinda great to go all summer with out it. And then when I was 18 I went on the pill to stay regulated & I was always on it, until we tried to conceive, I never realized there was a problem until we tried with #2.
Anyhow, we continuted to try, I even tried Clomid one month (got deathly sick from it) decided we wouldnt try that again, I even started to look into IVF..but I was hesitate.. We kinda started to give up.. . Well after 1-1/2 years of trying we found out on March 1, 2008 that we were expecting!! We were SHOCKED!!!! But extreemlly excited!!! Our little bundle of joy is expected November 4th :-)

thanks for the message. so far i just feel a little dizzy and am shaky. i hope i don't get the headaches. my problem is i can't/don't feel the contractions. good luck to you.

yeah, i had been put on treb. meds. but i was looking it up on the web and i found that there are some that are suing because of harm to the baby. . . i don't know, got me scared. i just pray everything will be ok.

i got three shots of trebutilen...and i was on nifedipen til just tuesday i stopped. so im excited. i hope my little girl gets here soon!

Oh my! Take it easy. It sucks being out of work and not being able to be alone. I hate having to be pretty much babysat 24/7. I am doing okay - no more bleeding, but last night it looked as if some bits of my mucus plug may have come out. It looked a bit like pieces of snot and mucus on the toilet paper. I hope all goes well for you. It's like my doctor said to me this week when I saw him "You made it another week!". =)

Sunday will make it 3 weeks in the hospital, but the other 3 trips lasted from overnight to 5 days. It will be over soon!

tell me about it! I have a new torture device today - this compression contraption on my legs. So annoying, but only for about 10 more days! My husband and our buddy are coming in tonight with dinner so thats something to look forward to!
how long have you been on bed rest? Are you at home or hospital? How are you holding up?

My daughter does similar things when she's engrossed in similar pursuits. I cut back on the amount of TV she could watch then I encouraged her to play more with her toys. Maybe doing that will help- I don't know. My problem is that my daughter keeps picking at the scabs from the bug bites on her legs. It's sooo annoying to see how bad her legs look after so long.

if you find something that makes her stop biting her nails let me know- im 18 and ive done it my whole life- its so disgusting...recently i stopped, like 2 months, but then if i get really stressed i bite them again...just scare her with how gross it is

sally hanson i believe, makes a nail polish that is to make you stop biting.. it has a bad taste .. worth a try.... good luck.

Hi there. I am okay at the moment. My mom made me go back to the hospital last night because I was having cramping pains below. I guess it was because I hadn't drank enough water that day. I had some wicked contractions while I was on the monitor there. I don't seem to get too many when I am home though. Just some tightening now and then, but nothing too painful. Doc seems to think I could let go at anytime I guess. He won't let me go back to work right now. I have an appointment on Tuesday, but I doubt he will let me go back. I have to be with someone who is available to drive me to the hospital 24/7 now, and I shouldn't go far from it. Luckily my house is a mile away from the hospital only. I will let everyone know what happens after I have my appointment Tuesday. Thanks for your concern and support. Take care of yourself and your little one, too! ~Tania =) xoxo
