Our new baby Grace has arrived, six days over due on the

6th October 2007 - weight 7.1.

The birth happened real quickly, my waters broke on Friday afternoon while out for a walk! Called the hospital and was told to go in. Felt cramps and pains along the journey. Later the pains stopped and they were giving me 18 hours to go into labour myself if not then i had to get antibiotics to save danger to the baby. After a long night, without sleep and worrying and pains gone.. they gave me antibiotics around 9 the following morning. Later they did a tracing of the babys heartbeat and found that it was decreasing. So they brought me to the labour ward at 11ish which i was dreading they started me on the drip to induce labour as i was only 2-3 cms they kept increasing the dose and pains were getting real bad. I used the gas, had my mind put of pethidine as i used it before and found it useless, and they asked for the epidural but it was too late...! Grace was born at 1.51 p.m. It was so so fantastic.. I couldnt believe it. It was a real short labour but that was due to the drip to speed up contractions. I came home the following day and couldn't have wished for everything to have gone better.

So glad i found this website for the pregnancy feel i have met so many people that will remain friends with. I wish everyone else all the very best with their new babies please God x x x

Hi Just had to start my page again... everything seems to have gone off it!! Well basically im 40 weeks and 3 days over so at this stage really looking forward to having the baby and nervous at the same time. Hope ye are all doing really well. Have been using this site nearly all throughout the pregnancy. But only signed up as a vip recently. Its great reading everyone else's stories and good to know that everyone is in the same boat!

Hi i hope you are all well ,i bet grace is up to all sorts of things now ,she must be getting big.Lily is now 13 weeks which seems so mad ,it only seems like yesterday i was counting the days until she arrived.Everybody said that once she was here the time would pass by so quickly and they were right.

We are enjoying the sun ,long may it last .

How are you doing! I'm glad to hear you had a great weekend! Happy b-lated Bithday to Paddy!!! Yeah the weather is great here too. It's suppose to be raining more but we have been lucky with so summer days! but this week the weather has been a little crazy! it rains one day and the next is sunny!!! I think that's the reason why everyone is sick!!! How is grace feeling?? I hope she's feeling better! I get so sad when babies are not feeling good :(

WOW! Nick is involved in manny activities!!! tha's great!! I'm sure betttween his school and sports he keeps bussy all the time!!

Everything here has been great this week!! Thank God except that I've been so bussy! So manny things have come up lately! I wrote about some things in my journal....
I still have no updates on the process of the house:( I will keep you updated!

Hi, my son broke his collarbone by playing tag with his friends and he tripped he was going face first so he tried to fall on his back instead on his shoulder he said he heard it pop. He is doing better now starting to do more stuff on his own has to wear his slang for another month. Brayden loves to shop also he always is looking around and checking things out. I bet it is hard to go back to work and leave Grace I would hate that, do you have a good babysitter? that helps.

Hey sweetie!

Sorry I didn't write earlier... but I've been crazy bussy these past couple of days!!bettween the mortgage process and the kids and heping my mom arrange everything for her travel to ecuador it's been insane!!!....

I can't believe that grace has her first tooth! how exciting!! :) matt has no sing of any teeth yet! don't worry about grace not rolling over! I think matt roll over first because he's fat and chunky LOL! is she sitting by herself? I just love when babies eat their toes they look so precious!

So nick is is a soocer team..... that's great josh loves soccer too. His favorate toy to play with is a ball! and he knows how to kick and play soccer! my dad tought him when he was 18 months old!!

Everything with me is great.... matt is getting a little better at night he's sleeping 10 hours and waking up only 2 times at night to feed! tha's a big improvement for him lol! carlos is good.... working hard but at least he enjoys what he does!

How is grace's room coming along? i can't wait to see pics! what disney character did u choose?
