My name is Sarah. I am 24, married, we have an energetic son who was born Nov 2008
and have now completed our family with a stunning baby girl born Aug 2010.
Having PCOS, Hypo Thyroidism and two different heart conditions our road to creating a family has been a long and stressful one.
But despite our obsticales we have done it and are so pleased with our beautiful family.
