My dr. gave me a list that said I could take plain sudafed, tylenol sinus, actifed, and nasal spray.

I took Sudafed (the real stuff behind the counter) and it did help. I also took hot water, put it in a bowl, put a towel over my head and let the steam loosen everything in my head. It’s kind of odd but it works well if you are having sinus issues like I have had since the start of my pregnancy.

You can take plain old sudafed....the one in the red box. It should clear up your nose!

yeah i guess you could say it felt like an eyelid twitch just stronger. apple juice helps do that? i layed in bed last night and felt around on my stomach but i think i only felt my heartbeat everywhere haha

Thank you for your nice comment, and for the info. We have certainly been through ALOT, and he is finally stable (for over 1 year, since sobriety). Was your friend and her husband able to conceive, or did they take him off of his medications so that he would be able to. I didn't understand what you said about only the ones with medicine die. Does that mean once the medicine leaves my hubby's system after he quits taking it? Congrats on your pregancy! :)

Sounds good! One appointment, my baby's was 165, and then this last time (16 weeks) it was 155...doc said it was good! Congrats!:)

Yea yur babys heartbeat is great ..........My babys was at 164 bpm!!! Mayb we r having girls !! Hmmmmmm....They couldnt tell on my ultrasound boo hoo!! Good Luck to you !! God Bless!!

If your doctor was a schmuck and didn't talk to you about it, then I'd go to my pharmacist and ask about it. They have to know, it's their job.
