I am soo happy to be pregnant and enjoying every minute of it. My husband and I tried for a year and a half and it felt like an eternity. We got help from a fertility clinic and they found that I had high prolactin. Once they fixed that, it only took 2 months to get pregnant! We have been blessed with a smooth pregnancy so far. We are having a boy!

Monday, 28 April we are in the same boat and will have our boys in almost 2 weeks. We can do it, sure things will start progessing soon, but so hard to be patient. Best of luck to you and wishing you an easy labor and speedy delivery. burtonbabe148 -
Monday, 28 April I saw your post about your arms falling asleep. Mine do the exact same thing and my doctor told me it was carpal tunnel. It should go away after that baby is born but there are also wrist braces you can wear that will help. Good Luck dreambaby16 -
Friday, 25 April You and I sound the same...Nothing going on, no dilation, no engagement, few BH's, that are obviously not doing anything. Just enjoy the time...good luck! EBANGELS -

Thursday, 13 Mar Hi just read your comment on your baby being breech. Dont worry it freaked me out too, i got told at my 30 week appoinment my baby was breech. She said they dont worry about it till 36-37 weeks to try and turn them as the baby can still move around. I think most babies adopt a head down position around 32-34weeks so im hoping for my next appoinment at 34 weeks she'll be head down.. bellakimmie -
Wednesday, 12 Mar Hey there,
My baby hasn't turned yet, actually he's still side-ways. I'm not too worried about it, because my last pregnancy, he didn't turn until 35 weeks. Hope that helps. bloomingmum -

Friday, 7 Mar I was having the leg cramps weekly for a few weeks. I've looked up some things about them and I've read that doctors don't know exactly why we get them but that it might be the extra weight being carried and the extra blood supply. What I did was I started eating at least one banana a day to start. Also I noticed that the leg cramps would come on after a big stretch, so I started limiting my morning stretches. When you stretch don't point your toes but bring your toes in/up and this has been the BEST advice for me. mamaof3az -
Friday, 7 Mar ok they are called charlie horses or somethin and yea my first pregnancy they were horrible my 2nd i never had them once but with this one i keep getting them i think its the bigge rthe baby cuz my first was huge my 2nd was small and this one is huge i think it has to do with circulation! sharonleigh -
Friday, 7 Mar Those leg cramps are the WORST. I got them constantly with my first but have not had any this time (knock on wood). They used to wake me up in the middle of the night just like you said. I dont know why I got them so often before but havent had any this time. I surely dont miss them. :) jacquelyn -
Friday, 7 Mar I used to get the worst leg cramps of my life before I got pregnant. I couldn't move, couldn't speak. Others could actually see my leg muscle grow and contort my leg. The doc said it was from dehydration and boy, was he right. I started sleeping with a bottle or two of water by my bed all summer and if I woke up with a cramp, after pulling my muscle tight to keep it from feeling like it would break my leg, I'd chug as much as I could and it would disappear within a few minutes. When I started getting them with this pregnancy, I'd make sure to drink a few bottles right before bed and I haven't had too much trouble since. snowwhite5thbabe -

Sunday, 10 Feb Protein! he prolly dont want you starving, so eggs are just protein. No sugar. Dont be scared. Bring a book or mag and it should go fast. I would count the glucola as your sugar intake for the DAY.. stick with mostly protein. mommykris -
Friday, 8 Feb my back is especially sore when i get up at night. my doctor said that since our pelvic bone is expanding to make room for delivery that is releases some hormone and it can make you sore. i am sure balancing the added weight make a difference too. hang in there and know that you are not alone!! cristty -
Friday, 8 Feb Hi!! I'm having the same problem... everything hurst and my pubic bone is very sore also... do you think it's because of the weight? havinababyinmay -

Thursday, 7 Feb Don't the carb cravings suck!! That's what I want too..lol! My stomach feels like a bottomless pit sometimes, I eat and then I'm hungry ten minutes later. Thanks for responding, it makes me feel better to know I'm not the only one struggling. Good Luck! We'll have big beautiful healthy babies soon! :) lovealways -
Friday, 1 Feb You know really all you need to do is stay away from white carbs. Change everything in your house to brown and wheat. You will find that some Italian restaraunts like Olive Garden have wheat pasta if you ask them for it. with my first two kids I gained 86 on my first and 58 on my second pregnancy. I had no idea what healthy living was. I am proud to say I have gained 18 pounds so far and don't think I will go over the recommended 35 and I really think its because I do not eat white carbs. I love pasta too, but I eat whole wheat pasta. I love bagels, but I eat whole wheat bagels. Just get rid of the white and you should be good to go! :) michellet -
Tuesday, 29 Jan Hi, I'm not sure where you're from, but in Canada the typical ultrasound is around twenty weeks. It really depends on the Dr. Hope that answers your question. Take care and congratulations, Michelle. firsttimemom22 -
Sunday, 27 Jan I loved that book Belly Laughs. I've found that I have had many of the same experiences that she talks about in the book! Leave a message for lovemybabyboy in the right column where it reads `Add comment`
