We have our first appointment tomorrow morning! We are excited and nervous. Not sure what all will be done. I wonder if they will do a u/s and if we will get to hear the heartbeat. I have so many questions to ask my doctor. I will keep you all posted on what happens!

Having M/S at 5:30pm-7:30pm almost every night... Good times! Um.. had my first OB appt last Mon 10th. They filled like 4-5 tubes of blood did a pap and we talked with the Dr. I go Mon 17th for the U/S.. super stoked to see the bean and maybe hear the heart beat =)I `m so over feeling like I am going to throw up tho.

I was told that M/S would get better... well, mine has increased. I went from feeling like throwing up to actually praying to the porcelain gods twice a day! Again.. what I like to call good times! NOT =) Anyway, I don `t feel as tired.. just wish the M/S would go away. We saw the little bean on 3/17/08. It was so awesome.. the little arms and legs and the heart beat was 175 BMP. The pics I scanned in turned out terrible. I will have to re-scan those. The whole experience was awesome. It `s still so crazy to think that a little person is growing inside of me.

April 17th

Hello Ladies!!! First day in wk 13 yay!!!! So, is anyone else having sinus issues? Feels like I got punched in the face on either side of my nose. It's no fun. Also, I've had a few dizzy spells.. kind of scary. I'm still having intermitted m/s that doesn't seem to be subsiding. Everyone keeps saying it will but I think ppl are lying to me. Also, ppl at work are now rubbing my tummy... geez it popped out over night. It's my first pregnancy; thought I wasn't supposed to show until like month 6 or 7???

MAY 5th

Hey Hey Hey.. all you prego ladies! I am 15 wks 4 days today. Seriously thought all of the M/S would be gone. Although I still get sick around 5:30-6:00pm every night. Sucks biggie. boobs aren't sore anymore tho and I have felt fluttering and if I lay on my back I can feel the baby. Like a hard lump and then it's gone and I have to find the hard lump again. It's really freaking cool. I dont find out the sex until 6/6. Geez.. that seems like forever! I am having the AFP test done on the 22nd. Is anyone else having headaches like everyday? Gosh, those are annoying. I have a sinus infection too.. so, my GP put me on antibiotics. Also, FYI.. my OB said I could eat sushi everyday if I wanted. Just thought I'd share that with you sushi lovers.

May 29th First day in wk 19! I just wanted to share.. I got a snoogle last week.. its awesome! Highly recommended. Everyone should get one. It's the bomb.com ;) I have felt the baby move but.. I wish I could feel the little bean move at least once a day or even all the time. Myspace Comments

June 15, 2008Baby Gavin is kicking all of the time! It's awesome ;) We had the ultrasound on June 6th. It was crazy to see the little man waving and scratching his head. He gave us a thumbs up! Adorable! Also, he was swallowing amniotic fluid. It's truley amazing to experience something so special and surreal.

Now.. I am just getting big.. it feels like my rib cage is expanding as Gavin is growing its getting pretty tight in there. He kicks all the time when he's awake. I love that.. Its funny because I can tell when he is awake and when he's sleeping. I can't wait to meet him.

Wow.. starting to feel really pregnant! Body is getting achy and my belly is growing bigger and bigger ;) My left hip continues to have a hitch. Which sometimes cause me to have a hitch in my giddy! My dad called it a waddle. Gavin kicks all of the time when he's awake. It must be getting super tight in there because I can feel every little movement it seems like. He still absolutely loves apple juice and despises onions. Currently drinking approx. a gallon of Motts Apple Juice a week. I had my glucose test done on 8.7.08. Had to drink an orange drink that tasted like a warm sugarless melted popsicle. Had my Dr. appt the same day. Dr. Lane said that I was measuring at 29wks. That means I am right on schedule yaya! Also, I advised that my nipples have started to leak sporadically. She said that it was totally normal. Another part of the pregoness I refer to as "Good Times". In addition, I would like to share that Dr. Lane said that pedicures while prego are absolutely fine! YAYAYAY!!!!

Got my glucose test results back... they were a little high (Sucks) now I have to do a 3 hour glucose test! Woohoo... more fun. This time I must fast and they will take one tube of blood then another tube an hour later for up to 3 hours. Equaling 4 tubes. YAYA... can't wait :( I have to think that the Grape juice I have the day of the testing along with apple juice and a baked potato for lunch probably didn't help my sugar levels. Guess we will see if I have gestational diabetes when the 3hr glucose test comes back. I need to find time to take that test tho. Let's see what else.. my hips are still hurting, my left heel is hurting too and my boobs are starting to leak colostrum. Oh the joys of pregnancy. We had our first pregnancy class on Wed night (8/20/08) It was cool. There were 12 couples; the class is from 7-9pm... around 8ish.. my snoogle was calling me ... Pregnancy makes me so tired I am in bed by 9pm every night. Other than fighting sleep; the class seems to be cool. I have a feeling we are going to learn a lot. I will keep you posted.

Wow... 33 wks prego! Had a Dr. appt on the 5th.. Gavin is measuring at 35 wks! In addition, he is in position...Head down (Does that mean he will be coming early?) His heart beat was in the 130s. My hips, butt, and heals are still achy. I also had my three hour fasting glucose test done yesterday! YAYA... NOT! They stuck me 4 times total. For those that don't know.. I am super afraid of needles and getting blood drawn is one of my most feared things in life. So.. needless to say that was so much fun ;-(.. Dr. said we should have the results of the test on Monday.. Pray that I don't have gestational diabetes. Gavin is still moving like crazy.. punching and kicking and squirming..He also gets the hiccups a lot. I've heard that is pretty common. Well, I will keep you posted on the test results.

Sept. 13, 2008 Well, I'm 34 wks!! Yaya.. I'm so uncomfortable though. My butt hurts..like I've been doing squats or something. Well, I guess everything pretty much hurts! Also, the other night I was laying on my right side.. and as I started to turn over to my left I felt a tear feeling in my abdomen right under my right breast. It hurt so bad. I thought I might need to go to the hospital. After finally getting up and making my way to the bathroom to check it out in the mirror.. it was red and no stretch marks or marks at all for that matter. It felt like I tore a muscle. It's been a couple days and its still tender to touch. Once again.. the joys of being prego. I still have not packed my bag for the hospital. I think about it everyday but I just need to take the time and pack. Braxton-Hicks contractions come and go all day everyday; and the need to go potty is becoming increasingly annoying. My waddle is pronounced... as I feel like a penguin walking around.

Had a OB appt this morning at 9 AM. Had a Strep B swab done.. To make sure I don't have an infection that could harm the baby during delivery. Dr. Lane said I am 1cm dilated and that Gavin is head down and low. I am still feeling pretty uncomfortable. My Dr. also said that even tho the 2nd glucose test came back normal that I could have a large baby. She said little women often times can pop out big babies. YAYA!!! lets go for a 10 lb one. wait.. just kidding. How about 7 lbs. Well, I guess all I can really hope for is a healthy baby.. So, we get what we get. I just cant imagine pushing out an over sized baby :-) Also, I am at the point where I go to the Dr. weekly now. So, I have another appt next wed at 9 AM. I will keep you posted.

Had an OB appt this morning! Gavin is still measuring big.. so they scheduled an ultra sound for next Thursday Oct 3rd. We should find out how much he actually weighs. I hope he's just a long baby and not a huge baby. Dr. Lane also said that if I want to have a C-Section I could; but its not a requirement (just because he's measuring large). I am still a little over 1 cm dilated. She also advised that she didn't think that I would make it to my due date of Oct 23rd. I can't help but thinking that the baby is going to come out walking with a mustache demanding cereal instead of breast milk. Lol... Well, I will keep you posted as to how I am feeling... I'm sure I will remain super uncomfortable until he's born.

We have an ultrasound this morning. I am sitting here pounding 24 oz of liquid other than milk. I am supposed hold my bladder until instructed otherwise by the ultrasound tech. This was hard the first time.. and since I have to potty all the time now anyway.. this is going to be a struggle. I really hope little Gav is just long and not super heavy.Oh Geez.. I already have to potty! I still have an hour until my appointment. I will keep you posted on the outcome.

We had a Dr. appt on Thursday 10/9/08.. I'm still 2 cm dilated and 50% effaced. She said that she is pretty sure I will go into labor on my own. However; if he doesn't come by my due date (23rd) they have scheduled me to be induced. I am supposed to go to the hospital on Sunday the 26th @ 7pm and then Monday morning she will break my water and start the show. I hope he comes well before all of that thought. I really don't think pushing him out at 9.5 lbs is going to be super fun. I keep having contractions.. maybe he will decide that he wants to meet us just as much as we want to meet him and come sooner. Either way.. we will keep you posted.

Hey again to everyone! Hope this day has been great for everyone, its been a busy one for me. I have a couple of questions. One- how far along were you when you felt the baby move for the first time? I realize its early for me but I was just curious. Two- I know it may sound silly, but when did you feel pregnant? Its like I know I am, but I don't feel like it. I mean yes I've thrown up, my eating has picked up quite a bit, and I'm starting to notice my lower belly getting a baby poof, but I just don't feel pregnant. I know that'll all change when I see the baby next week though.

Hi ladies! First I wanna thank everyone for all the nice messages. I've neglected this site for the past several weeks and I'm going to try my best to update and do some more work before the end of the week. Well today I had what I thought was supposed to be a real appointment and turned out to be a 2 hour long class, and now I have to wait till the 29th to see someone.
